This spa is truly top notch, and the variety of services in this space is amazing. You truly feel like you are in Beverly Hills or something, it's that nice. I have had a few bad lash lifts in the past, and she was honest with me that there was still some damage and that she wasn't going to let the solution sit for as long in order to protect them. Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Brittany was totally accommodating to all my wants and needs, making sure that I was happy. Even taking off old lashes is easy and relaxing. When I went to A+ iLash they pick and pull the old lashes off, but at MIA's they apply a gel that doesn't sting or itch. After a few minutes the old lashes come right off. I love that she gives my lashes a little lash bath each time I come in before starting on a new set or even a fill.
