If there was any area I would say there could be an improvement: some trim and surfaces were not well-masked or covered and dried paint and dust had to be scrubbed and cleaned off of trim, floor, or other surfaces. This was not the end-of-the-world and Segor did some of this clean up, but some was left to us and I would prefer if this could have been more avoided.

Scott and his crew were not only able to fit us in but did such a great job. We have lots of landscaping and flowers surrounding our house and the crew took such great care to protect all of it. They even moved pots out of the immediate area and replaced them, I wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't caught it on my doorbell camera. I asked them to include the chimney since it needed some attention, it looks better than it did when I moved in 15 years ago. I included a before and after photo of the dark stains that were washed away so you can see for yourself. What really put this company over the top is they treated a sun shade that had moss and mildew and it looks like new. My house always has green due to the plants and overhanging trees, not anymore! Initially, the company appeared to accept responsibility by sending out a restoration crew to clean up the water damage immediately after the incident. However, after weeks of delays and "claim reviews," their attorney and insurance company ultimately denied the claim entirely based on the liability paperwork signed before the move. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that responds one way in the moment, only to later refuse accountability for damage caused during the move. Accidents can happen. What matters is how a company handles them afterward. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unsupported, misled, and stuck dealing with the consequences in my new home. The designer, Marc, did a great job planning out my needs and revised as needed. The project manager, Tim, came out to the site, often, to check on the progress and made sure every detail was completed successfully. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the installation crew, primarily made up of Roberto, Roman, and Antonio, were exemplary; it was hard to believe the progress they made each day and they did so with exemplary professionalism and care. Hidden Creek is not the cheapest landscaping company, but they are the perfect example of you get what you pay for; I cannot recommend their services enough!
