Had a wonderful visit with my Mom. Service was friendly and patient with us because menu was big, we ordered coffee first and went to our table to decide what to order. I ordered a Cafe Latte with almond milk. It was so good with a toasted nutty flavor. For food, I got oatmeal that came with bananas , nuts, apples, and cinnamon. It was filling and could not finish it. My Mom got the ultimate breakfast panini with chips and a pickle. She stated it was good, looked great from my vantage point.

I thought this was yogurt & granola - but it was something else entirely!

I stopped by this coffee shop during my morning walk. I hadn't had breakfast yet, so ordered something to eat. I asked about something that looked like a yogurt parfait-.and the barista said they were very popular. I am into trying new things, so I ordered one. What a surprise! Turns out, no yogurt, no dairy, just coconut milk, chia seeds and some other goodies I am not familiar with, (except maple syrup, cinnamon, bee pollen and vanilla) It was fabulous! The fresh raspberries were ripe and sweet, and it was filling. It got me through and active morning, right through lunch! I enjoyed it at one of the outdoor tables and watched the business day begin. I'm pretty sure this will be my reward for walking today!! Oh, and the coffee was great too!

I walked in about 10 minutes before closing, which is 5 pm. I was greeted by a young man who was mopping the floor at the doorway, who looked up at me and mumbled something unintelligible. I had to walk across the wet floor to get to the counter. Other folks were still sitting in the shop drinking coffee. I ordered a sugar free hazelnut latte, and when I got it they were closing up, so I left. I got to my car a tool a sip and gagged. There was soooooo much hazelnut flavor in it that I couldn't drink it. It ruined the cup of coffee.

We visited this little coffee shop today for the first time. I loved walking in and seeing how open the place is! There are plenty of tables & chairs if you want to stay. They even have a plush bench with coffee table if you want to get cozy. They have their own coffee beans for purchase, grind them in store or take home whole! For drinks, we ordered: caramel iced coffee, peppermint mocha, red eye & their "house blend" hot cocoa. For baked goods, we ordered: a slice of pumpkin roll, cinnamon muffin & a cannoli. The drinks were fairly good, the hot cocoa was the best. The iced caramel coffee lacked flavor but we had the barista add a little extra flavoring and it was good after that. With the red eye, you're able to add your own pick of coffee from their self serve bar. The cannoli was good but because it was pre-filled it was a little soggy. The pumpkin roll slice was a little dry. Maybe the bakery sits out for a few days? Still good overall. Prices were great - we only spent about $20 on everything.

While this place is nice, the service is good...frankly the coffee sucks. It's just not good quality.

Nice place to sit while working on a computer or reading a book on the couch in front. I wish there were more salad options.

You'll find interesting bagel flavors here (such as egg, cinnamon cranberry, and onion) and merch (tees, hoodies, Mish Mosh seasoning, greeting cards, and stickers). My order: - Asiago Bagel - Toasted with Smokie Salmon Schmear ($5) - Bagel was over toasted, dry, and too salty. Schmear was more like lightly whipped cream cheese, not flavorful. Barely there salmon is the best way to describe it. - Cinnamon Cranberry Bagel with Brown Sugar Cinnamon Schmear ($5) - Bagel tasted like plain bagel. Schmear very light on flavor. - Mish Mosh Bagel ($2) - Plain, not toasted. It's their version of everything bagel. I ordered this bagel because I overheard it being a popular choice while waiting for my order. It's way too salty, and I love salt. It didn't taste freshly made this morning and tasted not fully made inside. - Coffee ($2.50 for 2 small coffees): Flavorless and barely warm coffee. The menu is pretty well outlined on multiple signs at checkout. It clearly indicates up charges and premium topics. If you purchase bagels dozen, you'll get one bagel for free. Other options are sammies, bialy wheels, and bialy sticks. Most customers ordered baker dozen during my visit. Service: Service was alright. I felt a lot of pressure to order (especially as the first timer). Other guests were pretty rushed too. Checkout did not make much sense too. If you order a dozen bagels, they'll take your order in line. If you order a single bagel with schmear or sandwiches, you must go to the checkout counter and repeat your entire order. Service was quick, my order was up quickly and all customers were addressed in a timely manner. Parking: Parking lots are available in the front and the back of the store. The bagel shop is in a little strip mall area. If you're looking for a wallet-friendly bagel, this is the place to be. If you're looking for bold flavors or more standard bagel experience, it's probably best to venture out. I unfortunately personally didn't enjoy any part of my meal but appreciated the low prices.

For those of you looking for a true, authentic, hole-in-the-wall bagel shop, look no further…read morebecause "JT's Bagels" will absolutely have you covered. I've eaten at bagel shops when visiting New York City and I've got to tell you, JT's Bagels are as close as you get with absolutely amazing service. Located directly on E. Main Rd. in the small community of Conneaut, this family owned and operated business has been in operation since around 2016. It is on the most easternmost point of Ohio before you hit the Pennsylvania border which is why quite a few people come here traveling from the I-90 highway. As far as the exterior, they do have a fairly decent sized parking lot. I also wanted to point out that they're opened for business 7 days a week; Monday through Saturday from 5:30am-2:00pm and Sunday from 7:00am-2:00pm. This is great for those early birds that wish to get their bagel fix bright and early and well before the crack of dawn. The interior is also quite charming with a few tables for dining in, a neat little display area, and large glass displays showcasing their vast amount selection of bagels. Since I was in the mood for a yummy breakfast bagel, I decided to go with their "Bacon, Egg, & Cheese" bagel (for $6.00) on a cheese flavored bagel. Since it was only a five-minute drive from the Airbnb that I was staying at, I decided to order this to-go. Once arriving at my Airbnb, I was immediately sold with how thick and soft the bagel was. One bite of this and I was absolutely sold. It packed so much denseness while being flavorful, spongy, and a nice chewy texture to it; just the way a bagel should be made. They also included a fluffy scrambled egg and two strips of smoked bacon which perfected this sandwich. I've got to say, their selection is quite impressive with over a dozen bagel varieties as well as over a dozen cream cheese selections. They even carry muffins, bagel chips, Danishes, and regular house coffee. And if you decide to come here for lunch, they have a respectable amount of salads and sandwiches, including "Club", "BLT", Chicken Salad", "Egg Salad", and much more. All in all, "JT's Bagels" is as good as it gets when it comes to an authentic bagel shop. And you don't even need to take a subway or taxi to get here. Hats off to the staff for amazing service, very decent prices, and some of the tastiest bagels in all of Ohio. My rating, a unanimous five stars.

Under new ownership, Clara and her team have brought a whole new energy to D&R. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to have me there. Customer service like this is becoming rare, and it really stood out. One thing that surprised me was the size of the space. The photos online made it look like a tiny hole-in-the-wall bagel shop, but it's actually much larger than expected with plenty of seating. Even though it was busy and crowded during my visit, the line moved quickly and efficiently. As for the food, I came hungry. I tried the Korean BBQ on a sesame bagel, corned beef with mustard on an everything bagel flat, The Kyle on a blueberry bagel, a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese, and a pretzel bagel with cream cheese. I also sampled the buffalo chicken wrap, a hot coffee, and a caramel macchiato. The Korean BBQ was easily one of the most unique bagel sandwiches I've had and a standout menu item. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and there are plenty of creative options you won't find at your average bagel shop. I've seen older reviews mention a lack of coffee options, but that's no longer the case. The coffee menu has been expanded, and the Iced caramel macchiato was a pleasant surprise! I also loved how they had Pepsi AND Coca-Cola PLUS Snapple! If you haven't visited since the ownership change, it's worth giving D&R another shot. The combination of friendly service, creative menu options, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it feel like a completely reimagined local favorite.
