A lot of variety of beads and interesting charms. The women working were extremely sweet and helpful. Some stuff was a little pricey but there are plenty of affordable fun options.

Omnihedral - Large selection of board games

A fun haven for old school gamers…read more Omnihedral is a game store dedicated to tabletop games such as board games, card games, and pen and paper games. This large store is filled with antique tables and chairs, inviting you to sit down and play one of their hundreds of testable board games. An upstairs area with an even grander table is ideal for hosting D&D sessions. Any time you come to Omnihedral, expect to hear the sounds of rolling dice and cheering players. Omnihedral's large walls are littered with every board game under the sun, including rarer kickstarter games that might not even be available for public commercial purchase. They sell games and accessories, plushies and wearables, little gifts and large pieces of decoration you can take home. They also sell a variety of 3D printed goods. Last year, I purchased a christmas tree ornament of a mimic that I still cherish. If you're looking for something interesting and rare, ask one of the employees and they'll point you to something unique, like a christmas tree dice holder that doubles as a dice tower. Prices are higher than what you'd expect at a brand store such as Walmart or Target, but you get so much more variety to choose from with games and other items you cannot find anywhere else. If you have a passion for games, Omnihedral will feed that passion.

Their vast amount of games are available to play in store or check out for a fee. Paints are available for purchases for Warhammer or table top games. Updated version Hi All,…read more  I know that everyone is different & everyone has a different notion about suits & what to buy.   But, if you need and are looking for a new suit and you are not an off the rack fit or perhaps you like made to measure (MTM) suits that are well constructed (full or half canvas) and that fit well, then please consider Art Solop of Benchmark Clothiers.     Art is a very nice friendly gentleman who knows his business & he offers very good MTM suits at reasonable prices.     I've tried to have MTM suits made by highly rated online vendors & even at one vendor at a brick & mortar location in D.C. and they can't compete in quality, amount of customization & fit. He can do almost anything from different types of pockets to styling to various linings and other many varied customizations all at the same price.  He doesn't even charge differently for different fabrics unlike many others.   My father was a custom suit fitter for Barneys NY and then for a custom uniform company in NYC for many years & he taught me all he knows about how a suit should fit. That's made me pickier than most when it comes to suits, how they fit and their construction for better or for worse. So believe me when I tell you that Art Solop is good & his suits are really well made. He is knowledgeable about Shatnez and has ascertained from his manufacturer assurances that his wool suits do not contain any linen.  Of course this is not a guarantee and I am not advising anyone not to have their clothing checked.   I highly recommend trying Art and Benchmark Clothiers for your next MTM suit or shirt. He can help with off the rack suits as well for about $400.00 inclusive of pants finishing - hem or cuff). He will do tailoring on your old suits too. He just tailored two of my older suits (Not even purchased from him).   If you tell Art that Simmy sent you, we both get $75.00 g.c./credit.    https://baltimorecustomsuits.com     All the best!   Simmy

I cannot speak highly enough of Benchmark Clothiers and Art Solop. I recently bought three suits,…read morethree custom shirts, and several ties. Art came to my office and helped me select the perfect colors and styles for my suits, shirts, and ties. The suits are well made, expertly tailored, and look great. This is my first time purchasing custom tailored dress shirts and I don't think I will ever go back to purchasing off the rack. The fit is amazing and all the little extras from the thread colors on the button holes to the liner in the collar truly make them one of a kind. From the quality of the product to the friendly, attentive personal service, I would highly recommend Art Solop and Benchmark Clothiers.

We laughed at some of the gifts that would make perfect stocking stuffers or gag gifts. Some were quite irreverent and some perfect for that friend who has a "colorful" vocabulary, I was tempted by a lovely miniature fountain in the shop's window. It looked like it came straight out of a New England courtyard. Unfortunately, I just didn't have the right place for it. On a rack of clothing was a gorgeous sweater but was sadly a size small and I'm not a size small (sigh). Our daughter collects miniatures and found an adorable tiny ceramic turtle right away. We bought her as a souvenir of our day. In the back is an area with antiques that I haven't really explored. I know someone like my daughter, who has the stamina, could spend hours browsing in Bearing Gifts. So much to see, so much to enjoy.

The fact that I've been to Savage Mill more than once and have missed this GIANT sprawling antique…read moreshop on the bottom floor is not just a crime, but a crime against humanity really. This place is HUGE. I don't know how i missed it. Or the giant antique chair that's out front for you to take pictures in. So this is like one of those antique stores where there are boothes everywhere that people rent out and basically sell and the antique store gets a small cut and they pay rent to have a booth there. There must be upwards of 40+ booths/vendors. Probably more. Everything from antique furniture, antique medical stuff, decor, you name it. I ended up getting some gifts for friends and now that I've given the gifts, I can detail them. An agate container that I thought was cool. A broach in the shape of a person (almost art deco style) but decorated in almost a Native American/Latin style. I got a set of beautiful Japanese coasters in a nice container with I believe Iris' on the front. I also got a cute little Canada themed hourglass thing. Just a bunch of random stuff where I saw it, and was like, "oh I could see this person liking this." I can't wait to go back. I spent maybe an hour or so there, but I could have easily spent more time. The people at the front were really helpful opening up glass cases to see certain items though I will say (the amount of keys and cases they have is sort of aggressive) lol. A LOT of stuff is behind lock and key. Great store though. And legit DO NOT know how I missed this.

I would not recommend this jeweler for platinum resizing or repairs. After having my engagement…read morering resized, the shank was left noticeably too thin, which compromised the integrity of the ring. I ultimately had to take it to a more experienced jeweler to have the shank replaced. When I brought the issue back after he resized it, he declined to fix it and acknowledged that he is not very comfortable working with platinum . He also did not seem equipped to properly work with platinum. He was only able to remove material during sizing and did not have the capability to add platinum to stabilize or reinforce the band. That's a major concern because platinum requires specific expertise and necessary materials. There was also a communication barrier that made it difficult to discuss fine details or get clear answers to my questions. I didn't feel confident that my concerns were ever fully understood or addressed. On top of that, I later found out I was overcharged for the initial resizing. Another jeweler quoted me significantly less (about $65 cheaper) for the same work, and with much better results. I believe he means well and may be fine for VERY basic repairs, particularly on gold jewelry, but I regret trusting him with something as important as my engagement ring.
