Showed up on the day to rent bikes and they allowed us to try a few before deciding. The bikes could be in better condition, most of the fleet were showing significant wear. One of our e-bikes had low battery charge and even though someone was able to bike out to where we were to delivery another battery, the replacement was also low and wouldn't be enough for the time we rented. We also lost time waiting for the other battery. However, kudos to the staff and owner because they made it right for us when we returned the bikes. Spot has good staff and a great location. Refreshing the bikes with newer models would bump it to 5 stars.

I went into the showroom and the sales associate help me get a bike that fit My body size. So I ordered My Blue Scoria. They help me to understand the e-bike because I've never ridden one before. I was informed on the day of my purchase that I was going to take about 2 weeks for delivery and to put it together. Well I was very surprised to get it within five business days. So my experience at that point was very happy. Since then I've been riding it back and forth and have enjoyed the ride. I recently took it in for a full maintenance service. I pointed it out several concerns I had to Steven at the time. Unfortunately I did drop my bike so I had to have my derailing repaired. Since they did a full maintenance I had to do factory reset to get all my settings corrected again. I definitely can appreciate Nash another one of their sales associate technicians who help me get my bike back into the correct comfortable setting for my personal needs. I really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond and had patience to help me get everything back into order. I will definitely recommend anybody who is looking for an electric bike to head over to Huntington Beach Mokwheel E-Bike Shop. Nash gave me the best customer service I have ever had recently.
