This was my first time visiting a bubble tea café, and I had such a nice experience! I'd never had boba in a drink before, and the server was kind enough to let me sample it before deciding. I went with a matcha drink with coffee, my first time trying matcha. It was okay for me, just a bit different! The interior was sooo cute, filled with plushies and soft couches that make it feel super cozy. Definitely a spot where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your drink. I was in the area and wanted to try a new place. Enter Beau Tea and The Bites. The inside is super cute, decorated nicely with comfy benches and kawaii decor. I ordered a milk tea with half sugar. Unfortunately, the tea was bitter and tasted like it had been over-steeped. I'm a tea drinker of all kinds - hot, iced, loose, bagged, etc. so I was very disappointed in the bitterness. I also ordered the char siu bao bun and the potato corn dog. The corn dog came out piping hot and covered with crispy bits of potato. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the bao bun. I've had char siu buns many, many times but this was the first time there was cheese inside - it was stretchy and tasted like mozzarella. Initially I thought maybe the dough was undercooked but it was cheese. The pork filling itself was saucy and a little sweet as expected but I did not like the cheese with the pork. The flavor combo was not it and I didn't finish the bun. I really wanted to like this place and enjoy supporting local, but left disappointed. read more

I stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 pm. (Two days ago) It was my first visit and I needed time to go over the menu. I was a tad hungry and wanted something with chicken in it, The place was consistently busy during my 30-minute visit. Both young and old walked in. Some stayed, others took their drinks to go. The reason why I hesitated to visit this place sooner s the (wrong) assumption that this was a place catering to teens and kids. It is not. The ambiance is lovely. The pink and purple pastel decorations have a calming effect.. Service was friendly enough and prompt, once I had decided what to order. There was a lot to go over. The drink selection is quite extensive. I ordered a large Beau Tea Sunshine tea without boba pearls, and a portion of chicken siu mai (chicken dumplings). It took 20 minutes for my five-piece chicken to arrive, served by the chef himself in a to-go box. It didn't look like much, but in the end I left feeling full. Both the tea and the siu mai came to over $17. I left shortly after what appeared to be an employee meeting at the tables next to me. I enjoyed my dining experience, but now I have learned you can ask for the sweetness level of the drinks to be increased or decreased. I prefer my drinks to be on the less-sweet side. My drink was a tropical drink and tropical fruit are naturally sweet; you don't need to add sugar here. It tasted fine to me and wasn't overly sweet, but this sweetness level is something to know for my next visit. read more

i ordered the korean cheese corndog and spicy mapu dumpings, the dumplings were obviously frozen and had a weird aftertaste, the corndog was okay. girl at the counter was sweet, the bathroom was run down and one of the faucet handles didnt work i feel sick after eating there idk if its because of the excessive oil or the frozen dumplings but im not coming back. the atmosphere is cute and boba is alright. read more

So our journey began when our daughter asked if we could go get Boba tea. We initially went to the mall and despite the mall still having 4 hours b4 closing, the Boba tea spot there was closed. So we set off to check out the new spot. Located right off of hwy 92. Very quaint tea spot. Customer service provided by Andy was exceptional. There is a awesome selection of drinks and various snacks to choose from. Now parking has the potential to be a nightmare, so be warned. Fair amount of seating. We ordered 4 Boba drinks and each were delicious. Will definitely be returning to this spot. Update 11/12/23 How is this place not packed every time we stop in. Creamy and again not sweet, the sweetness comes from the banana. The service is great. I ordered the protein shake with the boba. This place is such a cute little shop. So many spots for great pictures with friends and some great snacks. I will say, the menu included actual meals which I wasn't expecting at all. I plan on coming back to try some. I got a large vanilla chai and it was made quickly. Very tasty. I also got 3 different macaroons, also very good. The service was very friendly and quick. When I go to a smaller city/town, I don't really expect very good boba. But after a couple of hikes in Coronado National Memorial, we wanted something cold and sweet, so we decided to give Beau Tea a try. It was actually pretty busy inside; several table were occupied and it seemed like there was a steady stream of customers in the early afternoon. We got one drink on this visit: Milk Tea Lovers, Large, 50% Sweet, 50% Ice, w/ Black Boba ($7.10) - Beau Tea has a pretty standard construction for this drink. First they add some prebrewed black tea from a dispenser, add sweetness to preference, then add a bunch of scoops of non dairy creamer, shake it all up in a cocktail shaker, and finally pour it into the drink cup that has the boba. They use a typical electric cup sealer here, but the plastic wasn't sealed very well at the top on this drink so it started leaking all over when I tried to shake the drink. It might have been a one off event, since I didn't see any other customers with this issue. Sweetness-wise, half sweet might have been a bit too sweet for my tastes. The tea is kind of a generic and average tasting black tea. There was a bit of astringent feeling on the tongue as I sipped. The boba texture isn't really consistent here. Some pearls are harder or softer than others. It's not bad overall though - in fact, I'd say that on average, the boba had close to an ideal chew, but the inconsistency was slightly jarring. As I said above, I didn't really expect decent boba in Sierra Vista, so I was quite pleasantly surprised. Beau Tea is somewhere I wouldn't mind revisiting if I am ever in the area again. read more

Love this place and I'm so happy they are finally open!!! So far I have tried the popcorn chicken, eggrolls, pork buns and of course the boba! The popcorn chicken is absolutely delicious and crispy. Their boba is warm and perfectly cooked like it's suppose to be. I love their taro slush and the Thai tea has the perfect amount of sweetness. So this is slight Asian fusion in a fun fast way. There are macarons for sale very yummy (but some regular lemon with lemon filling or strawberry with crème filling would be a great surprise ). I don't know how many people are in the actual kitchen, but primarily I thought this was a boba tea place. First review I have ever done but this place is too good to not talk about. I first want to talk about the service. The workers are all amazing and friendly. Everything i go they've always been like that. I swear they have the best workers in town. The food specifically the rice sunshine is amazing. The chicken has so much flavor even without the sauce they give you. The rice is so yummy I can eat a whole bowl of it. The rice sunshine is to die for. Their new drink, Brazilian lemonade is so good and refreshing, definitely my favorite drink. I recommend this place every time when people ask what restaurant they should go to. So pleased every time with the great friendly service and they are happy to explain the menus if you are new. They have snacks which my husband enjoyed. The boba tea is very good i tried all the flavors and like every one. Honeydew I think is my favorite so far. My kids love the juices and my daughter really liked the boba she got a strawberry flavor juice I think. I love the location because it's right between a great nail and hair salon. So very convenient for girls days! The decor is adorable and I love the photo walk with the butterfly wings. Great chic and upscale seating area whoever picked out the tables and furniture has amazing taste! It's a really laid back atmosphere that you can sit and enjoy your food and drink and just feel comfortable and fancy at the same time.
