During the process before the wedding, he patiently answered all the questions we had and tried his best to achieve our vision (which he did!). Beat Fleet DJs also have a list of wedding games and a 360 camera that all our guests LOVED and complimented on, everyone had so much fun at my wedding it made my husband and I so relieved and glad. Chris was also extremely good at stalling and entertaining guests while I had some wardrobe emergencies and great at directing us every step of the way during the reception. Another thing I feel is important to mention is that during the wedding, one of my bridesmaid unfortunately got drunk and was rude to Chris a couple of times during his work but he was patient and handled it with such grace. If I could give additional stars, I would! If you're looking for a DJ, hire THEM!!! First off, they are super organized! They use a questionnaire that covers music choices for everything - the different parts of the ceremony, who is getting introduced during the grand entrance, and so many other things my wife and I didn't even think about. So right off the bat, we felt super comfortable that there would no surprises during our special day. Afterwards, Ryan then met with us to discuss our questionnaire just to double check that everything was correct (including pronunciation of people's names. We had some hard ones, and they nailed it!) Ryan is the epitome of customer service! He's clearly experienced and assured us that whatever happened, he and his team would make sure that our day ran smoothly. Once the party started, my wife and I truly were able to just relax and enjoy the party! And finally, Ryan and Shean (the DJ) just absolutely brought it! They kept an eye/ear on the party and made sure the mood was just right during dinner, games, dancing, etc. They also made sure that it wasn't some kind of generic wedding program. Planning - Our wedding was in July and they emailed us about 3 months before, in April, to fill out their event form online. - Came across Beatfleet DJs after reading reviews on Yelp, wedding websites and a referral from a close friend who was a guest at a wedding that had them. - Navigating their website was easy to use and directly shows you their packages and add-on's based on the budget you are trying to set. - We initially decided to go with the SILVER package with an added speaker, and because of COVID, had lowered our guestlist, so we had more money to spend adding the pin spot lighting for our cake and spotlight dance (basically the GOLD package). - Initially for our first consultation, we met up with Jorge one of the co-founders who was very approachable, made us feel comfortable and was prepared with material going over the different packages they offer based on budget. - Communication was over email and phone and very responsive on their end when we reached out. - During the pandemic, again we kept holding onto our vendors strong and this company was also considerate in keeping us updated on any changes. My wife and I booked Beat Fleet for our 40th birthday party. From start to finish the process was simply amazing. For starters booking with them was seamless. After the initial phone conversation to indicate our interest, Chris set aside some time to get to know us and what our vision for the party was going to be. Next, he spent time curating a custom musical experience for us. He accounted for cultural differences, getting songs that appealed to our unique and diverse crowd. He also created a schedule of events for the day that was based on how we wanted our evening to flow. On the day of the party, he and DJ Sean arrived on time and got set up, with excellent uplights which gave the party some really awesome ambiance.
