I think every employee there has done my nails or a pedicure on me at one point or another. Never been disappointed. I recommend making an appointment especially around Holiday weekends or Fridays, but they'll almost always squeeze you in if you don't make an appointment. You just may have to wait 15 or 20 minutes. I don't get fancy designs or anything, just general set of acrylics sometimes, fills, and the Milk & Honey Pedicures with the gel polish, but they can do all kinds of fancier things (designs, dip, builder gel, etc.). It is mid-range, price-wise. My fill + pedicure with gel polish on both is usually around $100, but you get what you pay for, and my nails always look good for between 2 to 3 weeks. It is a comfortable salon & they treat you well! Highly recommend if you need a Manicure or Pedicure!

On Jan. 15, 2026, at my pedicure appointment, the young lady doesn't ask me and starts putting some kind of goop on my toenails before painting them. Says it's because my toenail is damaged. (True, as This is from each spa filing "the top" of my nail. I'm actually in the process of growing them out, so I told her not to file the top of my nail.) Finally, after drying for at least 15 minutes, I noticed my big toe has like a bubble under it that moves around when touched. She finally comes back after 15 minutes. And I inform her she needs to repaint that toenail. She does. // I wore sandals for the next 3-4 hours to eat dinner that evening in 40° weather so that they would dry completely. Then sleep over night and wore socks & boots all day. My wonderful future daughter-in-law bought me these cute new slippers. That pic is what my nails look like 24 hours later. Then I put closed toe leather flat shoes on and wore for rehearsal dinner. The next picture is the next morning, 36+ hours later. I regret not making an appointment with my normal spa at home for polish that would not get damaged, before coming to Destin and trying this spa. Perhaps it was the inexperienced staff member, I don't know. I picked the China Glaze polish. I think it was the goop.

The application was also very sloppy, so I asked them to add a second coat. The second coat did make the color look less see-through, but unfortunately, the polish still did not turn out well. As soon as I walked out to my car and looked at my toes again, I noticed that the polish had become shriveled and wavy. It looked nothing like what I expected when I left the salon. I would normally go back and have it fixed, but the salon is about an hour away from me, which makes it very inconvenient to return. I'm disappointed with the quality of the service, especially since I left expecting a simple, clean color change and instead ended up with nails that need to be redone.
