This used to be a fun place to stay, and I guess it still is depending on what you're in town for. I am typically there for work by myself, so I look for perks that cater to that need. In the past, depending on your status level, one of the perks was a coupon to get coffee from the Starbucks on-site, or breakfast from the on-site restaurant, at some point in 2023/2024 this policy was stopped. Which is very disappointing. If you're looking for a place close to the beach and close to other restaurants, this hotel is great. The pool is kind of small, but if you're staying here the ocean is about 2 blocks away and it's a nice stretch of beach, at that. So, in summary, if you're here for work might aught to look elsewhere, but if you're going in vacation or a cruise it's a good stay. read more

Do Not Book Cruise Parking This hotel offers parking for the cruise ships leaving out of Port Canaveral through Park Port Canaveral. I made my reservation online for parking but one must contact the hotel to pay for your parking before arriving. Once I made my reservation, I never received any email confirmation. Upon contacting Park Port Canaveral, they said to contact the hotel directly. I called the hotel front desk and was placed on hold 7 times with total hold time being over 1 hour. The person working was the only one at the front desk and was too busy checking in hotel guests. When she finally came back on the line, I told her to cancel the reservation. Which she did. No apologies or anything for the long wait time other than " I am the only one here." Upon further research, while on hold, there are many complaints where when you arrive the hotel cannot find your reservation. In addition, sometimes the shuttle to the cruise port never shows up. You are told to take an Uber or Lyft and pay for it as they will not reimburse you. Clearly, the parking for a cruise is a side revenue stream for the Four Points. This is so poorly run that I cannot recommend using this service at all! This is a disgrace to the Four Points by Sheraton brand. read more

It was very unorganized and customer service was poor. -They couldn't verify our reservation -They said we could park there but we had to Uber to the cruise ship. Really? -the reservation person was frazzled and unorganized causing me to feel that parking here is not a good idea -while I was waiting, customers were calling asking when the shuttle would pick them up. We stayed here after looking for a dog friendly hotel that was in close proximity to the beach. We were able to get a room last minute which was great, and no complaints. The room provided was very clean and passed my personal spot checking. We were about a 1 block walk away from the beach, so not too bad to get there quickly. The hotel itself is about 1 mile from the main pier, and is easy to walk to on a nice day. The hotel is attached to a surf shop, and also has a bar. We didn't check out too many of the amenities that the hotel offers since we preferred to hit the beach. read more

Overall, I enjoyed staying here. My main points are the following: 1) Rooms: Clean and comfortable beds. Our AC did go out on us once but maintenance repaired quickly 2) Location: Your across the street from Ron Jon's and within walking distance to the ocean (tho no private access). It's a short (3 min) drive to the pier. 3) Amenities: I have to comment on the pool like everyone else... It is the weirdest set up. However, it works and is a short walk from lobby. The hotel has its own shark bar and gift shop. I would cross the street to Ron Jon's tho - selection and prices are better. Parking was easy as well. There is a Starbucks downstairs as well. 2 stars because the gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful and kind. We booked the park and cruise package for a 3 day Disney cruise. The way there everything was fine, but they completely forgot to pick us up when the cruise was over. We stood outside for almost 2 hours. I called and they said to meet at stop 6, but never showed. We were the last passengers still there. I called again and the lady said the driver wasn't answering but would be there soon. I called again and the lady wasn't sure if the driver was coming to the Disney terminal or the carnival terminal. Long story short they never showed and I had to take an Uber back. One major safety issue I noticed at the hotel is the lights in the parking garage don't work on levels 4 and 5. They asked me to park the car at the very top (level 5) and I had to park on level 3 since I'm a woman traveling alone with a small child. read more

The pros: There's a full Starbucks on site There's a beach shop and restaurant on site. There's a parking garage with 3rd floor access to guest rooms/ elevators. ($6 to park doesn't break the bank) Ron Jon is next door It's a short walk to the beach access point The front desk staff and housekeeping staff was 100% friendly and pleasant. The room was very comfortable. There's plenty of "beachy" stores and restaurants nearby. The cons: The pool is a small pool on the ground floor of the garage. Probably more for a quick rinse than a lively day by the pool. The pool chairs are extremely uncomfortable. The "atrium view" rooms look at the gift shop. (I was offered one of these rooms and it was clearly explained to me allowing me to decide). (My 3rd floor room looked into the 2nd floor of the store) read more

For the location and price, you can't beat Four Points Sheraton. Cute hotel inside and out. Rooms are a decent size, beds are comfortable. Huge beach shop located inside the hotel where you can find anything from swimsuits to beach blankets to pajama pants with a Cocoa Beach logo. Also inside are a bar/restaurant and my favorite, a Starbucks. A huge selling point for me as I'm a Starbucks addict. Parking is $6 a night...Hello! $6 a night! I'm used to $30-40 a night. The parking garage is connected to the hotel, each garage floor gives you easy access from your car to your room and visa versa. Outdoor HEATED swimming pool with a small waterfall. I highly recommend Four Points Sheraton for your stay while visiting Cocoa Beach. read more

Im guessing the manager is the man with white hair who kinda reminds me of the KFC mascot, he was really rude. Soon as we walked in my auntie was checking in and he was telling her "you have two rooms" and some more stuff that i wasn't really listening too and she was telling him "i don't have two rooms because im sleeping in one with my husband" as he continuously argued with her.. (LITERALLY). he then asked her if her name was sierra and she said "no thats not my name".. Skip to a couple mins later he then starts arguing with her about military im guessing discounts saying that you have to be in the business or something like that? she was telling him that it was fine and she will just do regular as he KEPT ARGUING WITH HER. At this point we were annoyed and just let him have his way. If you thought that was all? NO! he was accusing my mom of having a fake identification when its literally her in the picture calling her "joselyn" THATS NOT HER NAME?! so all in all the stay was alright, but that man is quick to prove somebody wrong and will continue to argue with people until they get angry. 0/10 customer service. cheers to the other man with brown hair and glasses he's sweet! read more

The loud rooms kept me and my family awake most of the night. The furnace was very loud and definitely broken. I could hear the furnace in my room literally from halfway down the hall. Every door opening and closing through the hotel all night didn't help. I was in room 301 and the gym shared a wall with my room. Along the shared wall was a rack of dumbbells. You do the math. The security doors were always unlocked (or broken). Don't go here just because there's a pool. There is, but its small and the waterfall is broken. The hotel clerk that checked me in and out was extremely rude, but I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble. I stayed Jan 28 2022 and since then have reached out to the hotel several times by phone and email. All I want is a refund, I seriously hate complaining! Wonderful location. The bed was super comfy and the room was large. We ate several meals in the shark pit. Staff was great. Food was pretty average but definitely tasty. However the pool was terrible! If you were looking for a resort style pool this is not the place. The pool literally is in the parking garage. The deck is badly chipped, the hot tub doesn't work, the waterfall is turned off and covered in bird poop, there were four pool chairs that were all very worn and uncomfortable. I wasn't looking for a fancy pool but at least somewhere clean my daughter and I could spend a few hours. It was incredibly disappointing!!! read more

Convenient location, covered parking and clean rooms highlight our stay at Four Points Sheraton prior to our cruise. Rooms are very plain, but comfortable. My chief complaint was the quality for the price seemed more aligned to a lower end beach spot than one on the higher end. The lobby is super plain, but low maintenance for beach and shopping traffic. There is a Starbucks on site and the hotel connects to the 24hr Ron Jon's. Special shoutout to Robert at the front desk. We were staying on a day there was a rocket launch and had gathered with about 20 people on the top of the parking garage . The 5th floor was closed to car parking but staff had suggested it as a great place to see the launch but 8 min before the launch a manager from the hotel came up to make everyone go down a level. She nastily ran us down a level and stood century at the 5 level assuming non of us attempted to return and providing her and her a great view of launch. Later I'm sitting outside vaping as it was posted no smoking by doors and the overly assertive guard asked me if I was ok. I replied I was great and just vaping He then demanded I show him my room key !?!? I was in no way causing any issue or bothering anyone yet he felt the need to bother me. Typically hotels and staff seem to want to be helpful and friendly, a point missed by the staff here. read more

We checked in late after traveling all day. We get settled into our room. After a little while it's getting a little stuffy. We go to turn the ac on only to find that the thermostat is not working. I end up in the shower while two men are in our room trying to fix it. They cant seem to figure out the problem and I am not roasting in the bathroom with no exhaust fan. Finally I call hubs and ask him to have the men leave because I am roasting in the bathroom. The decide to give us a new room. I lay down in bed and the ac is blowing directly in my face. Hubs climbs up on a chair and tries to redirect the noisy ac. It's either shut it off or have it blowing directly on your head. Worse night sleep ever. Beds are less than comfortable. Ac is so noisy and intrusive. We wake up and go to call downstairs to see if they have shuttle service over to the port but our phone doesn't work. On the upside they have a Starbucks and some pretty good shopping downstairs. If I was rating the store I would give 5 stars but as a hotel they are awful! read more

It was noticed immediately after we took the shuttle to the port. I wouldn't exactly call this hotel utilitarian, but it felt much like a college dormitory or a simple European hotel when walking down the hallways and upon entering my room.. Everything is fairly plain, made to take lots of wear and tear and is more functional than decorative. Carpets in the corridors and in the rooms lack any padding or pile at all, and it appears they're made to stand up to a lot and last a while before requiring replacement. The doors to enter the rooms and the bathrooms are plain, light wooden doors. The hallways lack any artwork or greenery, and the desk, nightstand, headboards and TV stand in the room had finishes of either plastic or vinyl laminate, made to look like wood grain. The "gym" has a few cardio machines, a set of free weights and a flat, padded bench. The pool area with hot tub is smaller than the photos make it appear to be, and it's basically a small enclosed space surrounded by a gate and stucco walls, located within the ground floor of the parking garage. To get there one must go to the 1st floor, traipse through the lobby, go outside, cross the traffic entering/exiting the parking garage and then enter the gate to use the pool. I'm sure the exhaust smell some days when using the pool area from all the cars driving through the parking garage must be a treat! There's a Starbucks, a restaurant and a surf shop located off the lobby of this hotel, which is a bonus, and each room is outfitted with a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. I got this property after bidding on Priceline for a rate I think was fair. Had I paid the full rate they're advertising this place for on a few websites, I'd have been disappointed and would've given it fewer stars for sure. The hotel and room appeared to be clean, but I killed 1 cockroach during my stay here and after walking around the room in my bare feet for a few hours, the soles of my feet were dirty. read more

The customer service goes only as far as the greeting when you check in. The description of the room on Hotels.com says 1 Bedroom with view but it actually meant 2 queen size beds overlooking their store. I asked for 1 bed and they said it was a downgrade so they couldn't do it. I said ok, give me a couple of vouchers and give me a smaller room. he said, I cannot do that. Then I said, just give me a smaller room with 1 bed. He said sorry sir I cannot do that...what!?!?!? Nice place with convenient location to port Canaveral cruises. Shopping, food, beaches, and tourism options all local. Restaurant is great. Has a Starbucks also. Rooms are well kept and staff was super friendly. Gym was mediocre, but not bad. Facilities were well maintained with only a couple items of note. Pool and hot tub are nice, and covered so you can enjoy in most weather. Beach is only a block away is is quite nice to visit. I would definitely consider staying here again if in the area. Hotel will line up an inexpensive shuttle to ports or MCO if needed. read more

The water in the shower went down so slowly that it filled with dirty water while we showered. The floor was so dirty that the bath mat turned brown. read more

Definitely don't think you'll come here and plug in your Xbox/ps5/roku etc., and use it (because why would anyone want to do that). The hotel went through extraordinary lengths to make sure there's no way to switch to the hdmi channel for whatever reason. Also no TV guide for 90% of the channels so I Make sure you make time to flip through 120+ channels to figure out what to put on. Rooms and staff are great though. read more

Upon checking in the kids loved the huge shark tank with eels. My wife was checking in as we watched the sharks. When she was done she said they were providing a free beer for each adult at check in. So we the continued to watch the sharks while enjoying the beers and the kids enjoyed some sprite. When we went to pay for the sprites we were told don't worry about it. We were also upgraded at no charge to a suite. The rooms are tasteful and very clean. Overall we were very surprised at such a positive experience, which seem less common these days. read more

These rooms boast two queen size beds with extra pillows for propping in all the right places, and in a slightly separate area, a queen size pullout sofa as well. There are two televisions with cable, rental opportunity and a wifi connection, as well as, depending on the room, views that overlook the surf shop below. Very cool! This room typically runs about $140/night. If the kids are staying at Grandma's for the weekend, there are some nice rooms available with a oversize hot tub in the seating area of a small apartment sized suite. Really cozy ... ask for Room 218; this one is away from all of the others and you have the whole hall to yourself if you like the idea of a special little haven for you and your honey! Typically $110/night. The pool isn't much if that's where you intend to spend your time, but the beach is only a block away. The pool is small and there is a jacuzzi too with a really cool waterfall that the kids seem to love. There are a couple of tables and restrooms and easy access to the bar just inside the hotel as well. All in all ... I love the place! My family stays here a few times a year. If you get Starwood Points, don't forget to redeem them here! A bonus, you receive a 15% off coupon for the surf shop and everything is within walking distance. read more

First room we were assigned had a broken toilet. We were moved to another room and given new room keys. After having dinner we come back to find our room keys no longer worked. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I came to the front of the line and the person working said he had to help someone else first. I downloaded this app just to give this place a review! I'd give it a zero if I could. Staff was rude over the phone when I called to get some help over an honest mistake while booking. I was given a " Is it an Emergency? " from the rep when asking for a manager. With a tiring 18 hr drive to Cocoa Beach I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong date. I was calling in hopes of just switching the dates but rep stated manager said no as her "final answer" and didn't want to put her on the phone for me. I even suggested I was minutes from arriving and could go in to discuss this with her manager. She insisted nothing could be done and stated if I wanted a room I'd have to pay over $122 again for a different date. I'm so disappointed and won't ever make a reservation with any of these franchise!! read more

The service upon arrival around 5:30 p.m. was warm and welcoming. We checked in with ease after booking it thru Priceline. We were taking the Victory cruise the same evening. The room looked clean. However, we were assigned to 4th floor, but had luggage and was instructed to park on the 3rd floor to avoid stairs. The parking garage is convenient, but requires you to use your key to get to the hotel hallway. I know it is for security, but very cumbersome when your hands are full. The internet was down, I did inquire about that and was told it went down around noon, but was slowly coming back up. This has NEVER happened to me. Also, upon returning to the room after the cruise, around 2:00 a.m. I wanted to get in bed ASAP. The mattress and bedding were subpar at best. Having stayed at other Sheratons, the mattress was hard and lacked any plushness and the bedding was too thin. I was freezing!! I am accustomed to fluffy pillows, cozy thick comforters, and plush mattresses! The mattress slept like a hotel with a two star rating, the pillows were bulky, and the comforter was like another sheet. I also recalled when I was checking in someone was calling the front desk for more blankets, so obviously I wasn't the only customer who thought this. It was too late for me to ask for blankets. The room was noisy! The air condition was loud each time it came on and you could hear doors slamming all night. The walls are very thin. Lastly, the view is non-existent. When we looked out the window we saw the store. I would encourage the general manager to spend a night in room 415. It is not worth the money and doesn't do the Sheraton brand justice. The only positives were the workers. The GM was nice and housekeeping will bring you what you need, which saves you a trip to the front desk. read more

Never stayed there but have popped in multiple times. Location is perfect. Parking is great easy either for overnight or for just 15 minutes stop off. Very cool lobby, which includes a large store, an aquarium with sharks, a sports bar and Starbucks. I've never seen the lobby messy and the guests all seem happy. An average hotel but only had to stay 1 night. My family booked this hotel for one night before our cruise because it was significantly cheaper than the other hotels around here. Perfect for us, one night stay, and easy cruise parking for a week. Now, I have 3 stars, but if it was possible, I would most likely have given it a 3.5. Room itself was nice, big and spacious. Minimal lighting in the room, one lamp had a burnt out bulb, and the lamp on the desk was falling apart. I took a shower, stepped out and the floor was SOAKED. I mean literally, the floor was covered in water. Not sure what happened there. Stains on the comforter and stains on the chair in the room. Ron Jon was right next door which was great, and dinner was a couple blocks away. Never went in the pool, but be aware, it is a tiny pool in the parking garage, which seems like an accident waiting to happen with all that moisture. Would probably not stay here again if i don't have to, but it was fine for the night I was here. read more

Advertised as a "beachfront" hotel. Could NOT be further from the truth! Pool in the parking garage? Really? I am a titanium Marriott member and I booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival I was not sure if I was in a hotel or a surf shop...turns out it was BOTH. There is a surf shop smack in the middle of the hotel. If you like to watch people shop all day from your "atrium view" room well good for you but if you want to see the ocean then move on...which I did. The only reason this is a two star instead of a one star is the front desk clerk was excellent with my request to cancel my reservation. It seems he was use to people canceling upon arrival from the disappointment of seeing the actual hotel instead of the photo enhanced pictures and lies about beach front. I would expect a lot more from the Marriott group! You really need to change the description of this property on your site. It would save the customer and your team members a lot of grief from upset customers. read more

The hotel is newer looking and near the beach but other than that steer clear. Service is horrible! I tried to get room service and they said the menu in the room was wrong and they don't have an updated one. So essentially they do not have room service...well ok no problem right? I went downstairs to get something to eat and the hostess just stood there making another couple and I wait 10 mins. I gave up waiting at that time...now just hungry in my room because my phone is dying and the front desk person said the nearest place is 7 blocks away. I don't feel comfortable walking by myself (can't get an Uber due to phone battery) in the dark so guess I'll skip dinner. Also this is only one of the many things that went wrong...for a one night stay. Ok the other smaller issues...my room windows were above the bar/hotel entry way so it was loud and zero daylight (should probably warn people about those rooms as I've never seen one before and I travel every week). My room wasn't available at 3pm (normal check in time) even though I requested 12pm, the check in lady was a bit rude I had to put up a fight to get a parking pass as I wanted to get on with my day and not wait around for my room. The toilet in the room ran every few minutes anytime anyone in the hotel flushed it seems. The shower head was broken, and the toiletries smelled like strong men's cologne. Rooms are not bad I'm not a big fan of the view that overlooks the indoor shopping area but the accommodations and common area appear to be clean despite the fact that this is a very busy location the price is outrageous at 200 a night I'm guessing that they are taking advantage of people because this is spring break time especially when this room is normally 80-90 dollars a night ( i frequent the cocoa beach area) it's not bad but definitely not worth 200 a night. One complaint is the lightning in the room is very dime even with all the lights on it's a very dungeon like feeling especially with the view of the shopping area there is no natural light coming in. Request a room with a view of the outdoors is a must this hotel is ok in a pinch but there are much better choices in the area. read more
