I was interested in visiting after seeing the airport location and hearing rave reviews but I'd just stop on my next flight to give them another shot and wouldn't come back here.

After disagreement he goes on to say he was calling the police and that I had to leave the store. Security came in and asked about situation and I explained. Told him he had no valid reason to make me leave and no reason to refuse my purchase. I sat until he called police so I could get a report for records. Not only did he call the police he lied and told them that I had threatened him and called some guys from next door to witness I suppose. This is not a good look for your company and have someone working at your company that lacks proper management skills. I have documented this incident with the police report and hope to never see his face again! Considering contacting news outlet as well! He had no reason to display discriminatory behavior towards me. Basically manager had me wait 30 minutes to deny my purchase after waiting, call the police then lie to say I threatened him. As I mention and told manager and police, there's cameras in here go do a playback!

Beacon, Beacon, Beacon.... What can I say ? You missed the 4.5 star mark others previously gave you. In fact, Im disappointed I took the time to try a new place as I chose poorly. Reasons why I will not be back to visit. (even though i usually give 3 chances...) Walking in, first glance showed cuteness with alot of Harley Davidson Cafe Decor with black and white floor squares and glossy enamel painted booths. Based on this "cuteness factor" i would think "Quaint". Cashier/Welcome person not friendly and asked us to "Wait" for 10 minutes"...Surprising to me as there were quite a few tables that were open, later to find out they were waiting to be cleaned. So the 10 minute wait we did.... I didn't notice any bus boy but there was a crew of 5 waitresses ? maybe more and for such a small place, with open tables needed cleaning, i didn't feel a wait was appropriate. We get set down and noticed the odd heights the table and Booth's were... Tables were very low, and the booths sat very high.. Unsure why they were built that way, but there it was... Very high booths... Looking around I noticed the bottom of the booths very dirty. The hard enamel painted booths were dirty and I had to brush my seating area off just to sit down. Lastly, there was food particles on my booth that needed something wet to remove them. So I just stayed on my side... The waitress, although giving us menus, seem to be pushing the breakfast bar and it was supposed to be so wonderful with never ending bacon, sausage and so many other things, she said, so we went for it. Disappointing there as well. Cathead Biscuit's were hard and dry as a bone but the pepper gravy was actually tasty. (Pre-Mixed ?? ) If you got a biscuit, you absolutely had to have gravy to give it some moisture. I requested a ham and cheese omelette with mushrooms, squash and cauliflower, ( I love vegetables ) and watched where all they grabbed the veggies from. The table layed out with all the ingredients was really terrible looking. Ingredients were not the least bit appetizing looking and it was in dire need of a cleaning. Eggs were on ice to keep them cool, but, none of the other ingredients were, all were just sitting in the open with nothing to control the temperature or combat flying insects. The worst part was the "Smoked Sausage.". It was hard, and chewey as could be. They might as well of chopped up a bunch of "slim jims" and dumped them in a warming pan. It was just that hard and chewey. Overall, the food left alot to be desired in just simple, basic taste and flavor. Back at my table, picking over my food to determine what I might possibley eat, many waitresses walked by. No smiles, no "Good Morning's" , nothing that made me feel like our business was appreciated. We walked in because of the 4.5 stars but could not disagree more. Had the wait staff been friendlier would have earned them a 2.5 from me. Nothing more. Suggestions: Clean up your store. Quit spending money on all the Harley Davidson decor. It's cute and does well to support a theme for the business however the food will run them off and/or give them a good case of intestinal woe. Improve your breakfast and people may be curious enough to come back and eat other foods. Im not so sure about the price points either. $3 for coffee, and if you like drinking out of paper cups only, and plastic cups for water, then this may be a place for you. $16.99 for a breakfast buffet is extremely steep if your not a big eater, and/or you dont care to have "unending bacon or sausage."...
