Veiw from patio

Very clean. The veiw is amazing everytime you look out. Everything upgraded granite counters new appliances. They have beach toys ready for you. Best location. So much room and comfort. The staff worked extremely hard to satisfy guests. The staff had our room ready at 11am instead of 4pm...awesome! Really quiet, I never heard anyone around us. Had everything we needed, paper towels, tp,soap, conditioner. Etc. Best condo I've stayed at in seaside and we will be back!!!

Taken from patio.

This is about the eighth time staying here and we enjoy every time we go. Steps from the boardwalk and beach, great views, full kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a Murphy bed and one bedroom. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Very affordable.

We rented unit 303 at Seaside beach club condos and were quite disappointed. The unit is outdated, not well cleaned and has very uncomfortable furniture. Carpets spotted with stains, and generally looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or shampooed in a very long time. Bathrooms and kitchen have old peeling wallpaper from the 80s. Cabinets are also from 80s and exteriors needed a good scrub, handles felt gummy in kitchen. Kitchen appliances were updated as were TVs, but that's it. Light bulb out in kitchen. Kitchen faucet very stiff, worn, needs replacing. No evacuation information on the back of the door as required by law. Door shows damage to one lock and paint peeling off. The bed in master was so hard we barely slept. The couch wasn't any better. Someone's clothes were in hall closet. Doubtful the place had been inspected by any level of management recently. Decor was mismatched, hodge podge. Felt like we were hanging out at Goodwill or a garage sale. Unit needs serious cleaning and attention to details.

On September 24, 2025 went and made my final payment for the property and noticed that the property address was available. Went to Zillow to check for additional photos and get more info on the area. The house is "FOR SALE" and went on the market on September 5, 2025. Contacted Vacasa and of course Tier 1 support is not very helpful so asked to speak to a supervisor. Spoke with Tonya and expressed my concern about not being notified that the house is on the market and was told there is nothing to be concerned with - Realtors will be told that the house is not available for showings while the house is being rented and that if the house is sold previous to your stay, the stay will still be honored per their contract with the homeowner. Still expressed my concern about random people coming by while we were on vacation and asked for a full refund. Sorry! we can refund you stay minus the cancellation fee per our policy, So I ask, what is your policy on informing guests when a property goes on the market - "I don't know what that policy is and would have to go and find out." Cancelled the reservation immediately and lost out on the cancellation fee because we were willing to lose out a $160 versus the stress of having our vacation interrupted by some real estate agent or random person coming by. Horrible Customer Service and will not be using Vacasa in the future. This is not how you treat customers.

Pool and hot tub are well heated, but need some TLC as some tiles have fallen off and in need of a paint job. As other have stated, The TV's are very very tiny! Be aware if you want to watch movies or anything it's hard to watch due to the small size. The pool is well loved by kids of all ages so be prepared for noise from the time "pool hours" start until they end! Be sure to ask for discounts when checking in. The staff did not tell us anything and we missed out of some of the discounts. There is one for the aquarium too!!!!!

I stayed here for one night with a group of…read more17 others in a total of four rooms - check-in was challenging: our keys didn't work because the person checking us in had us checking out the same day as we arrived, information re: check-out time, parking, etc. was given to some but not others... the whole process seemed awkward. The pool didn't open until 8am so the early-risers among us couldn't access the pool area. Coffee & tea were available in the lobby in the morning. The individual rooms had full kitchens, fully stocked with dishes, pans, toaster, coffee maker (that spewed out hot coffee all over the counter and left a lot of grounds in the bottom of the pot), blender, silverware & serving utensils, etc. The bathrooms had hairdryers as well as extra sets of towels and beach towels. The bedrooms all had TVs with remotes and extra blankets. The living room had a TV, couch, overstuffed side chairs, coffee table, gas fireplace, a Murphy bed, a couple of stools at the kitchen counter and a dining table that seated 6. Figuring out the light & fan switches was challenging - no instructions were given as to how to turn on the fan. We never did figure the fan out. The door to the outside balcony wouldn't open but a phone call down to Guest Services revealed that there's a trick to opening it - why didn't they tell us that at check-in instead of having us almost break the door trying to get it open? If they know there's an issue, they should tell the guests upon arrival. Our unit had 3 bedrooms: a master with a king bed & Jacuzzi bathtub, a queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom. Only the master bedroom had a good view of the beach. The bathtubs had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Upon check out, we were expected to empty the trash cans, put the used dishes in the dishwasher and start it, put all the towels in the bathtubs, and generally clean up after ourselves. The best experience with personnel was by far with Farid, who was tasked with fixing all of our door keys when we discovered they wouldn't open the doors. He was knowledgeable, charming, patient, knew what he was doing, and quickly accommodated all 18 of us disgruntled guests with a warm smile and a pleasant demeanor. Farid deserves a raise and Worldmark should hire more people like him. He is an asset to the company and definitely made the day a whole lot better just by being there. Thank you, Farid! You rock!

"4 Paws and a Tail Wag" -Ruthie Bea (credit for this clever…read morequote goes to Annie) Sandy Cove Inn was such a delightful surprise! I was just looking for a place to stay with my four-footed friend, Ruthie Bea, but this eclectic home away from home turned out to be so much more. Our room "Smooth Sailing" was clean, quiet and comfortable. And as its name suggests, it was decorated in sailing vessels. It's situated just two blocks away from a Mobi-Mat that leads to a big sandy beach. This beach is perfect for beachcombing and chasing the surf. (Mobi-Mats are designed for strollers and wheelchairs but are great for short legged dogs and folks like me with knees that struggle in deep sand). Additionally, we were about a mile straight shot from Seaside's unique downtown area and some really excellent clam chowder. One of Ruthie's and my favorite things about Sandy Cove was getting to chat with the absolute gem of an owner, Annie, and hear about all her great finds (and treats! Lots of treats and ear scritches). Each room is different and there's at least twelve that are dog friendly, so Ruthie and I will be back again and again.

We had about 30 in our group and rented both sides of the unit. I thought the rooms were very nice and there was plenty of room in both places. It would've been nice if they were connected in someway. In order to go from one location to the other you had to go outside. You get a good workout going down the stairs then up the stairs and down the stairs and up the stairs as many times as you need to Get from one location to the other. We use the grills one night and they worked out perfectly. There was plenty of room in the fridge and the kitchens were well-stocked. Many days I would sit in the front room looking out the window at the ocean. Plenty of surfers around and people Roaming the beach. I brought my spotting scope hoping to find some kind of large fish out in the ocean but it really didn't work out that great. I would rent this location again because it is in the perfect place. It is not in town so you most likely will have to drive but it is a nice quiet area..
