After a few years of owning one the feature activates: it manually drains the water down over the course of the week, through leaking jet gaskets, bad glue joints, or broken fittings, causing you to have to fill it up all of the time, and this essentially allows you to never have to do a full water changeout! Brilliant! It's like those cars they design that leak oil, and require you to constantly top it off, thus you never need to do a full oil change. Brilliant! There's a reason you're paying way more for these tubs than any other manufacturer! They're brilliant! Don't bother to call the warranty department about this, it's a feature, not a bug. If you do ever want to fix this feature, just know it's nearly impossible to access any of these jets due to their placement, and the vast quantities of spray foam engulfing each one you have to chisel off with a pickaxe!

Some were large corporations and some smaller operations. Most estimates came in very close in price. To me price was not the number one factor, after reading reviews and talking to people in the industry, we chose to go with So Cal Custom Pools. I was very impressed with Jimi and how everything from start to finish was handled. Little things to me are important, like show up when you say you will, complete a job to the best of your ability. Jimi showed up every time when he said he would, the pool was completed on time and looks amazing. I would always know when someone was coming to the house, I received either a call of text prior to someone showing up. We started with demo, the demo crew removed all the old plaster, tile and cooping, when the crew was completed the yard was swept and cleaned after. Everything looked clean and the crew took pride in the work. Next we had the tile and coping installed. I did have 2 small change orders. I changed the water feature and had the tile guys do a little more work than was originally expected. This was the only increase to the pricing and everything else came out exactly as expected. Once the tile and coping were installed the pebble was installed. The crew showed up and completed this in the morning. As soon as the plaster was completed we started to fill the pool immediately. MULTIPLE ISSUES with this company. This company acquired my account from Patterson Pools and had my…read morepool for service for more than 3 months and never realized it was a saltwater pool. It only came to light when I reviewed my service report and noticed they were adding liquid chlorine and questioned why. The company wouldn't return calls so I called them. Joe the General Manager took ZERO responsibility and only blamed the technician, who Joe said was not very good and didn't know his job well. Additionally when I questioned the company on previous occasions as to why my spa was not being cleaned, they said it wasn't part of the contract. I've owned that pool for 12 years and EVERY pool company has always cleaned the spa when they cleaned the pool. Plus I never had a contract with company. Update: The owner of the company personally called me on this and took full ownership of the issue and apologized. The owner is a good guy and does care about his customers and the company. I am still not willing to go back to this company, but at least someone in a leadership position took ownership of the issue and apologized.
