The car was defiantly pulling hard to the left once I let go of the steering wheel. That's what lead to the " I need an alignment" I made the call to Bear/Bay. Kevin greeted me and told me what they would do for basically $90. Ok that's about what I expected, he said the car should be ready in an hour. No sooner had I got in the door from the walk home the phone rang. Kevin says "it's worse you need a tire" He said the tread was separating from the core. Wow I drove nearly 900 miles on that tire. Kevin quoted me on some brand name tires but was more than I wanted for the "fix". So back to the shop, Kevin said after he had discovered the issue with the left tire tread separation he switched the left and right tires and the bad left tire now on the right side of the car made the car pull right. In a sense proving it was not an alignment issue but a tire issue, definitively. He could of course chosen another solution but he was truthful and that scores big with this Elite Yelper. I'll be back for an alignment when needed. Thanks Kevin foodguy-martin

Shady shady shady! These guys have been taking advantage of my elderly father who has brought our…read morevehicles to this place many many times since they took over. Last week he brought in our family van for some "new" tires and paid $600. Found out the manufactured date is October 2021. That same day we noticed the steering wheel would shake vigorously past 60mph. Took it back and was told it needed new front bearings for $900!!! Didn't seem right so we brought it to another shop and come to find out, it wasn't the bearings at all! These guys put a bunch of extra weights on our brand new tires which caused it to shake!! Got the tires balanced from a legit shop and now it runs smooth as it should! Come to think of it, we have 1 vehicle that no longer runs and two others with issues that these guys probably messed up! Thankfully nothing traumatic happened while driving our van with our children in it! Do not trust this business Los Osos!

Without question, this is the worst gas station for customer service. The manager's behavior is…read morerude and unacceptable. Treats her employees like garbage as well as customers. Won't be coming here ever again.

But I power up and see that it won't accept credit cards. So I dig up 5 quarters, Which it says it needs. And then nothing happens. I go inside and the guy behind the counter tells me about some button I need to push. I press the button and water comes pouring out and the air seems to work. I put it in the tire and I could feel air coming out everywhere so I'm pretty the tire is not getting air: Tye air pressure is getting lower. I'm pretty sure it's my fault. A man comes to help me and does the same and says it's not you, the seal is damaged and the air is not going in the tire. So I go inside to tell them and ask for my 5 quarters back. They say they can't give it to me which is fine. There's a lady in a mask that seems to have more authority And she tells me it doesn't always work on the new cars. Plus there's no way it's 5 quarters because it's at least $2.50 (clearly not true) And then she says to me, it's just 5 quarters. And I say you should put a sign up so people know not to throw quarters in when it's broken. For me it's not the money (but quarters are hard to come by.) They never did put a sign up. The guy behind the counter obviously had no authority and so he was fine. But the lady was really rude. I went across the street to the Chevron station and everything worked perfectly and it was only a dollar (glad I still had quarters). I really don't like the way I was treated. Thank you to the man who came and helped me and let me know it was broken. I probably need to take an auto shop class. Never going back.
