We ordered a medium BBQ Chicken Pizza, topped with chicken breast in BBQ sauce, sweet onion, pineapple, jalapeño, garlic, and bacon. The pizza order took a little bit of time to come out, but it was absolutely worth the wait! The combination of flavors with the jalapeño and sweet pineapple was spot-on, and the crust was delicious. Upon review of the menu, we decided to order their window posted $39 LARGE PIZZA & BEER special. Talked to the server and the pizza comes with one topping and the beer is any draft. Andreann took our to-go order, and while we waited, we sat at a nearby table. She came over and told us the tables were for dine-in customers only and that we needed to wait by the large fan instead. I would completely understand if the restaurant had been busy, there was a waitlist, or customers were waiting for tables but none of that was the case. There were plenty of open tables, and the way she spoke to us came across as unnecessarily rude. We ended up sitting on a bench outside while we waited. At some point our order was ready, but we have no idea how long it had been sitting there because no one called our name or even stepped outside to let us know. Overall, the whole interaction left a bad impression. We were paying customers too, even if our order was to-go, and a little basic courtesy would have gone a long way. Walked in to order a pizza to go. Ordered a med combo, wait was 15 ro 20 min. All good. Walked pizza back to the hotel, fail. It wasn't cooked, it was still raw in the center. See photo and no that's not cheese. Also, while waiting I noticed that the restaraunt in general needs cleaning and maintenance. At the host stand you can clearly see dirt buil-up and an iced up machine. Sloppy wires on the ceiling covered in grime. More or less stuck with this pizza as it would make the experience worse to have to walk back and wait another 20 minutes then walk back to the hotel. This place is TRASH! Went to the restaurant at around 5:30 on Saturday (8/22). The place wasn't very busy but we had a group of 10, so there was going to be a wait so they could get tables together. The kid at the front took and wrote our name and told us about 15 minutes. He told us we couldn't wait the restaurant and for us to go outside until the name was called. We actually waited for about 20 minutes outside, while another family of 10 walked in and got seated before us. Mind you that family walked I. Way after us and DID NOT have a reservation as we could hear them asking the waiter if they had room for 10. They sat the other family and when my friend walked in to ask why they were seated first and not us, the kid at the front desk looked at him and shrugged his shoulders and said "they're must have been a mix up!" The best pizza in the Five Cities in our opinion! The crust is handmade and chewy but not tough. They use plenty of cheese. The sauce is flavorful but not so spicy you have heartburn for hours.
