Nice location. Can see the ocean from most rooms. The staff is super attentive and nice. Location had a secure garage and secure entrance. Pool and hot tub are well heated, but need some TLC as some tiles have fallen off and in need of a paint job. As other have stated, The TV's are very very tiny! Be aware if you want to watch movies or anything it's hard to watch due to the small size. The pool is well loved by kids of all ages so be prepared for noise from the time "pool hours" start until they end! Be sure to ask for discounts when checking in. The staff did not tell us anything and we missed out of some of the discounts. There is one for the aquarium too!!!!! read more

Location is the best thing I can say about this place. I stayed here for one night with a group of 17 others in a total of four rooms - check-in was challenging: our keys didn't work because the person checking us in had us checking out the same day as we arrived, information re: check-out time, parking, etc. was given to some but not others... the whole process seemed awkward. The pool didn't open until 8am so the early-risers among us couldn't access the pool area. Coffee & tea were available in the lobby in the morning. The individual rooms had full kitchens, fully stocked with dishes, pans, toaster, coffee maker (that spewed out hot coffee all over the counter and left a lot of grounds in the bottom of the pot), blender, silverware & serving utensils, etc. The bathrooms had hairdryers as well as extra sets of towels and beach towels. The bedrooms all had TVs with remotes and extra blankets. The living room had a TV, couch, overstuffed side chairs, coffee table, gas fireplace, a Murphy bed, a couple of stools at the kitchen counter and a dining table that seated 6. Figuring out the light & fan switches was challenging - no instructions were given as to how to turn on the fan. We never did figure the fan out. The door to the outside balcony wouldn't open but a phone call down to Guest Services revealed that there's a trick to opening it - why didn't they tell us that at check-in instead of having us almost break the door trying to get it open? If they know there's an issue, they should tell the guests upon arrival. Our unit had 3 bedrooms: a master with a king bed & Jacuzzi bathtub, a queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom. Only the master bedroom had a good view of the beach. The bathtubs had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Upon check out, we were expected to empty the trash cans, put the used dishes in the dishwasher and start it, put all the towels in the bathtubs, and generally clean up after ourselves. The best experience with personnel was by far with Farid, who was tasked with fixing all of our door keys when we discovered they wouldn't open the doors. He was knowledgeable, charming, patient, knew what he was doing, and quickly accommodated all 18 of us disgruntled guests with a warm smile and a pleasant demeanor. Farid deserves a raise and Worldmark should hire more people like him. He is an asset to the company and definitely made the day a whole lot better just by being there. Thank you, Farid! I haven't stayed here in years but it's till pretty nice. If you can handle the crowds. The rooms are nice and clean. This stay we're on the inside overlooking the entrance. Still a nice stay. I'm glad there is parking for guest only. The lower level is for public parking with No Overnight Parking available. Lots of parking for guests though. That was nice, our group had 3 vehicles. There is a game room to keep your teens busy. 2 hot tubs a good size pool and stairs to the beach close by. Lots of shops nearby to buy almost anything you like. My cousin used the Gas BBQ on the patio a couple times. He liked it. I wished the windows opened more but a chair in the door worked for us. Be careful cooking. We set off the fire alarm twice. Once baking cookies it went off after the oven was opened. And I set it off making eggs for breakfast. A long time ago, I set the fire alarm off 3 times cooking bacon. We left a night early... This WorldMark is a nice location but the interior is a bit outdated. Tiny TVs that don't allow casting and decor needs updating. We were bummed we had to pay in order to access the WiFi but glad to get free parking in the garage. The room was facing the check-in area which had very bright lights which was disruptive to our sleep and there were not any blackout curtains. I would prefer a different room if I went back. The club fee is a bummer as many other related resorts don't charge a fee but I also think the amenities (like the workout room, spa and pool, pool table, big TV in the common room). We were put in a room next to some mechanical equipment and there was constant noise in our room. The sitting chairs came from a Dr office waiting room that are only meant to sit in for a short time. I don't even know where to begin--this experience at the resort has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. We were downgraded without notice or approval--even though we paid for an upgraded room. Worse, they placed us in a room heavily infused with chemicals. My children started feeling sick, and one of them nearly ended up in the emergency room. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the staff was not accommodating at all. They claimed they couldn't move us--even temporarily--despite the clear health hazard. We had to evacuate the room just so they could attempt to clean it, and we were stuck outside with four kids. This is not easy, especially considering the money we paid to stay here. What made things worse was the attitude of one of the so-called supervisors--a young man who showed no professionalism. He was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me with arrogance and entitlement, completely ignoring my concerns. This is supposed to be a high-end resort. We paid premium prices and expected at least basic respect and customer service. Instead, we were treated poorly and made to feel like a burden. Please think twice before coming here. You might not be treated the way you'd expect for the amount of money you spend. You cannot see on the videotape. The chemical because it evaporates in the air, but you could see the garbage view that we have so beautiful, right right at the beach so one of the bad STAFF IS DONAVAN SNOW HE CALLS HIMSELF A SUPERVISOR HE IS THE WORST REPRESENTATION FOR THIS COMPANY, VERY NASTY. Well, my end of our adventure. 7 days in this place. You may want to be sure you're on the south arm. The north arm is right next to the seaside round about. The kids, honking, screaming, reving engines, squealing tires, fires on the beach smoke drifting in our windows, till 5 am every damn night. Other than that, when we could use the hot tubs and pools, when they were not loaded with children, they were nice. Our rooms are great, and the staff is awesome! We were able to go sand dollar hunting. Found 5 of them. The local pubs and food places are awesome too. The coffee shops and food were great. But, go in the "off season" if they have one. Take care of your valuables! STAFF STOLE AirPods. Accidentally left my apple ear pods. I immediately called. I knew exactly where I left them. The guest services person did nothing but say to report on this website (third party). The website wasn't working after several attempts so I called back, wondering if there may be a different way to report. They couldn't have cared less. I eventually was able to report via the website (switched to a different browser). A week later the only communication I received was that my item was not found. EXCEPT: Apple has tracking. I know that they were stolen by a staff member. Why a staff member? Because I log in every so often and see that they are still located within Seaside. I hate this company. My mom bought points from them when she was not in the best mind. All they do is take advantage of you and try to upsell you from the moment they get your information, probably until you die. Have you had a long trip and looking forward to parking and getting into your room? Sorry. You have to go to the "experience" desk first where they try to sell you even more points. Come have breakfast with us and sit in a two hour long meeting while you're supposed to be on vacation so we can get more of your money! This was our first time staying at Worldmark in Seaside.  The location can't be beat, right off Broadway on the Promenade.  We booked our two bedroom,  two bathroom condo on the Worldmark website.  I never thought to look at room rates here because I always thought of it as a time share and you'd have to be an owner. Now I know it's possible.  And I'll be sure look for future visits to Seaside.   The website requires a two night stay and I've seen one, two, and three bedroom options.  Our condo was spacious- full kitchen with dishwasher and a coffee maker. The cabinets were stocked with plates, utensils,  cups, wine glasses, coffee, tea, and basic condiments.  The condo had a six person dining table, couch, couple chairs, fire place, Murphy bed(in the living room), fireplace,  and a balcony with views of the ocean.  The master bedroom had a king sized bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom had two twin beds and the second bathroom was in the hallway just off the kitchen.   Lots of room and everything was in working order.  Upon check in,  you go to two different counters in the lobby. You check in and provide identification and credit card then proceed to the next staff member to get parking passes, wristbands, keyboards, and wifi passwords (there is a charge for wifi if not provided by the owner). Each room is allowed two cars in the parking garage but was told we could arrange to park three. At check-out, you are expected to take your trash to the trash/recycle room on your floor. We had an option to check-out via text and leave your key cards on the kitchen counter.  There are luggage carts near the elevators and through out the floor. The lobby has a coffee shop. There is an outdoor pool.  We had a wonderful time on the property and in Seaside.  Very close to Broadway, restaurants,  and the beach. Highly recommend! read more

Once I left the front office, everything was great. It's getting out of the front office that really just gets me! I feel that I was lied to versus trying to be sold something. I would much rather they tell me, yes, we are still trying to get you to buy more points, but instead, this person, who I thought was really bonding with me and truly wanted to help me use the new app ended up trying to get me to go to one of the meetings where we would go through all the hoops to try to get points. This, after we told her the horrible experience we just had where we bought points because we were misled (elsewhere). Yet, she tried to get me back to the breakfast. Ugh! Like I said, once in the room, it was fantastic. We love staying on the side where we can see everyone on the road and also see the sunset. We will be back because we enjoy this location and the fun we have around town. My only beef is with getting through the office. I do realize that they have to make money but be honest about it and please listen to us when we are telling you right now is not the right time to try to get us to buy more. We have purchased points in the past and have attended the breakfasts, but that was NOT the right time and making us feel that you understood us and gained our trust, that was just not okay. read more

I have stayed at this resort several times the past few years and am really impressed. As many of you know, it is very hard to find good accommodations on the Oregon coast, but this resort does not fit that bill. The resort offers several heated pools, entertainment facilities, and direct access to the Seaside beaches. The resort is located right on the beach a couple of blocks from the Seaside Aquarium. Shopping and dining experiences are all within walking distance. The rooms are updated, clean, and spacious. We have stayed in the one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units. All the units have a full kitchen and dining table. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. One tip is that this resort is very popular and booking can be difficult. I would recommend reservations be made at least 6 months in advance for winter travel and 12 months in advance for summer travel!! read more

My first time staying at a WorldMark property was at this location in Seaside, and we had a fantastic experience! As other reviews state, the location can't be beat. It's just steps away from the beach and right in town, so you really do not need to drive anywhere. Restaurants, wineries, breweries, stores, etc. are right outside of the hotel. The hotel also has a coffee stand inside of the lobby with snacks, beverages, menu items like pizzas, burgers, etc. Let's start with the rooms - we had a one bedroom condo suite. The rooms are updated, clean, and overall very nice. It was myself, my boyfriend, and my 2.5 year old and 4.5 year old. The condo was super spacious and fit us all well. There's a small kitchen so you can cook in your room if you're looking to save money or do a meal in, a dining table, a full living room, as well as a Murphy bed. There's also a HUGE bathroom with a tub, and the master bedroom. It was the perfect setup for our family during vacation! Bonus: small patio with chairs that looks out at the ocean which was really nice at sunset. Also really enjoyed going back in to enjoy the fireplace after that! Additional amenities that we really enjoyed were the game room and the pool/hot tubs. The game room was large and never really too crowded, but I will say there were a lot of machines that were out of order intermittently. If it wasn't the air hockey table it was the arcade machines, or both at the same time. That was a bummer to my 4 year old for sure, but we caught them in working order a few times. We spent a good amount of time at the pool + hot tub. If it was summer, you wouldn't be able to pull me away from here. The pool is large, lots of seating, and looks out towards the water. It's BEAUTIFUL and gives off big resort vibes. Since our trip was in April, we just enjoyed the hot tubs. They're super big and there's two of them so we never felt crowded and there were really only a few other guests at a time in them. Seeing how this is a timeshare, the one annoyance during our stay was the sales driven employees. They called our room a few times trying to get us to come to presentations, and during check in they tried to snag my boyfriend with a pitch as well. WorldMark employees are notorious for being persistent about their sales and I understand it's their job, so I shut them down as nice as possible and go about my day. This was a miserable experience and for the amount of money spent, I am very disappointed. When checking in, I thought that I had reserved a room with a balcony and an ocean view (west facing), but instead I was told that I would get a two bedroom room where we could see the ocean if we were on the balcony. Not exactly helpful since it was raining the whole time, but fine- we planned to go out to the hiking trails anyway. We had spent hours driving to the location but after arriving, instead of being able to go to our room for some much needed rest, I got to have a high pressure sales person try to get me to pay money to listen to a 90 minute sales pitch. We only had two days and I'm certainly not wasting 90minutes of it. Why are you trying to make guests pay for a sales pitch? Then our room- the smoke alarm in the bedroom started chirping at 1am. We called the front desk for assistance and a security person came up shortly after. Instead of replacing the battery though, he took the whole unit down! (It was never brought back) Then in the same room, the overhead light turned on, by itself, about every hour! We got no sleep at all. The morning of checkout, I see a notice under the door saying that we needed to take out our own trash, wash the dishes, and be out by 10am. 10am? Really? We got no sleep either night, then had to clean the place before being booted by 10am. This was miserable and I will never go back. I've spent half as much money for great experiences in the same town but had seen this site during our previous visit and as it was our anniversary, thought I'd pay the extra for the fancier experience. Instead, it was terrible. I can't think of anything that was positive and related directly to this stay. There were things in town that were special and a pleasure to see- but those things were related to the town and not this 'resort' (and I use the term loosely). We made it home yesterday and are absolutely exhausted after not having any sleep for two days. read more

An update on the update! Nothing much has changed at Worldmark Seaside. At front desk after being issued my room keys he said the standard: "now go over to the other side, and those gentlemen will give you your parking pass." Again, the "parking pass" is fake. You don't need one. It's just a ruse to get you to timeshare sales. Walk out quickly unless you want to be subject to goons who won't take "no" for an answer, and rely on your "no thank you" pleasantries for them to drill you further. Theses timeshare people salivate over anyone over age 40 especially if you have grey hair and look like you have money. You are their prey! So you still want to play their game? Just a couple offers.... Tango Card? Do your research first and tell them you aren't interested for any less than $200. Wyndham Rewards Points? I wouldn't accept anything less than 60,000 points. And while there are exceptions, usually locations you won't want to go to, realize the vast majority of stays are at Super 8, Days Inn, LaQuinta, Travel Lodge and Ramada. Yes, the vast majority just overnight travel motels, a far cry from a nice resort. Worldmark points? I sugest you do your homework and know exactly the conversion of 1 point before you talk to them. It's amazing how many people don't know what their points are worth. As usual, I walked straight out the door without looking to the other side or making eye contact. Yes, here comes Guido shouting at me. This time when walking out the door a timeshare goon followed me out to the car and when he realized I wasn't going to give him the time of day, he pulled out his phone and took a picture of my license plate! Oh boy, I'm going to jail now! Our room looks a bit worn down. Note the chips in the tile floor. Some of the furniture was updated. The bed was comfortable. The gas fireplace timer didn't work and a curtain rod was broken off. Both of those were fixed quickly. With such a huge property, I would guess rennovations are an on-going thing, but I can't help but wonder if Seaside is gradually falling behind? read more

I came here with my husband for a weekend stay in August of last year. I ended up booking this stay during a deal that was going on. I can not stress how convenient it was to be so close to the beach. Check in was a breeze and there was plenty of parking for our vehicle. This location is with in walking distance to everything. Great beach location in Seaside OR Love the location of this resort... it's no wonder it's difficult to book a reservation for this place. It's right there on the promenade (locals called it the "Prom"). The Seaside Promenade is one of the most iconic locations in Seaside. The back door was just steps away to the center of town and the beach... couldn't get much closer! We were here during the Memorial Day weekend and we had a pleasant experience. I mentioned in the beginning that this resort was one of the popular WorldMark locations in Oregon. I knew it was a long shot and late in the game with less than two months to get a booking but I placed my name on the waitlist anyway... booyah! we got lucky that a studio opened up on a busy 3-day weekend! Check-in area was inside along a roundabout. Little parking to register/check-in. Main parking is in a covered 4-story garage with very tight corners. Inside the 8-story "hotel" building is a long walk through the maze of corridors as we made our way to our room. Our studio unit was on the third floor. Inside was just what we expected from the resort as WorldMark owners. Studios do not have fully-equipped kitchens but it was okay in our case, our studio unit came with a two-burner stove, microwave and small fridge. The balconies are small but it included a BBQ grill and a couple of chairs. Our balcony faced Broadway Street and the parking garage to the adjacent hotel (Shilo Inn). Overall, our first time experience here at Seaside was nice. We did not attend any owner updates at this visit although they will try their hardest to lure you with bonus credits to your account. I stayed here as a guest of members. We had a penthouse with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It had a lovely view and was very quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and I even stayed thru a presentation. The salespeople were polite and took my "no" without pushing too much. The pool was heated and the hot tubs were great. Our stay was in December so the pool area wasn't crowded. The facility is right on the Promenade which is great for walks. "Downtown" Seaside, just a few blocks away, is very walkable and has lot of restaurants. There is a Safeway five or six blocks away if you want to cook. This was great for us in terms of saving money. We didn't have kids with us but I think the rec room and pool would be fun for them. My cousin liked the gym. We flew into Portland airport and it's not a bad drive to Seaside. read more

Our stay was seriously impacted by aggressive salespeople. We are owners here. We arrived for a vacation we booked and paid for, only to be treated like stupid sales targets upon arrival. I have never been treated like this at any other Worldmark. They wouldn't let us check in for our vacation without signing up for a high pressure sales breakfast. They held our bracelet keys hostage for the sales pitch. They tried to grab us every time we passed through the lobby for sales purposes. Give me a break! We paid for this vacation! Want to spend $15 to have wifi access for a maximum of two devices for ten days? Want to have 6 beach towels to a room that has a washing machine that only fits three at a time? And be charged $25 for stringy dingy beach towels if they go missing? Then by all means, book a stay at the Wyndham! If you want to check out early, the staff might tell you to call the owner line in the morning -- where they will refuse to cancel your reservation if it's been checked into here. Staff seems uninformed and unwilling to help when you have a problem, no matter how patient and kind you try to be. Do not read their website! They say they have AC. They have AC in the lobby and common areas. Rooms DO NOT have AC. Also, says they have beach equipment to use. We called and asked if they had beach chairs? "No we do not". Do you have shovels and buckets? "No we do not". What beach equipment do you have? "We actually don't have any beach equipment. Also, the playground the website says they have does not exist. Staff is very friendly, however, their act that they put on to let you think you're getting something special is over the top. This is a typical worldmark property and typically appointed with big rooms and it's in a great location with a parking garage. The pool is very nice and has a nice view of the beach, you can easily walk down to the ocean. The pool is one of the nicest worldmark pools we've seen and has more of a resort feel than some do. That said, if we were to return, I wouldn't be willing unless I could be assured I didn't have a room on the street side of the hotel. We traveled with my mom, and our two kids and my brother and his family - we had three rooms. The hotel is U shaped and none of the rooms had a great view of the ocean. My mom and brothers rooms were on the inside of the U and relatively quiet. Our room was out the outside of the U and faced an area that got super dicey at night. Not something I wanted my kids exposed to. There is no air conditioning and at the end of July it's way too hot to sleep comfortably without leaving the doors open and getting a box fan (which, by the way, they were out of for half our stay). With the doors open you get all street noise and starting about midnight we heard all kind of hooting and hollering from people (I assume) leaving the bar, with lots of exciting language. My mom and brothers room were on the inside of the U and they heard none of this by the way - quiet for them. One night we heard a man literally screaming, and then saw a group of men in a fist fight - one had no shirt on, and they were shouting including some pretty offensive language (and I'm not easily offended). Engines revving, the back up beep of what sounded like a garbage truck in the middle of the night (which doesn't really make sense - but that's what happened). The topper was toward the end of our trip there was even gunfire directly below our balcony that lit up our room, followed by squealing tires and we had to ask the hotel to call the police. It was scary. None of this is in world marks control but at least having AC would have allowed us to close the door instead of having a front row seat to all this stuff. Also, some kind of construction would start early in the AM making it hard to sleep well. The door also doesn't have a screen door. Just as others have said - we also couldn't get a parking pass without going to the time share sales desk. We checked in late - almost midnight after a long drive and didn't get one but had to come back the next day. They won't give you one at the regular check in desk. You MUST go to the sales desk to get it (it has another name - but that's what is is). When we did, the woman commented on us getting in so late ("did we get a late start?") and said they really don't want us parking this long without the parking tag (I said I couldn't get one until now - but she reminded us this was because we got in so late). The woman was helpful and gave us some great tips but she also would not let us go until my mom booked an appointment and we were holding hot food that was cold by the time we got to our room. I tried to explain it was breakfast (it was about 10:30 am) but she insisted on calling it our lunch - which I assume was a jab about sleeping in. I'm on vacation! I want to sleep and I do not want to go to a meeting. I'm trying to get away from meetings not go to them in my free time. We were exhausted but they started calling my moms room the following morning and called her four times in a row when she didn't answer. I wish when you were an owner already there was a point where they stop trying to pressure you for more sales. These are lovely properties overall they don't need a hard sell and it's a turn off. We generally love worldmark properties but this is one downside. Seaside seems like it's one of the harder sell properties. read more

TL;DR: After check in, they will try to sell you upgrades. DO NOT DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT FEEL BAD ABOUT TELLING THEM TO BACK OFF. - - - I visited this location with my s/o who is an owner. This is a pretty nice location located perfectly between the beach and the rest of Seaside's best attractions. The rooms had an odd layout, but were comfortable for the most part. We had a great view of Seaside. The only thing keeping this from being a 4-5 star review is an interaction we had with staff almost immediately after entering the building. We had close to a 3 hour drive coming into Seaside so we opted for a later check in. We get checked in at the front desk with a young man that gave us our room keys, a map, and then sent us to another desk to register our vehicle, get a parking pass, and bracelets (kind of a mini room key). The older guy at this desk took care of all that pretty quickly and was very friendly. Shortly after this it becomes clear its disingenuous when he starts trying to sell my s/o an upgrade to her ownership. She made it pretty clear on more than one occasion she was not interested and this guy just would not take no for an answer. It felt like we were at a car dealership. I finally made up the excuse that I needed to use the restroom and we needed to go. This man took this as a signal to call over another guy to continue aggressively trying to sell what she had pointed out to them was a bad deal they were clearly being dishonest about. As soon as this other guy walked over and started speaking over her I had to step in and very impolitely end the conversation. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hospitality setting. Take a peek at some of the other reviews and you will see this is an everyday thing. If you can stay elsewhere, I highly recommend avoiding this place to avoid the negative interactions with staff. read more

Very nice place for kids and families. The pool is big and they have a game room. The resort is on the ocean and the architecture of the resort was second to none as every room has some sort of ocean view. Pros: great pool, ocean views in all rooms, bbq on porch of all rooms, in the town, close to great restaurants Cons: a little too strict on the towel policy. Many resorts have policy in place for this. This particular resort is a little too strict. Major CON: no free WiFi for renters only owners. Haven't seen this in 5-10 years. Need to catch up a little here. read more

Save your money go somewhere else that has air conditioning. Without air-conditioning you need to leave your windows open or your balcony door open. And 1000 people are out burning fires on the beach, so the smoke drifts into the hotel. Because the hotel is right on the beach. This place is really expensive, way too expensive to not have air-conditioning. I have subsequently learned that most of these hotels on the waterfront do not have air conditioning. But it is worth mentioning that some other hotels do have air conditioning, for example the salt line hotel. And it is roughly the same cost. But I raise my review from one to two stars. Not just the smoke, but the humidity can be pretty high next to the water. So without any form of air conditioning you have no control over the air quality. The manager is wondering what they can do about it? I'm not sure, maybe they could consider individual air-conditioning units for all the units that face the ocean. And get the most smoke and humidity. read more

First, we were subjected to a very pushy sales pitch when sent to another desk to get the parking pass. Anytime I walked around the lobby I was approached by salespeople as well. Second, even in the winter off-season, the resort was crowded and there were a lot of unruly kids. The pool was always busy and there were toddlers in the hot tubs. Packs of roaming teenage girls eating candy throughout the premises. Two evenings in a row we suffered with constant screaming, yelling, and pounding on walls in the unit next door. The front desk person who answered the phone responded with "we are prohibited from responding until after 10pm." So apparently anyone here is allowed to make as much noise as they want, regardless of how excessive, so long as it's not during "quiet time". Her attitude was also quite rude. I've stayed at many WorldMark resorts and hotels around North America and my experience is so bad at Seaside that I will not be coming back. This is not the usual WorldMark quality I expect. read more

We've been owners for 4 years and this was second stay at Seaside. Still really like this place. Service is great, facility is beautiful, and the location is amazing. Only gripe is the hot tubs. There needs to be adult only hours or an adult only hot tub. We walked out at 9pm to find 20+ people in each hot tub and over half were children under 10, so you know the water is half urine, which is just great. Fix that and I'd give 5 stars. read more

As a local, my husband and I are constantly followed and harassed by the independent sales people that lurk outside the hotel. This morning 7/9 at 10:30AM we were approached by a man and woman who were outside the hotel doing sales. The woman approached me and I said, "I'm sorry, I'm not interested." And she copped an attitude with me and replied back with "Well, I wasn't going to ask you anyway." The man with her, kept staring us down and harassed us with his sales pitch and stared me down until my husband went into the hotel to find help. Disappointed to find there was no supervisor as "all the sales staff are their own bosses." As locals we feel as we cannot walk our own beach area without being followed and harassed by the sales staff. There have been other instances too where we have been followed at the Turnaround and even as far down as the aquarium without being disrupted and not left alone.I cannot in good faith ever recommend Wyndham to my friends, family, or tourists who come to visit. And it is sad I cannot walk in my own town in peace. read more

Great property, awesome location. Seriously a really clean establishment with an incredible pool, hot tub, workout location and game room. We have stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. The only item to be fair warned about is just say no to any sales presentation, they are high pressure. read more

Spent a week here as I have many times, and for the most part I am very happy with the visit. The walls do a great job and keeping your room quiet, the rooms are clean, the parking is great. The staff has always been nice and helpful. The things that weren't so great this time, the bed I slept on, was one of the worst beds I have ever been on. I haven't slept so badly in years. The water pressure in the showers is sad, I'm not sure I was clean at any time. Lastly the movie selection in the lobby seems to be getting smaller and smaller. I have seen some great movies here as I don't watch many during the year and on a week vacation I enjoy movies in the evening. read more

I had a good time this visit. Last visit not so much, but that was more about where you had us. THIS time we had a deluxe room, and it was thanksgiving. the pool, fun, nice and warm while freezing winds and rain drove in. hahhhhha the views nice, and no one bugged us like they did last time. it was a good visit. I never get to use worldmark, cause they are always overbooked, so as far as bang for your buck? not so much, but this time you made me happy. I had to book out nearly a year. my mother owns this, and I can honestly say the last ten years of paying for this was not worth it.
