Sarah the receptionist was more than rude to me and I would like to speak with one of you. I believe Caroline tried explained my delieamma to Sarah the office manager, however, Sarah is refuses to call me. I would hope that my being a patient for more than 30 years, and having my family as patients would account for something. I have spent thousands out of my pocket with you as have my insurance dating back to when the office was Blattner, Murphy and Heberer, and I continued to be a patient even after your move to Waterloo, and after not being able to continue to travel to Waterloo I remained with Dr. Heberer. The office is listed as open, yet no one is answering the phone and there is no way for me to leave a message. There is also no method of contact listed on the website except for phone, so no way for me to email. The office called me to reschedule an appointment because my doctor is going to be at a different location, but now I can't even get in touch with them to reschedule because of their time commitments. All this and I'll probably get charged a no show fee for the scheduled appointment that I couldn't move because the office makes it very difficult to contact.

I have a big fear of the dentist and I spent my first few consultations crying in his chair. The whole staff was so gracious and patient with me. My teeth were not nearly as bad as I thought but the scars from childhood scared me anyway from being able to just go to the dentist and not worry about it. Dr. Leppo made me feel as though I mattered and that he understood my fear. He made it possible for me to get my teeth back in order and I am so grateful. Now I look forward to going to the dentist even though there is still some fear there because I know I am in good hands and that he is going to take care of me! My family and I have been going to this practice since moving to Columbia ten years ago. The staff…read moreis always warm and caring, and makes you feel like a friend. Dr. Workman assumed the practice a couple of years ago, in what appeared to be a seamless transition. The staff had little-to-no turnover, which speaks volumes to their level of confidence in this newcomer. We haven't had a great deal of dental work done, save for a lone cavity and regular cleanings and check-ups. Every visit is a pleasure and we truly appreciate the care and consideration we receive.
