Solid 3.5 rating. Easy parking. Neat little spot. Asked for a to go 16 ounce beer of all the IPA on tap and it took a long time to put it together. I was a bit surprised they didnt have them in a cooler. The person working on our order kept helping others even though there was a second beertender. The product? Decent beers. Good flavors. I hadn't been to Manrock for a couple of years but after coming back I was thoroughly disappointed with the pizza. It used to be much better; I have a feeling they switched to frozen dough over freshly made and tossed dough. Tasted like a frozen pizza. So very nice & friendly run & work here. The place have a brewery - industrial look - not uncommon with small brewing locations - but it is very clean. Not a big place but the pizza is great. I got a wood fired meat lovers pizza. The sause was perfect - nice full tomato flavors melded with Italian spices - give it a hint of zing but very full rich flavors - lovely and tasty - usally I use red pepper flakes to bump up the flavor of pizza - but this pizza does not need it. It is not " hot " aka picante - but it is bursting full of flavor- so up next is the brew. They specialize in various styles of IPA. I had a "Beach Town"- West Coast IPA 7%. It is a very tasty and is an excellent example of a West Coast IPA - if you like IPAs - you will at least like very much if not love it. So not much else to say - but if you're near by and like beer or pizza - you should check it out. read more

I have been here twice now and both times it has been exceptional pizza and service. The pizza is made is made with such care and quality that you can taste it in every bite. The dough is made at a local bakery and all ingredients and appetizers are made fresh in house such as the pickled jalapeños. Let me tell you about the pickled jalapeños I am a sucker for anything with a good pickling. They are so fresh that they still have a crunch to them so please just order them on your pizza. We told the owner that she needs to sell them by the jar! Back to the pizza, it's cooked in a stone oven in the back patio where we can sit under cozy lights enjoy a in house brewed beer and watch as your pizza cooks. It's an experience worth having, again and again. The mac and cheese is so creamy and is served in a hot skillet pan. It's only served during the fall/winter season so try if you get the chance (you won't regret it). The nachos are served with brisket which are good and are a large portion but definitely not star players like the Mac and cheese. The brewery of beers is carefully crafted and they have something to serve any patrons taste buds. All in all this place is delicious, and cozy and it deserves so much more business. On our last visit we had the chance of meeting and speaking with the owner, while she was baking our pizza, she and her staff are so kind and welcoming. She told us all about the dough and making her own pickled jalapeños but also told us business hasn't been the same since the pandemic. We arrived mid afternoon to find the place mostly empty. Just a couple people at the bar and one couple outside under an umbrella. We ordered a flight of tasters since we had never been here before. We enjoyed all five of their IPAs. And ordered a pint of beach town and their hazy Citra. Both were really good! We had the Mike's supreme pizza and the crust was perfect! We changed our adventure for the day and ended up here. It's in a small plaza area in the corner. Walking in, it is a little dark. But your eyes do adjust. It's a quaint brewery, with several different beers on tap. We happened to be there on a Wednesday, which is their burger night and $2 off pints. I tried the Grapefruit Blonde, a pleasantly surprising and refreshing blonde beer. BF tried their unfiltered IPA, Beach Town. He quite enjoyed it. My second was the Stout with Oreo Cookies, which to brew this particular beer they used 100 lbs of Oreos! It was a good stout beer but I didn't necessarily taste the Oreo. I would still order it again though. BF's second beer was the Cherry Pit IPA. He liked it and said the cherry was just a hint and nicely done. His favorite though was the unfiltered IPA. We didn't get the burger as we weren't too hungry but we did get the small order of garlic cheese fries. These were not a small order but they were so good we finished the whole thing. The guy sitting next to us at the bar had ordered the burger and said they are really good burgers. Will have to wait until next time we are there on a Wed to try it. They have a cool backyard with tables, a brick pizza oven, and stage. Summertime we were told they have bands. We will be back with our appetites and thirst! read more
