I would really recommended the house at 1081 south prom K Street. You are centrally located walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. It sits on the prom with a lovely view. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for large groups. Clean old but updated. It's has a hot tub and ping pong table in the garage. So there are things to do and enjoy when your relaxing. Comfurtable furniture very relaxing. With 2 rooms to dine in. The kitchen is small but cozy. If you have elderly parents the bedroom downstairs is perfect. It's has a great huge fireplace for evening. The upstairs is older so the stairs are there. 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. So it will hold a great family or friends event. I just spent my Bday there with 6 girlfriend's. We have already booked again for September. Enjoy this wonderful home. read more

Seaside Beach Condos are in a great location. Unobstructed ocean view provided by full wall of windows and patio doors opening to balcony overlooking Promenade. Solar shades to block the afternoon sun are a plus. LR area has ample, comfortable seating and good lighting for reading. Hide-a-bed is awkward because it is surrounded on both sides by couch and lounge seating. However, couch is comfortable enough to sleep on We found all of the beds to be very soft, a compromise for those needing to sleep on firmer surfaces. Kitchen is roomy, well stocked, and well lit. Coffee mugs would make a welcome addition. Dining table extends for more seating or table surface for playing games. Excellent provisions for storage: hooks by front door and in bath, shelves in bath, shower, and next to Murphy bed. However, suitcase storage for extra guests using Murphy bed and/or hide-a-bed is nonexistent. Small closet with clothes rod holds hot water heater, ironing board and cleaning equipment. Night lights in the hallway and bath are a thoughtful addition. Elevator and luggage carts make moving in and out easy. Check-in is not onsite and keys must be returned to the rental office. read more

We are owners of a rental condo managed by Beachhouse Vacation Rentals (BHVR) but, of course, we also stay in the condo. We could not be more pleased with BHVR. They are always pleasant and helpful whether we call or stop by the office. They are very fair (e.g. just recently we had to move a guest from our condo because of remodeling work and BHVR asked if we could give the renter a future night at no cost for the change in plans -- of course!). Erin and her team go to extreme lengths to make sure that the rentals and guests have what they need (even driving to Costco in 4th of July traffic to replace a broken TV.) We love walking into our unit, knowing it is clean and neat and treated with care! read more

We stayed at 132 6th avenue in Seaside and had a great time. The rental was very nice, and redone. Everything was clean, bright and sunny, and checking in/out with Beachhouse was a breeze. It was however, not the safest rental for little kids. I have a 3 year old and he managed to get his head stuck in the very steep and non-kid friendly spiral staircase. Next year we will try and find a different one but will go with Beachhouse again for sure. The only other drawback was the early checkout 11:00(!!), and having to get the laundary and dishes going by that time, in addition to packing up from the beach was too too much. It didnt make for a very relaxing or fun last day. I think even a 12:00 or 12:30 (ideal) checkout would be a LOT better when having to do clean up. read more

We have rented beach houses through BVR for many years! The staff is wonderful and we enjoy the wide verity of homes we have to choose from! They have small homes for 1-2 or big for homes for a girlfriends beach birthday (our last trip). We love the beach theme at 263 16th Ave in Seaside! We have stayed in many beach homes over the past 25 years and are never disappointed! read more

We stayed at 435 4th ave. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you like living in the 40's. There is one ,old style TV in living room, no instructions on how to use the remotes. Listing says fireplace, owner instructions say please don't use cause its old. The heater made so much noise no one could sleep. The kitchen is almost an antique. The stove is just scary to use. One of the 2 burners was not working, the griddle didn't work, the oven is small and OMG, the fan sounds like a c137 taking off and rattles the house. the toaster in cabinet didn't work either. The refrigerator and freezer smelled musty. The baking soda boxes in them expired in 2011. There is NO dish washer in the kitchen either There are Not 2 bathrooms, there is a full bath downstairs, a toilet and sink upstairs and in a separate room downstairs, a shower! he check out instructions are threatening and have you doing most of the work you pay an $80 fee for. All dishes washed and put up, beds stripped, laundry half way done, all garbage cans emptied and you better not put paper in the garbage or they will fine youl. Yes, they actually go thru your garbage after you leave. The rental company was fine to work with. The house was not up to a standard of a house that close to the beach in Seaside. read more

I called and spoke to Jo. She was not nice at all. I have a service dog for my disability so when she asked if I had pets, I said "I have a service dog. Yes." She got really snippy with me and started to explain to me that the 2 are not the same. I know this and do not need to be talked down to and told her I have all the appropriate paperwork and he's been my service dog for 10 years. Just because my words were not "accurate" in her opinion does not give her the right to talk down to me and imply that I didn't know what I was talking about or worse, was lying. I could tell she did not believe me and that is incredible. Bad business. Bad phone manners. Don't get snippy with potential customers, no matter what you think of them, especially someone with a disability that uses a trained service dog that is looking to use your company to find a home. read more

Disappointed in Beachhouse Vacation Rentals as they have not been responsive to this renter's needs. My sister and I were so excited for our weekend stay in Seaside, until we couldn't get there... We missed our connecting flight due to bad weather, then spent 15 hours in the airport as the airlines listed us as standby passengers for all other flights to Portland (along with others who also missed the flight). We tried to get on 4 flights with no luck. When the airline rep told us we had little possibility of getting to Portland on next morning's flight, we gave up and headed back home. I had hoped Beachhouse Vacation Rentals would have a customer-friendly policy of refunding or issuing credit for situations outside of a renters' control. After my email and voice mail went unanswered, I was finally able to reach the office at 8am, the day we were supposed to check in. I was told the manager was in a meeting and WOULD CALL ME BACK the same day after speaking with the home owner. Three days later and still no contact from Beachhouse Vacation Rentals. Until now, I have had positive experiences with VRBO and Homeaway. Hence, just one star. I am still hoping the manager/owner will do the right thing... read more

My wife and I stayed in Seaside, OR in September 2015 at a unit in the Bridgeport condos. What a treat! This condo was immaculately maintained. It really felt like a home away from home. As people who tend to rent at hotels, we decided something different for this trip was in order. We dealt with Erin and another staff member over the phone. The customer service could not have been better. They both treated us as if we were valued family members coming to visit. They walked us through the process so we understood how this worked. Late arrivals are no problem for this company. Checkout was a breeze. We saw no unexpected charges on our credit card from this company when we returned home; only the agreed upon rent and cleaning charge. We both felt this was a company that was worth doing business with again and we will. Contrast this with a hotel in south Seaside where we stayed previously where we had a back and forth battle to get our cc cleared. A bit more about this unit at Bridgeport condos. This place was REALLY clean! You could tell the cleaning staff took extreme pride in their work. We had plenty of everything we needed. Enough towels in the condo was a big plus! Clear instructuons on how to navigate cable and internet were provided. It was so nice to have our morning coffee overlooking the beautiful Necanicum River! We will definitely use this firm again and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for something different than your average hotel stay, which tend to be bland and non-descript. read more
