Maurice Sr (pronounced Morris) inherited the business from Charlie and his son Maurice (Mo Jr, may he rest in peace) inherited from him. Stop by, say hello to Jeffrey and buy some of the best lobster you'll ever eat for a fraction of the price other lobster piers are offering in the area. They ship to you too so call them and place an order if you're not nearby. It's off the beaten path, but you'll pass some gorgeous scenery on beautiful winding Seawall Rd on your way there. They always have a healthy inventory of different seafood and are open all year, which is exceptionally great for off-season travelers like me. Staff are exceptionally friendly and prices are fair. Their sales can also get you product for really cheap (for example, crab is currently 10 lbs / $20 yesterday). Another cool fact is that rare lobsters do end up here once in a while. They are obviously not for sale and will be sent to a lobster "sanctuary" that does not involve a warm bath. There was a blue lobster (1 in 2 million) and two Calico lobsters (1 in 30 million) in one of the holding tanks yesterday. This is something you won't have the opportunity to see at most (if not all) seafood markets.
