I should have checked before we left with the pizza because they forgot the sausage! Argh- and the receipt showed vegetarian with sausage on it too! But no sausage to be found. I ordered at the counter which is next to the pizza and salad buffet. There are small plates next to the buffet. Italian seasoning and Parmesan chese are at most of the tables. Food is self serve as well as the fountain drinks. There was a good mix of pizza. I wanted a bit more with the salad bar. I did have some potato salad and macaroni salad. Food was overall good. I prefer NY style pizza. Buffet options were very good for the low price. Staff was friendly. There is a small arcade and a bunch of TVs throughout the seating area. Place was clean. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the taste of the food, but we've never had any issues. Everything has been cooked and delicious. Even the little one LOVES their cheese pizza. They have a gluten-free crust too if you're into that sort of thing. They have a lot of games but most are crane games and other bad prizes. Wish they had fewer of those and more arcade/skill type games, but those rigged games are what the kids love these days. You can blow through $20 in a flash. read more

Similar experience to others, I ordered two large pizza's when I got home I realized one was so under cooked it was just dough lightly browned on the bottom and toppings. I ended up throwing it in my air fryer to cook before I tried to eat it and it didn't help. The place was nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon and that should have been my first clue. Great pizza and I love the salad bar. The pizza crust is thin and crispy and they don't skimp on toppings. It's rather pricey for pizza but so is every other place except for Fatties. I usually only review restaurants I want to recommend, but people should know what to expect from the buffet at this place. I love buffets and came for lunch at noon on a weekday. This place is for you if you want dried-out pizza with very little cheese and toppings that are dried-out. For example, the pepperoni slices were the smallest in diameter and the thinnest I've ever seen, with no taste, and, guess what, hard and dry. The salad greens were okay, and the toppings were few and uninteresting. I found the chairs very hard and uncomfortable. On the plus side, there was plenty of seating, and the people working behind the counters were pleasant. Also, it was not expensive, but yet not worth the money. My husband and I picked up our food. The girl with the septum ring helped me and got the food ready for me. However, I was hesitant because I thought I was missing a box. Luckily, my husband was checking out the arcade area, so I double checked the food before we left. I was missing the mozzarella sticks. I spoke to the girl with the side nose ring and showed her my receipt. She talked to one of the cooks in the back and came back to explain how they have been out of mozzarella sticks then offered other options. The cook checked in the back and motioned to her that they had some. Instead of being on top of it by saying, "it'll be a few minutes, we'll get that ready for you," my husband had said, "is it ready? Or do we have to wait?" They weren't ready and we waited. I'm going to give these girls the benefit of the doubt being it may be their first job, but you would think they were taught proper customer service before they opened. You're looking at the receipt to make sure all the order is there and if it's not there mention it to the customer. Don't let them walk out without their full order; communicate. The pizza was tasty, loaded with toppings. The garlic knot-nots and mozzarella sticks were okay, they probably would've been better if we ate them there when they were fresh. I was just in the other day and really enjoyed this place. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, but for some reason, it smelled like an old wet mop. If you know that smell you know that smell, not sure why though. It was kinda hot in there at sunset, I would recommend either an getting an AC or using the AC. Video games were expensive. The employees were all very lackadaisical, like "oh ya, I can help you over here"... but overall they were helpful. Arcade games were pricey in my opinion. My last gripe is that their lil cups of ranch cost .50 each. If I spend $300 for pizza I should probably get some ranch for free. This is a pet peeve, no reason the cost of ranch needs to be passed along to the customer. I feel this way about all restaurants. However the food was insanely good. The price is expensive, but not far off from other fresh pizza locations. We got a few different kinds and all of them were delicious. I will definitely be ordering more pizza from here. I visited for the pizza buffet for lunch. I liked the salad bar. It's been awhile since I had Mountain Mike's pizza and it's ok, but not my favorite. Employees were friendly and restaurant was clean. The layout of the inside was interesting. They had big screen TV's lined up on one wall. You could only see them if you sat on one side of the tables by the window which results in probably 80-85% of the seats in the restaurant can't see the TVs. My wife and I tried to visit last night (Friday) for the salad bar but the parking lot was full. No other options where it was convenient to park (not going to try to cross Five Cities Drive without a crosswalk) so we just skipped it and went somewhere else. read more

OMG I am a local and have tried many pizza's around the area and a lot of them are delicious however Mountain Mikes was a slice above the rest. We had a small veggie pizza and a salad and both were delicious! If they can bring it with a veggie pizza I can't wait to try everything else on the menu which is quite extensive. Service was right on and interior was clean and view was an added bonus. I love how they had Parmesan and hot sauce right at the table. This place checked all the boxes for me and I'm not even a sports fan but they had that covered as well. We will be back soon to sample the other scrumptious items on the menu. Just picked up this large pepperoni to take home. Gosh, it sure doesn't look like the pepperoni photos you guys have on your website! Some slices only had 2 or 3 pepperonis! Love the flavor, but when we order pepperoni pizza based on your advertising, we expect to get something more like what's in your ads than what we got.
