Excellent customer service here. An employee greeted me and chatted with about the Many different drinks here. There are also a lot of Mochi donuts and cookies to choose from in the glass case. Arrive early to ensure all baked goods are still available. They sell out quickly. The shop is adorably kitschy. The loud vibrant colors aren't overshadowed by the loud vibrant music. LOL! It is a cute place to hang out for a bit. It's more of an energy recharge than chill spot. The Nutella Biscoff cookie was good, not great, but good. It was surprisingly not too sweet and a nice mid day dessert. There is plenty of parking as this place is located in the Montgomery Plaza shopping center. This is a cute boba and cookie/ Mochi donut shop. They have indoor seating and cute décor and even games if you want to sit down and stay awhile. We were getting a drink after lunch, I got their milk tea and added black boba, my husband got a lemonade and our kid got a s'mores cookie. They have a plethora of drink options and quite a few cookie and donut options as well. We originally had an issue with the cookie that we bought, but we discovered it while we were still in the store and the staff quickly addressed it and replaced the cookie. They have a shared parking lot. So you may have to walk a little ways and they are conveniently located around a lot of different stores. We discovered the Montgomery Plaza when looking for a place to eat and saw this cute boba/mochi donut/cookie place. We ordered the strawberry smoothie, which was delicious. Mine had banana and it was a refreshing drink. We also got mochi donuts and their gourmet cookies. First off, the mochi donuts had a great chew to it and the dough was perfectly fried, however, the frostings to the ube, cookies and cream and strawberry left us wanting more. What's good is that they're not overly sweet, however, the flavors were a bit underwhelming that you could hardly distinguish them from each other. I wish for the cookies and cream, that they didn't just sprinkle the Oreo pieces, but mixed it into the frosting. That might've helped. We also got 3 cookies, the lemon, which was soft and had a nice chew, but also lacking much of the lemon flavor that you kind of have to hunt for it. The pecan cookie dipped in chocolate was ok. Not my favorite. But the s'mores/cookies and cream cookie was pretty yummy. It had a crème brûlée marshmallow center, which gave it a nice flavor. Overall, it was a pretty yummy experience. Just lacked some flavor in certain areas, but definitely coming back to try the other drinks and food! read more

Ordered a mocha cookie, mango and passion fruit yakult drink and a matcha latte with sakura foam. All three items were yummy but a bit expensive. The mocha cookie wasnt too sweet, gooey on the inside and a tad bit crunchy on the outside. The mango passion fruit with yakult was refreshing but a bit tart from passionfruit. The matcha latte with sakura form was my favorite. You could taste both matcha and sakura but the sakura was a light flavor. Not only is this one of the cutest boba/dessert shops I've been to, but they also have some of the best drink options I've seen! They have tons of lychee and rose options (I ended up getting one), as well as a Sakura line and butterfly pea flower line. I chose the Lychee Rose Oolong with Cream Cheese foam, which was refreshing and not too sweet! The cream cheese combination with these flavors was definitely interesting... I'm not sure I'd do it again but it was fun to try. They said their brown sugar creme brûlée boba was a crowd favorite, which my boyfriend got and loved. Everything looked so amazing, it was hard to choose! They also have lots of mochi donut options, with a variety of fun flavors (although most were sold out by the time we got there)! I ended up getting the ube mochi donut, which had an amazing texture and was perfectly sweet. The ube flavor wasn't very strong, but I did enjoy the donut overall. Let's start with "meh" Everything here is just meh -- the service, the mochi donuts, the drinks. The mochi donuts are meh. Everything is seriously overrated and overpriced for what you get. This place has been on my list for some time now and finally got to go a while ago. Ordered three mochi donuts, one gourmet cookie and two drinks. I got the Ube, Cookies and Cream, and Matcha mochi donuts (listed in the order I liked them the most) and all of them were so yummy! The gourmet cookie I got was the Matcha Macadamia and it was pretty good. It had a nice crunch on the outside and it was creamy on the inside. Overall, it had a nice consistency to it. Got the Mango and Passion Fruit Yakult with 30% ice and 75% sugar sakura cream. It was a great drink, not too sweet and I loved the sakura cream that was added to it. For the Matcha Latte With Sakura Foam, got it with 30% ice and 50% sugar - personally, I liked it at that sugar level. It's a pretty cute spot and customer service was great! read more

I found out about this place (also during grand opening week) thanks to my astute friend who knew this area quite well! The boba shop is impressive through and through. From the interior calm ambience to the EXTENSIVE menu that includes even Korean shaved ice, the boba shop is a must try and great addition to the food scene in FW. The butterfly pea drinks were all phenomenal. You can curate the drink to your own liking with sweetness and ice and sizes are pretty decent. Cups are pretty unique and I will be reusing mine. Be super careful if you have a mold allergy like me! The atmosphere and drinks are adorable and the service was great. But there's so much mold all over the walls and floor. It's fuzzy and on all the walls and hidden places. I couldn't even drink my drink after finding that out in fear of getting more sick. :/ I had to go home and take allergy meds and wash my clothes quickly. Went here on a Wednesday afternoon with some coworkers for book cluuuuub. Very pink vibe, nice indoor decorations, few games to play (and when I say a few I mean like 3 different uno types, some crocodile teeth thing, Jenga, and a chess board), easy to read menu. Drinks are on the pricier side depending on what you get, but from what I read prices hover around $7 without boba. You do get what you pay for though and the drinks were all positive among the group. As with most boba shops you can adjust your ice and sweetness which helps and caters to all different tastes. I've gone here 3 times during varying hours of the day and they are always out of boba. This most recent time it was only 7:30pm on a Saturday. They were open for another 2.5 hours. We were behind one person and when we got up to the cashier, she stated "We don't have boba at the moment. If you want boba, it'll be ready in an hour." The snacks and drinks are fantastic and i really appreciate being able to choose a sweet level for drinks. I was really taken back by how "clean" it smelled when walking in. I say clean in parentheses because I noticed some painted over mold in upper corner of the seating area across from the board games. I assume the building has water damage and they used fabulos to cover the smell of mildew. The cookie had a very strong undertone of fabuloso after taking it home. The service is great and the employees are so kind. I just think whoever owns the building is responsible for repairs because the mix of mildew and cleaning products is leeching into the food. read more

My boyfriend and I came here to try their bingsu (Korean style shaved ice)! I love bingsu and normally I would have to drive to Carrolton to get bingsu. The bingsu here was very good; however, we did wished the condense milk was more evenly mixed in with the shaved ice. We felt like the condense milk was all the way at the bottom. The mango pieces were still pretty frozen and hard to chew as well. Also would've liked the mango pieces to be cut up into smaller pieces so that there would be a little bit of mango with every bite. Otherwise, we still enjoyed the dessert! Serving size is pretty big so definitely share with a friend or two. We didn't try any of their drinks but the menu was very unique and I would definitely come back to try something else! It was their grand opening day so everything was very new and clean. The workers and owners were very nice. We would definitely come back when I'm craving for bingsu but don't want to drive all the way to Carrolton! read more
