Which idk, maybe that's what it's supposed to look like, but oh my goodness I couldn't even taste the extra shot of espresso I ordered. Literally straight hersheys syrup. So I poured half of it out, added some almond milk and it's still pretty concentrated. Idk I'm not the kind of person to veto a place for making one bad drink, but I like my coffee to taste like coffee lol. Hopefully next time I go it does! Immediately I liked the vibe-it's an edgy, totally local and co-created space with folks from the area. There is a bulletin board in the vestibule with fliers and posters about current events and services-totally haphazard and chaotic. Inside, there's art all over the place, unique decor and a calendar of events that look to be different support groups that meet here. How cool. This isn't a polished, bougie or uptight place. This is for real folks with real personalities and a bit of grit. And I like it. The coffee's pretty good too. ;-)

The vegan sweet was good but I should know better, not everything vegan is good for you and nor does it taste good. This item was way to sugary and I didn't even finish it. It was a disappointing visit and so much so that we didn't come after planning for Tres Gatos to be our coffee / breakfast spot for the three days in SLC area. I decided to stop by after karate one Saturday afternoon, say dojo is in Midvale. I got to meet the owner, Derrick (sp?). We chatted about teas and options. It was super hard for me to choose because I enjoy tea... and boba! Derrick helped me choose, and even gave me a sample of the avocado smoothie he made, which reminded me of a treat my grandma used to make me... totally Asian! I came back on another occasion, and I totally tried to get a job as security in the shop! lol. I've been back a few times and have enjoyed the variety of teas I have tried.
