Absolutely love the drinks at Dutch, and clearly everyone in town does too. When I arrive, there are usually cars lined around the shop, and sometimes even a long line at the pickup window! It's usually busy anytime from 9am-2pm, so I always order ahead. If it's busy as usual, I wait around 10-20mins for my order(1-2 drinks, maybe a snack), however if I catch them when it's slow, my order will come out within minutes. Crew members have always been polite and will promptly fix any drink mistakes, which don't happen very often. I've had two of my friends talk me into going. The first time I had a mocha blended freeze. It's like when you get a 7-11 slurpy and it's all ice at the bottom. So disappointing. The second time & last was Friday I ordered a blue raspberry lime soda. Double disappointed. It didn't taste like anything really & it made kinda sick. I poured it down the sink. After looking up calorie counts & ingredients on Starbucks, Dutch Brothers & Mac Donald's I've decided that a half unsweetened tea/ half lemonade from Mac Donald's is the best & most desirable option. First great service on order and pay, but the line can be very long. This is my first time because I didn't know it is a thing at this side of the country. I got the hot kicker and I liked it. Every time I come here I keep hoping it'll be better than the last. I've come at all different times and it takes AT LEAST 45 minutes to get our order. The customer service is friendly enough, but feels incredibly forced. Coffee is fine once you actually get it but it would be nice to see a real menu and not have to navigate the app each time. I'm used to Dutch Bros from living on the west coast so when I was in town I suggested going to this location with my friend who had never been. The staff greeted us at the car (which is typical) to take our order. I recommend if you aren't familiar with their menu, looking online before you go since their isn't one to really look at when they take your order car side. 5 rating from me. By far the BEST SERVICE TO DATE! This group of people are always bubbly and willing the keep your attention while waiting for your coffee. However this time my baby was sleeping in the back and I let them know. They turned the music down, told everyone to keep quite, and started whispering (which I never asked them to do, but they did it out of the kindness of their hearts). Needless to say this caffeine deprived momma got her coffee and kept her sleeping baby in the backseat. Well done Dutch Brothers you hired some amazing people. read more

This place was good. If you're looking for a place for a decent cup of coffee, come here. The workers were very friendly and fast. Even though they are only serving you coffee, they will also provide you with good conversation. Carmel latte was not too sweet, so you get a nice blend of flavors. Same thing for the mocha.
