We were in Pismo Beach for a night. It was raining and we didn't really want to go anywhere to sit down we and eat so decided to pick up pizza and enjoy it in our hotel room. It was a great decision, the town was mostly dead due to the yucky weather. Ordering and picking up the pizza was a breeze. And it was a pretty decent pizza. read more

We had the Meat Lovers and The Garlic Chicken pizza.. both were Delicious. The ingredients taste fresh and pizzas were very flavorful. Their twisted crust on the pizzas are seasoned with garlic (Yummm). The staff is very very nice and the place is very clean. We highly recommend this place. This spot was a little challenging to find at first, but since I'm doing this review, we obviously found it. We ordered two medium pizzas: one CA veggie and the sausage garden (yeah, yeah, get your mind outa the gutter). Both pizzas were excellent tasting and beautifully made. The crusts are similar to garlic bread and one of my favorite crusts so far. This was our first time being here, but we'll definitely be back for more. read more

We are very fortunate to have so many good pizza joints on the Central Coast. The only challenge for us Gluten dorks is finding a decent gluten-free pizza. I have tried closed to every gluten-free pizza from Five Cities to SLO and Beach pizza's gluten-free pizza is not only great as a gluten-free pizza but is incredibly great compared to ANY style of pizza on the Central Coast. The crust is perfectly crispy enough with all the toppings, there amounts and preparedness right on the money. Lastly, the counter and delivery staff are head and shoulders above the rest. No matter how busy they are, they are polite, kind and very helpful. They NEVER make you feel as if they are too busy and would like to be anywhere but on the phone with you. They're simple recipe of quality with a smile makes it one of the true jewels of the Central Coast. Thanks again, we'll see you soon! read more

Fresh tasting pizza, ordered thin crust with sausage and mushrooms. The sausage was delicious but there could have been more on the pizza as it seemed a little skimpy, but good amount of mushrooms. The sauce was tasty. I Should have asked for the crust to be crispy as it was more on the soft side but overall good. Delivery was so fast, arrived sooner than expected. I see this location change so often I usually don't try out the pizza here but wanted to give it a shot tonight. I have to admit it is by far the best pizza around here. 1. Beach pizza 2. Gino's pizza 3. Doughboys 4. Palo Mesa (not wood fired that location isn't good) I got a giant meat lovers and a 2 liter of soda for 42 bucks and the pizza is giant. Easily feed a family of 5 with leftovers. The crust is flakey and airy and the butter herb sauce they baste on it is so bomb. They put a lot of topping on it (looking at you palo Mesa your pizza is literally almost half crust) and was cooked perfectly (looking at you doughboys no toppings should be black) I am impressed and will have this place be my go to. read more

In town at a rental and just picked a pizza joint based on the yelp reviews. Great Pizza! The crust is really good. I have to guess it's all homemade. It's a thicker crust but soft and tasty. Then the toppings were thick and the saucy was tasty. Spectacular. Only thing I would say (per my wife) is some chili flakes and/or parm would have been nice with the delivery. read more

First time trying tonight and I'm so impressed. Love the soft seasoned crust and the tangy red sauce. We got a pepperoni and California veggie and both definitely exceeded my expectations. The girl who took my order was so friendly and energetic which is hard to find these days. Beach Pizza is a 80 year old family owned businesses. The owner was really friendly. I was visiting SLO for a trip and my friend ordered pizza in advance to celebrate. We got three of their specialty pizzas and they were topping combos that I've never seen anywhere else! Makes sense for being in the beach. My favorite was the garlic shrimp pizza. This place was great but we were out on a Saturday night and the line was fairly long. Where is one of the places you can stand in line and just get a slice and a beer. The only technical issue was that they didn't pick up the phone when we wanted to order so we had to order from their website.
