Both of our drinks were delicious. The breakfast burrito had brisket, eggs and potatoes. I wasn't quite hungry from the coffee so I ended up putting it in the fridge and eating it a little later. I must say, it was super good this way. It's a bit greasy and hard to eat when it's hot so it held together well cold. I couldn't tell if the whole burrito was deep fried or if the outer tortilla was before it was rolled up. I'm not 100% on the tortilla being prepared this way but the flavors in the burrito made up for it. The burrito is large enough to be shareable as even my husband didn't finish his in one sitting. Because this is two businesses in one, we had to place our coffee order and then they took our food order. We didn't mind but I could see this becoming a challenge when they get busy. We ordered a California Delight Omelet for $13.95, Baby Cakes for $6.25, a Kids French Toast for $7.55, and the Timberline Burger for $14.95. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted really good. Our subtotal came to $42.70, and with tax the total was $46.22. For a family lunch on a road trip, the price felt fair for the quality and service. I did not try the burger but did see the yoke ooze out as first bite was taken. I was told burger was pretty good. Over all service was pretty good but food just was very disappointing. We're ready to conquer the trails after Mandi very generously offered all of our students and chaperones pancake breakfast. We probably wouldn't be able to keep doing these sorts of trips without support from our community. You can bet El Bambi has a customer for life in me, but I must tell you, the food was amazing. It was so refreshing to have some healthy options! My husband ordered a Club Sandwich, my granddaughter the Italian Sandwich, and I had the Greek Chicken Sandwich. All were excellent. The freshness and quality of the ingredients on our sandwiches exceeded our expectations. My fresh fruit cup had a combination of watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, and mandarin orange wedges. It was colorful and fresh! We each got a dessert to go. There was such an interesting variety to choose from. My husband chose a slice of Creme Brule Cheesecake and my granddaughter and I chose Carrot Cake. They were definitely homemade and all were superb!
