We are new pool owners, about a little over a year now. We had our pool serviced with Next Level Pool Service immediately after our pool was built. We just recently switched over to this company. I wanted to give it a few months before leaving a review. We have our pool serviced every week. And we can't tell you how relieve and happy we are now that we switched. We've learned more with them then we have with the company we had previously and they serviced our pool for a whole year!! I definitely didn't care to know too much. But just enough to help maintain was extremely helpful! And made all the difference! If we had any issue or if I was unsure about something, I love that we can contact the pool guy directly or simply reaching out to the supply store and be able to get an answer. Sometimes they would go out of their way and send someone to the house just to make sure everything was ok. If you are new pool owner, or just simply not happy with your current one. Don't hesitate. I've encounter different employees going to the supply store or the pool guys AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. All of their staff go above and beyond. I recently purchased a home in fallbrook which has a pool. I have never owned a pool before and researched a pool service here locally. Upon the reviews this shop seemed like a great choice. My family went into the store on a Saturday and scheduled a pool service for the following Thursday at 11am. We were excited, however, come Thursday no call and no show. I called the store at 3pm which was 4 hours past the time they were supposed to be at my house. Was placed on hold and told they would call me back. Never called back. I called again and they stated the pool person was running late and would be there in another 2 hours. Very poor customer service and I ended up canceling my daughters doctors apt because we waited all day for them not to even provide a courtesy call or service. Completely was outrageous for them to not call and let me know the service would be late and ask if I would like to reschedule. I ended up canceling the pool service and will not return. read more

Started off with them when we moved into Fallbrook a couple yrs ago. Our service guy, Brian, was outstanding but unfortunately left the area. After that, service was done by a series of mostly trainees and not nearly as reliable and professional as Brian. i had some pool tile work contracted through Manny. I was not satisfied with the initial part of the work, and asked them to stop. After contacting Manny, he agreed to come review the disputed work, personally. Upon Mannys visit, he committed to have the work redone, and to make sure I was happy, whatever the cost. The young girl who wears way too much makeup (especially for a pool supplies store) is down right rude and is never much help to us at all. I suggest you hire someone with some enthusiasm and manners, along with somebody a bit more professional. Company carries great products, but customer service is just terrible. Learned the hard way!!!! Adolfo, of Adolfo & Manny added water to my pool and left the hose on!!!! 3 hours and major flooding later I come home from work and realize what happened!!! They took absolutely no responsibility aside for a $50 credit. This water bill will cost me at least an additional $200. Adolfo admitted his mistake.....all he said to me was "I spaced"!!! and he told me that he has done this before. Do yourself a favor and use a different pool service than this company! read more

Do not know what Jan W. is talking about below. Adolfo hasn't worked there for years. I have bought several pool supplies and equipment over the last two years. I even bought a variable-speed pool filter pump there and had them install it. It took less than two hours to install and I wasn't even home. It has cut my electric bills by almost half and after only 14 months, the pump has paid for itself with those savings. And yes, I did receive a military discount as well. If anything goes wrong with my pool in any way, I will be calling Adolfo and Manny Pool Service. They will treat you right!! read more

This place has the freshest bleach at the best prices. Also the customer service is excellent. I watched a girl here take apart someones pool filter, find the problem, and fix it all in about 20 minutes and only charge the person for parts. That what I'm talking about!
