So I decided to purchase shirts through her. The stitching on one of the shirts was messed up. I asked her to redo it as she has stated above. She refused to redo the shirt and stated, "it doesn't look that bad so I'm not going to redo it." Such an unprofessional liar! No customer service experience at all! I will never go back to this place. I will pay someone else another setting fee for my logo. I would give it a zero, but I had to push one star to post the review.

Since then, I have found a different company for my printing needs, but the lack of communication is pathetic. 3 months later and I didn't get a single email since sending my designs over. His lack of communication cost me 2 weeks of time and forced me to pay rush prices from another company. Also, I usually never write reviews. I had to write something about this. Avoid this company at all costs. I would give no stars if possible.
