Well......this was tricky. I've been to several Beans & Brews locations and have had good experiences. But when my friend and I stopped by yesterday for a mid-day drink, there was no one behind the counter. We waited. And waited. And walked around looking for someone, but nobody was to be found. There was a couple at a table nearby and the lights were on, door unlocked...so it appeared they were open. We eventually walked out empty handed. This Beans & Brews is the best!! I get an Iced Matcha with Oatmilk & white chocolate and they make it perf every time.

This is the second time we've come to this location and both times were subpar compared to other beans and brews locations. The coffee tasted burnt both times (it tastes great at other nearby beans and brews and they're likely using the same beans so not sure why it tastes burnt here). Ordered two breakfast sandwiches but they missed one and when the guy called out to add a second it seems the person must have thrown a second in with the first sandwich but not increased the time because the one sandwich was the correct temperature but the second sandwich was barely warm around the edges and cold in the middle -- not appetizing for pork sausage. Other locations have accepted mobile pay but this location did not so they handed over a clip board and pen to sign for a $12 breakfast and then left us holding the clip board. The person at the drive thru had a lot of static coming through the order box so maybe that has something to do with the incorrect order. Other nearby beans and brews locations we've been to have not had this issue with their drive thru and we would think they have the same setup so again not sure why it's malfunctioning here. We were not given a receipt and the receipt we were asked to sign did not itemize anything we ordered so there was not a way to verify whether we had been charged the correct amount or not. After two subpar experiences we will likely drive further to go elsewhere. Hopefully this location is able to fix the issues they're experiencing with coffee taste, food temperature, and service. read more

The people that work here are very nice and the coffee is very good. The speaker outside for the drive-through is terrible. It sounds like they are speaking another language and they are way slow at the drive up window. Sometimes I've waited over 20 minutes for just three cars to go to go ahead of me. read more

Went to the beans and brew this morning and the lady was completely rude and cut me off on my order through drive-through. Got to the window and she missed a bunch of items and when I got the item for the sandwich was completely burnt. Was rude about taking the order right and fixing her mistake. Beans & Brews at Daybreak is my least favorite, every time I go to the drive through I get someone who sounds like their playing around with what I have to say during my ordering. It's always the same guy. I love a good joke, just not when I'm trying to order. read more

I'll be the first to admit I am not a coffee connoisseur and my rating is mostly based on the experience, not the quality of the menu items. Friendly staff, inviting environment and my americano was what I expected. Comparable to Starbucks (sorry if that's an insult) but with a calmer atmosphere. read more

It's sad when you order the simplest drink in the world and they screw it up. I even try and word it so there is no confusion, but some how this place screws it up. All I would like is a small cup of almond milk with a shot of espresso and a pump of vanilla. Easy!? I got a cup with a shot of espresso with a splash of milk AND I don't even think it has vanilla of any kind in it. The cup was half full. WTF! This place is great either in the drive thru or going inside. The staff are always friendly and treat you like you are the only customer they have even when it is packed and the line for the drive thru is crazy long. Came here because of the high ravings on yelp. If you want premade frozen coffee, then go ahead and come here. But to me it's such a turn off seeing them pour half a cup of milk and then add bit of frozen coffee mixture out of the same kind of cup they serve in (makes it look like it was an old, saved messed up order. Gross) with thick layer of whipped cream on top. I prefer freshly made coffee and drinks like starbucks makes them. The workers recommended their most popular one which is the Mr. B. It tastes like melted down ice cream/pure milk. This place was a no go for me. Well at least I can say I tried it. Dropping a star for long drive-through line last few times. It's hard to justify a 10 minute addition to your commute for a cup of a coffee.

I used to think this place was decent until I discovered The Coffee Shoppe. I was the mayor on foursquare for ages until I stopped coming here. Each time the staff turned over the service got worse and worse. I've stopped at the drive thru for a regular cup and received it luke warm at 8:30AM. Now I won't even stop for a regular cup. It's just not worth it! I just power through until I get to the office. read more

I love coffee and use to come here everyday. But within the last 6 months they mess up my order 50 percent of the time. All I order is a latte and it taste horrible. It's so bitter I've had to throw it away several times. I just went through the drive in telling myself one more chance.... They forgot my sweet and low. How many times does this happen to other people. The coffee shop in Riverton is much better and they can get my order right. read more

I recently bought a house in the area. I had nee r been to a beans and brew and I tried it and loved it until recently. They messed up once before but people make mistakes no biggie....I came through the drive through today and took a couple sips of my non fat latte and it tasted awful and my stomach immediately turned. I opened it and smelled it and smelled completely of rotten milk. Anyone that drinks a latte knows it's mostly milk.so if was horrible. I go inside and the girls there just kind of rolled their eyes and laughed like no it's not...one of the. Pulled it out of the fridge and was like it's not rotten the expiration date is the 21st and they all snickered. I replied with well what's the date...they then realized they were a few days off and made me a new drink. This is unexceptable. I have worked in a restaurant for 15 years and managed. Someone isn't doing their job labeling and checking dates....anyone knows things need to be correctly labled and checked daily. Now because of their mistake I am stuck in the bathroom four hours later and we had a family trip planned for bear lake that we now can't attend since I am so Ill. It is not ok to poison your customers from bad product. Could have been avoided by doing your job that is required by the health department. It was a full gallon who knows how many people you could have given a food born illness too today if I didn't come back in. Properly train your employees and they are required by law to have a food handlers card which means taking a class . If they did this they would know proper procedures and if they don't have one then they should get one now before the health department finds out. I have never written a bad review but any establishment that makes customers sick by serving rotten product is negligent and not ok in mine or anyone's book. read more

Me and my wife were greeted by a dark haired outgoing gentlemen who welcomed us as soon as we came in. The service was quick and the nicest blonde haired girl was so sweet and easy to talk to. We stayed and enjoyed a quick conversation with these baristas. It's nice to see that there are still people who enjoy their job and actually provide personality while at work. read more
