BAD HORRIBLE THE WORST place to do service with!…read more My repair was straight-forward enough: Check out my HP business computer repair it because it was running slow and upgrade it. I took ill so my grandson Michael (22) took over for me and called Art at AZ Quick Computer Services. Michael made an appointment for Art to stop by my home office. When He arrived Michael explained he wanted my main computer upgraded as well as my back up computer. After looking them over he took my main computer with him and said he would return it soon. I was in the hospital all week and when I checked with Michael he told me he hadn't heard from Art and he still has the computer. I asked what about the back-up computer and Michael advised me Art was going to take parts out of my main computer to upgrade the reserve computer so nothing has been done to it. Another week went by and still no computer so I had Michael check on the progress or lack there of again. Again Michael was told by art he was working on it but having problems and that the computer would be ready soon. So, back to my story ... I finally got out of the hospital after a week and still no computer I called and left a message asking what was going on. Art called Michael and advised he was having problems with the computer so he would bring it back later that day. When Art returned the computer he presented Michael with a bill for $228.00 for his services which he explained included 8 meg memeory. End result was the computers were not upgraded nor was any work done that I request. 8 meg of memory doesn't cost any where near $228.00. SERVICE: Stay away and let everyone know not to go here!!! CONCLUSION: If you want to pay for someone to NOT do the work they ere hired for and to be charged like they did something then call Art at AZ Quick Computer Services. BOTTOMLINE: I really wanted to like this company and I wish I had not had this experience.

Often he can walk me through over the phone, at no charge, what I need to do if the computer is not running up to speed and the work is done! Be careful if you use Glendale PC Service or the repairman/owner Sheldon!…read moreI had him work on two of my PC's...... 1. He broke the touchpad buttons on my laptop. They are now sunk in and inop so he recommended a mouse. A mouse is fine, but why did he break the buttons?? 2. After not repairing my desktop with his first attempt he became very defensive and attempted to charge more even though it was his error. He was blaming me and threatening to charge significantly more. He also became even more odd and unfriendly. 3. The malware he gives you as a courtesy is a total waste. Both computers malware he installed started acting up within a couple weeks and could no longer be updated after about a month. 4.He installed his operating system instead of the one I gave him. And, of course if there are problems down the road there is no install or image disc provided to fix the op system (windows 7 ultimate) forcing the customer to return to him. 5. A red flag in the very beginning was he was quite harsh about pretty much all other computer repair techs, he does repairs on his living room couch, and he is extraordinarily odd. If he is in a bad mood or whatever he becomes crass with his customers. Looking back I was a fool for not seeing his red flags, but I was extremely distracted. Don't let it happen to you. I probably should give him only 1 star, but I will keep it at 2 stars. Perhaps his destructiveness and unprofessional behavior was due to some major personal problems- he looked unhealthy and uncomfortable. If you hire him or meet him you will likely concur quickly.
