I went in on March 25th to have a key made for our front door. When I got home, the key didn't work, I called and Chris said to bring it back and he would make another one. I went in today, March 26 and Chris made me another key. He told me to before I left the store if that didn't work, they would come out to see what the problem was. It didn't work and I called and Chris came out as promised. He was able to figure out why the key was not opening the door and explained to me what the issue was and it actually had to do with the original key. He also checked to make sure that the key that he made opened the other doors in our home, which did. I have never received such excellent customer service at any level! Thank you, Chris. Price gouging and then claiming its MSRP and the firearm has "high visibility sites" lmao. MSRP is NOT that high and high viz sites don't justify a $100-160 markup in comparison to other local shops and even Bass Pro regardless of in stock or special order. Terrible customer service. They are also a gun shop. Went there today looking for a particular model firearm and was told by TWO individuals that the firearm was NOT on the Calif. DOJ List of Approved Firearms. Both the manufacturer and the DOJ have certified that the firearm IS approved for purchase in Calif. It is on the very first page of the DOJ list. Armscor ECS .45 3.5inch barrel. Certification good until 1/20222. The owner needs to check before he gives the wrong information. read more

Locked myself out. The office called me to tell me when the worker was coming over. Within about an hour from my call the service guy showed up. Truck all labelled with the company name, and his uniform and Id Tag on . Was very clean, and professional and kind. He opened my door and I paid him, tipped too, and got a receipt. I just had an experience that really shook me up. I was at the Stater Brothers on 6th in Beaumont (right next door to Beaumont safe and lock), I walked out to my car to leave, put the baby in, went to get in myself and heard the doors lock. Apparently he had taken the keys out of my purse and was now locked in the car. Immediately I was calling for help when Chris from Beaumont safe and lock came running with his tool box and had my baby free in no time. There are not enough hugs and thank you's!
