Greeted by staff upon arrival..were given keys right away which was a plus we did not have to wait Room had two Kong beds..There was a Microwave and Refrigerator and Coffee Maker in room which was a plus...Large desk area and plenty of space and a room safe too..parking garage so convenient to access your room..they did change 10.00 to park which to me should be included in the price...just saying...rooms are dated and very basic but are clean..Poop was closed for .renovations or repairs which did not matter since I did not planing on using but may have been a disappointment for others who have traveled and wanted to utilize the pool Has a small weight room to and a cool little store on site too where you can rent chairs, bikes,etc.. Beach is around two blocks away..Ron Jons next door and in Lobby, Starbucks onsite and Sharkey's for drinks and food .good location to walk the strip ...

Damaged wall... exposed holes, missing art

Friendly welcoming staff - but the rooms are run down, uncomfortable, and felt very dirty.

Overall, I enjoyed staying here. My main points are the following: 1) Rooms: Clean and comfortable beds. Our AC did go out on us once but maintenance repaired quickly 2) Location: Your across the street from Ron Jon's and within walking distance to the ocean (tho no private access). It's a short (3 min) drive to the pier. 3) Amenities: I have to comment on the pool like everyone else... It is the weirdest set up. However, it works and is a short walk from lobby. The hotel has its own shark bar and gift shop. I would cross the street to Ron Jon's tho - selection and prices are better. Parking was easy as well. There is a Starbucks downstairs as well. So would I come back? Yes. The shark tank is pretty cool and it's in a good location with clean rooms. Could it use some upgrades? Also, yes, but not deal breakers.

Dark parking garage- total safety issue. I had flash on during this pic.

2 stars because the gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful and kind. We booked the park and cruise package for a 3 day Disney cruise. The way there everything was fine, but they completely forgot to pick us up when the cruise was over. We stood outside for almost 2 hours. I called and they said to meet at stop 6, but never showed. We were the last passengers still there. I called again and the lady said the driver wasn't answering but would be there soon. I called again and the lady wasn't sure if the driver was coming to the Disney terminal or the carnival terminal. Long story short they never showed and I had to take an Uber back. One major safety issue I noticed at the hotel is the lights in the parking garage don't work on levels 4 and 5. They asked me to park the car at the very top (level 5) and I had to park on level 3 since I'm a woman traveling alone with a small child.

The pros: There's a full Starbucks on site There's a beach shop and restaurant on site. There's a parking garage with 3rd floor access to guest rooms/ elevators. ($6 to park doesn't break the bank) Ron Jon is next door It's a short walk to the beach access point The front desk staff and housekeeping staff was 100% friendly and pleasant. The room was very comfortable. There's plenty of "beachy" stores and restaurants nearby. The cons: The pool is a small pool on the ground floor of the garage. Probably more for a quick rinse than a lively day by the pool. The pool chairs are extremely uncomfortable. The "atrium view" rooms look at the gift shop. (I was offered one of these rooms and it was clearly explained to me allowing me to decide). (My 3rd floor room looked into the 2nd floor of the store)

For the location and price, you can't beat Four Points Sheraton. Cute hotel inside and out. Rooms are a decent size, beds are comfortable. Huge beach shop located inside the hotel where you can find anything from swimsuits to beach blankets to pajama pants with a Cocoa Beach logo. Also inside are a bar/restaurant and my favorite, a Starbucks. A huge selling point for me as I'm a Starbucks addict. Parking is $6 a night...Hello! $6 a night! I'm used to $30-40 a night. The parking garage is connected to the hotel, each garage floor gives you easy access from your car to your room and visa versa. Outdoor HEATED swimming pool with a small waterfall. I highly recommend Four Points Sheraton for your stay while visiting Cocoa Beach.

The loud rooms kept me and my family awake most of the night. The furnace was very loud and definitely broken. I could hear the furnace in my room literally from halfway down the hall. Every door opening and closing through the hotel all night didn't help. I was in room 301 and the gym shared a wall with my room. Along the shared wall was a rack of dumbbells. You do the math. The security doors were always unlocked (or broken). Don't go here just because there's a pool. There is, but its small and the waterfall is broken. The hotel clerk that checked me in and out was extremely rude, but I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble. I stayed Jan 28 2022 and since then have reached out to the hotel several times by phone and email. All I want is a refund, I seriously hate complaining! I paid over 250 to not sleep and get yelled at. Give me my money back!

We went their shopping only, the shop is big and tightly packed with quite a few brand names beach activities clothes and more.

No wipes in gym dispenser. Equipment not clean.

Not a good place. You can see from my pics, they don't maintain the hotel well. Also, there is a nasty odor in the elevator and hallway. For what they charge, they should do better. Only good point, the man at late check-in was very courteous and enthusiastic.

    Badly maintained pool deck

Wonderful location. The bed was super comfy and the room was large. We ate several meals in the shark pit. Staff was great. Food was pretty average but definitely tasty. However the pool was terrible! If you were looking for a resort style pool this is not the place. The pool literally is in the parking garage. The deck is badly chipped, the hot tub doesn't work, the waterfall is turned off and covered in bird poop, there were four pool chairs that were all very worn and uncomfortable. I wasn't looking for a fancy pool but at least somewhere clean my daughter and I could spend a few hours. It was incredibly disappointing!!!

1 Star (because negative star is not an option) - BUG-INFESTED DUMP. DO NOT STAY HERE…read more A few years ago, this place was okay. My most recent stay? Hands down one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. This "hotel" is more like a BUG-TEL. Sure, it has beach access and a nice view, but that's bait. Do not fall for it. The so-called "upgrades" are lipstick on a pig, and once you're inside, it's all downhill. Check-in was a joke; the front desk woman was curt, dismissive, and borderline rude. No welcome, no hospitality. Then I walked into my room... and it was over. Once I got in bed, I was eaten alive by bugs all night! It was like trying to sleep in a buffet--for the bugs. I couldn't rest because every time I tried to close my eyes, I felt something biting me. My son and mom (in a separate room) were asleep, so I literally sat outside on a chair all night long, reading just to avoid being attacked. The next morning, covered in bites and running on zero sleep, I told the front desk what happened. Did I get an apology? Nope. She actually acted like I was the problem. As if I would invent a story about bugs and being awake for 36 hours just for fun. Yes, the sunrise was nice. Yes, I saw two rocket launches and some cute little crabs on the beach. But no amount of "Florida charm" can make up for a night of torture. Bottom line: this place is a bug-infested, customer service-optional nightmare. The cheap price and pretty view are a trap. Pay more. Stay anywhere else. I am a Central Floridian and I know for a fact there are better options than this dump.

It gave me a little too much of a budget feel or maybe a better modern holiday inn feel, but it was fine. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was crazy friendly. We were able to get to the hotel at around noon and check in even though our room and check in time was at 4. They let us know as soon as our room was ready, which was two hours early. The elephant in the room........ I don't know how else to explain it, but underneath the citrus/coconut/beach'ish fragrance in the room was a very slight kind of sewage odor. There's also a nice sandy lounge area with tables and chairs, plus a grassy space with games like Connect Four and cornhole, making it fun for both families and adults. I also enjoyed the on site bar and cafe, which offered reasonably priced food and drinks. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a great variety of options and plenty of seating both indoors and on the outdoor patio. One of the best perks was the free beach equipment rentals. The hotel offers umbrellas, beach chairs, surfboards, and bicycles at no extra cost, and i definitely took advantage of those amenities during my stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place does not live up to its advertisement claims or standards. The check-in process was handled by a female clerk who was extremely curt and rude. It was our first impression of Cocoa Beach, and honestly, it left a terrible taste. To make matters worse, we saw a woman with a teenage child checking in before us--despite the inn claiming to be an adults-only establishment. The clerk gave a dismissive speech about keys and parking passes, and when it was our turn, she asked, "You heard all of that correct, so I don't have to repeat it?" as if we were bothering her. She completely ignored a comment about her adorable fur baby walking behind the counter, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. We received a metal key (not a key card), and when we arrived at our room, the smell hit us--like mothballs or old linens. There is no elevator to access the second-floor rooms, so we had to carry our luggage up two flights of tiled stairs. The hallway was cluttered with construction boxes, which made the walk to our room less than welcoming. The biggest letdown was the so-called "beach view." The property falsely claimed to be on the beach, but the view was obstructed by tall brush and a parking lot, requiring a walk through the grounds, pool area, over a wooden bridge, and through brush to reach the beach. It was far from the direct, scenic beach access promised. The room itself was tiny--an efficiency size with a ceiling-mounted modem that blinked neon green all night, keeping us awake. The bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. The bathroom was minuscule; I could touch both walls with arms outstretched, which is astonishingly small for two adults. Their "free breakfast" was a complete sham. What they called "free" was more like a snack bar limited to a muffin, a tiny piece of quiche, a slice of toast (if you ask), a small shot of orange juice, and some coffee. The poached eggs and hot water setup for cooking eggs was ineffective--the water was never hot enough to boil. The toaster was broken, and the entire breakfast experience was a joke. The property was in severe need of updating, with construction materials cluttering the hallways, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance lacking. The parrots kept at the inn were beautiful but seemed stressed and shy, likely due to the poor conditions and neglect. Overall, this inn was an unpleasant, outdated, and misrepresented place that I would strongly advise avoiding. My husband had booked this inn for our 16-year wedding anniversary through Expedia and USAA. Since we did not get a name from the clerk who checked us out and took our keys, we were unable to get a refund. This location was so horrible, that we are fine with not getting a refund as at least we were able to stay at a better location for the remaining 3 nights we were staying in Cocoa Beach. This inn charges top dollar to stay here for false advertisement and to sleep in a broom closet that are old & extremely outdated, uncomfortable. After just one night, we checked out early and moved to a reputable hotel nearby, which turned our stay in Cocoa Beach from terrible to enjoyable. Save yourself the frustration/money and look elsewhere for accommodations.
