Using advanced diagnostic tools and a systematic approach, they pinpointed the root cause quickly and clearly explained what would be required to fix it. What stood out most was their honesty. It would have been easy to push for an expensive repair, but instead, they suggested giving a try with the builder's electrical contractors before committing to their proposed work, as the house is relatively new (3 years), though it is out of the builder's standard 1-year warranty.
