Very rude and argumentative, if you ask questions. My truck failed the test because I disconnected my battery when I don't use it for long periods of time reconnected it to get smog. So the test stated it was "not ready" so I failed. I asked how long it takes to be ready and he had attitude. He then let me know next time he can check if it's ready before. I asked why doesn't he use that first so I don't have to waste $70 bucks. He started yelling and saying he can't read minds. He has anger issues and doesn't care, he just wants your money. Go to a place that actually cares about their customers. If you have the ability to help others by letting them know to drive around and then come back I would happily continue to use your service. read more

Haven't had a smog check in years, so I've been putting it off for several weeks. Simply searched Yelp and this place popped up and I'm glad it did. Though it is not in Beaumont, it is very easily and centrally located between Beaumont and Banning. I called to ask about pricing and if I should make an appointment (it was a Wednesday about 1030am). The guy I talked to said it was "first come, first serve". I hung up and went down there. There was nobody there (people did show up while I was there, so I got really lucky) and I was in and out in probably 20 minutes, if that. Service was obviously prompt and friendly, and I'm happy to say my car passed its smog check! I'll be back and recommend to everyone! read more

This smog place was my worst experience for a couple reasons. The person doing the test was rude and wasn't being honest. You can't trust him . Omg don't get him stressed he slammed the table while I reached for my paper work. I said what are you doing. He said those papers are mine. Whatever, then I noticed he had prison ink and that told me to move on. He starts off as friendly but he's not honest. Update: once I returned home I went to look over engine area. Omg this guy cut my wire on my RV (sensor wire that controls the air mixture to my carburetor).
