We blew an internal tire on our RV about thirty miles north of Beasley's - we hobbled there slowly and when we arrived they took us right away. They intended to remove the spare but it was rusted to the underside of the RV - they tried very hard to get it off. We bought a new tire - All three of them worked on us and had us back on the road in record time. While traveling to our grandson's graduation, our Travel Trailer tire shredded 10 miles North of Inglis, FL I looked up Tire Companies nearby, called Sue and was easily directed to their location. We limped in slowly and Harold directed his employee to check it out. Not only was that tire replaced but the technician noticed the second dual tire had steel belted wire extending and a perforation along the outside tire. We observed and thanked them for their eagle eye analysis. Two techs raised the trailer and replaced both tires on our rims and we were on our way. We had a fantastic experience with Beasley! We are from Texas, and our new-to-us used RV blew a tire just north of Inglis. About 15 minutes into waiting for AAA, the battery died, even though the engine was idling. This was the fourth driving day of a two month trip. We were nervous, as anyone would be, about being an out-of-towner in a small town completely at the mercy of a local repair shop, especially with something serious going wrong. But there was nothing to worry about. Harold and Sue treated us like family, and replaced all 7 (!) of our RV tires for about half of what we had been quoted for tires and labor back in Houston (where we had also been told we didn't really need new tires.... turned out our tires were literally 15 years old and completely rotted). They also gave us a new battery at a great rate. It was our bad luck that this all happened at 4:30 on a Friday, but after some discussion on Friday, we dropped off the RV first thing Monday morning and they had us back on the road by closing that day. Genuinely, I wish we lived closer than four states away so we could get all our work done at Beasley. read more

Once the ONLY place I would take my truck or recommend to anyone, now at the top of my s**tlist. Took my truck to them because my clutch was acting up. Described problem in detail in hopes of getting it repaired before it broke down on me in the middle of Where-the-Hell-Am-I. Was told there was nothing wrong with it. Described AGAIN what was going on and the sudden, drastic change in operation and was still sent on my way with the confident tale that it was fine. Christmas Eve morning, the clutch pedal went to the floor and nothing happened. Exactly what I wanted to avoid occurred and she broke down. Not only would Beasley take no responsibility for letting me drive off with an imminent breakdown in my future, but then told me I would have pay still more to have it towed to them for repair "when we can get to it." Needless to say, I had it towed elsewhere. Beware this place. They were once at the top of my recommended list, they now occupy the top of my Avoid-at-all-costs list. If I blew a tire IN THEIR PARKING LOT, I would go elsewhere for new tires. They will never get another penny out of me. EVER. read more

I found this company on Google today and called. The lady who picked up the phone was very delightful and quick to assist me. I just moved to Crystal River in May 2021 and knew I would need a mechanic for my F250 eventually. Sue set up an appointment with me the same day to have a mechanic determine why my 5.4 was misfiring. They isolated the issue and repaired my truck within hours. Sue took me home and picked me up. This auto care center replaced the starter in my vehicle. It kept "acting up" and we returned it to be fixed three times within 7 weeks. The first time, they said they fixed it, would be fine. The second time they "shimmed" it, and sent us on our way. The third time, they replaced the starter, implying it was a bad part that they received. We were having consistent problems getting the vehicle to start. It made awful grinding noises, but after three or more attempts it would finally "catch" and then start. We notified Beasley's, told them we were too far away to tow it to them, they suggested we take it to the closest Napa auto care since it was under warranty. While we were stranded, a nice local mechanic climbed under the vehicle and told us that the starter was not the correct one and because of that it had damaged our fly wheel. We had it towed to a Napa center in Summerfield and after 48 hours we were informed that Napa would only cover the starter and not the fly wheel or repair. If the correct starter had been installed originally, the damage to the fly wheel would not have occurred. I am disgusted. The repair bill is around $1,200. Napa will only cover $400. Now I have no vehicle and no $ to have it repaired properly. read more
