We were put on the list for a very short wait time. Jordan came to our rescue. He was polite, on time and very attentive to what we were telling him regarding the air and the problems fixing it. The service fee wasn't egregious for it being July 4th. The problem was as suspected, a capacitor that was shot. They had one on the truck they could swap it out with. The only qualm I had was they charged like $380 for the part, when it's $40 or so at Home Depot. Just seems like a little heavy on the upmark, but with it being July 4th; I was just grateful to get the A/C fixed. Good communication; recommended! Parts were a little pricey.
