I'm not sure I've seen a location this clean and organized. I'm used to them being a bit chaotic, merchandise left in places it doesn't belong, changing rooms that should be gutted... The changing rooms were free of crap, the people working were pretty nice, and there wasn't much in the way of stuff on the floor. Also, I'm not sure if it's because the store is new or this location is just getting better merchandise, but I actually found stuff I wanted to buy... And not just a shirt. More like $100+ of things I needed to fill my fairly sparse wardrobe.

When I realized I didn't have it, I retraced my steps with no luck. The awesome lady at the front, Kathy, offered to help. She flagged down the manager, Conrad who went above and beyond to help me. While a ran out to my truck to make sure I hadn't left it there, he went around the entire store with his personal cell phone calling me trying to help me find it, which he did! He even came outside to flag me down as he saw I was visibly upset. Both Kathy and Conrad could not have been kinder or more helpful. The store was organize, clean, and well kept. Its always nice to shop in a store like that. But when you have employees like Kathy and Conrad, it takes it to the next level. I will most definitely be back to this specific store with friends! I am so grateful to him.

Usually I look through home decor, toys, and toddler clothes / accessories. They also have great seasonal items for cheap if you are there around a holiday time. They are usually well organize and clean. They have clearly marked 'one-way' aisles for social distancing and they are mandating and enforcing mask wearing. On my trip today, I purchase just one dress shirt. He entered the store at 5:30, spent about 20 minutes looking at shirts and found one that I liked. Attempted to see what it may look like in a mirror; it is understandable that there are no dressing rooms during this time but one would think there might be a mirror and a clothing store someplace but apparently not. At 10 to 6 I walked over to the registers; there were just three people in front of me and three registers open. The next time I looked at the clock it was 608 when I started my car. I just think 18 minutes is a little too long to wait in line, especially given that I had just one item and paid cash. I purchased a bunch of them & we LOVE a couple of them but they didn't have any more of those in Pensacola. Fast Forward to my other house, I decided to check here for more & voilà! They have a much bigger store here with lots more inventory. The super helpful employee even told me I can return the ones I still have in the boxes I didn't like to get more of the ones I do like, voilà!
