Each person I dealt with at Anion impressed me, starting with the very first phone call and ending with installation. Anion is a family-ran business, offering a noticeably more personable customer experience than dealing with larger big-name companies. They also provided me with the most competitive quote. Lucas came by for my original quote. I had only a very vague idea of what I wanted -- but he seemed to know exactly what I was trying to convey. He knows his stuff.
