He's an amazing vet. Compassion and humor. He's one of the good guys. And our animals like him too

Very disappointed with this clinic. We specifically called in advance and asked if they could…read moreperform an ultrasound for our pregnant dog, and we were told yes. However, after arriving and after they had already performed other procedures, we were informed that they do not actually have an ultrasound machine and only offer X-rays. It felt very misleading because this important information was only disclosed after services had already been provided, making the client responsible for paying for the visit anyway. This wastes people's time, money, and creates unnecessary stress for pet owners in an already emotional situation. Please be honest and transparent with clients about what equipment and services your clinic actually has before scheduling appointments and charging people.

One time we were on our way and called to say we're 5 to 10 minutes late in the middle of traffic, they refused to see us and made us reschedule. They have very low tolerance waiting for people, but fine with making people wait for them. But since it's very affordable, you do get what you pay for. Today was the last straw & we had to leave after 30 minutes past our appointment because it made us very late for work. The place is also very outdated and runned down, but the doctor seems calm & doesn't rush. So not too bad if time isn't something you value.

Her previous vet seemed unconcerned with my dog's diagnosis, only suggesting changing her diet. Dr. Mann, however, went into immediate save-this-dog-mode from the very first visit. She took such excellent care of my little girl, but unfortunately she was too far along in the illness, and after a few weeks she died. The front office staff was friendly, upbeat, kind, understanding, and wonderful, just like Dr. Mann throughout the entire experience.

Most of the staff are nice and the prices are good but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. My dog needed to have surgery and they had me drop her off at 7am. I called them at 4pm because I hadn't received an update and I was told she hadn't even gone into surgery yet...I had to take time off work to drop her off early which is fine but it was frustrating to find out they just had her waiting around in a crate all day. Another instance is when I brought her in for some vaccinations and waited with her in the lobby for over 45 minutes. No one said anything to me and I had to ask multiple times to see what was going on because I shouldn't have had to wait that long. It was also frustrating because I moved my appointment from 4pm to 2:30pm and then literally waited until 3:30 to be seen anyway. Also, if you're in a room, they'll say they'll be back and then leave you in there for like 20-30 minutes without an update and you'll have to go into the hall and flag someone down to remind them that you're still there. They also let owners go into the surgery room when they drop off their pet while people are literally operating on an animal a few feet away...seems unsanitary to me. Luckily I'm moving so I won't have to come back but if I wasn't, I would have really considered finding a new veterinarian. Only good thing about this place is the price.

They don't seem as transparent as other vets that we've worked with and we didn't get a chance to talk with the actual vet. Overall we just didn't feel as comfortable with working with them for the long term. The spay was successful and I would recommend this place, but I don't think we'd use as our long term vet.

Came here twice now, first time my 4 yr old collie/heeler mix was I'll. The vet (i believe who owns…read morethe practice) you can tell has many years of experience and loves animals. He was very knowledgeable and calm around my typically timid dog. The doctor set out expectations and was very calm discussing my options. Ended with giving me some antibiotics and probiotics and some advice rather then doing a bunch of tests that may or may not work. We monitored my animals bowel movements, and gave my him chicken broth with some meat and rice in it. And gave him the water and some substance to gather the strength he needed and got better after a few days after following this regime. Second time was for an annual teeth cleaning and checkup. Again, my dog being timid, when I was told I cold leave I got a call asking if I could help him get him medically induced for his cleaning. I'm glad that instead of forcing their way to him (as had happen once before to the point to pooped himself at another vetrananairy hospital) that they called me and we were able to knock him out safely together Note: This place doesn't look the cleanest. Price is very inexpensive then compared to the Lynnwood area. Which is also fantastic.!
