Sam and his team were extremely responsive and did a top-notch installation at a very good price for a NEMA 14-50 outlet. I got a response from Sam in less than 10 minutes of my Yelp request. He was in the area, so he and his team (Joseph and Johnathan) stopped by about 2 hours later. I honestly wasn't expecting to do a same-day installation, but when they came by, they were very attentive listening to my request and thorough with reviewing our house's situation. They gave a very fair quote that was not the lowest, but not the highest, and I was willing to give them a shot on-the-spot given our neighbors' and other public reviews. We got lucky that our home builder pre-built a conduit despite not pre-wiring, and the installation was done wayyyyy faster than their original estimate. We also got lucky that their shop was only about 15 minutes away in Norco, so they were able to leave to pick up a more commercial-grade outlet (Hubbell instead of the standard Leviton) upon my request (for an extra cost of course). They practically did the wiring in 10 minutes and finished the outlet installation in another 10 minutes when they came back. Despite that luck speeding up our installation, I'd still highly recommend Sam and his team for their professionalism and expertise. They were very communicative and responsive from the beginning, from taking my initial Yelp request to calling me when they were almost here and giving accurate estimates when they would come back. They were very honest about my newbie questions, and they were willing to show and explain what they were doing while I was standing around. Lastly, they caught a failing breaker unrelated to the original installation while doing a final passthrough of the panel. Similarly, they quoted a very fair price and explained & demonstrated their concern thoroughly. They even gave me some time to review my builder's warranty (which we were outside of) and took care of it promptly after I gave the green light.
