Everything was done quick and efficiently and every part of the process was explained to me in detail and all my questions were answered. They even replaced four lights that I didn't notice were already out and even found someone to repair my side view mirror that had been broken off. I brought my car in because I needed an inspection done on my car to become an Uber driver. This shop was given to me by Uber as a qualified Uber inspection location. The staff here was super friendly and very helpful. RICHARD did the inspection for me and he got me in an out quickly which I appreciated because I had a very small window of time before I had to be at another appointment. Beware of Felix smog check service...if you find them on craiglist don't even mentioned. You better of paying full rate or you'll be screw. I'd had my car's smog check done with them 2 years ago and pass with no problem. But this year i told them about they're add on craigslist wich is $25 cheaper and my car pass all emissions test but he didn't pass the visual test, according to him my catalitic converters are tampered even do i haven't make any modifications since i bought the car. Now i have to wait 3 weeks to see a referee and end up with expired tags. He could to tell me about the cats before he put my car on the system but he didn't. So he got me in all this troubles for $25 when it was them who's advertising. I'll stay away from this people from now on. read more

If I can give this place a - I would, I took my Tahoe in since the AC went down, Took it in Richard said it was one thing first time it was $185 ok cool a couple days later AC stops working so we took it back, now Richard tells us there's another leak and now the cost is $650, he offered to refund us, we should of probably took the refund, our bad, WE PAID, 2 days after we got our car, after him fixing it the 2nd time around, AC GOES DOWN AGAIN, we took it back, now Richard is telling us it's ANOTHER thing and the cost is ANOTHER $700 but he's going to "compromise" and ONLY charge us $500 .... ok enough giving our $ to this shop that obviously doesn't know what they are doing, DO NOT GO HERE to get ur AC fixed, this shop doesn't know what they are doing, he was "kind enough" to say if u have another car I can work on it and give you a deal... When to get a Lamp and Break inspection a $97 service. After a hour David (Manager) called me telling me I need just one rear break drum to pass. He quoted me $61 + tax each. I told him I was going to step out to make a call and so I called Auto Zone. They said for one rear drum for my make and model was $31. At this point I am thinking I can go pick it up and save me money. So when back to speak with him explaining if I can buy it and bring it. His immediate response was "We charge a $30 fee for inspection" (thats right, if you bring your own parts). I had no choice but to pay their over price parts. And I ask him, are you going to buy the part at Auto Zone? He hesitate...and said from one of our suppliers. Next thing you know the Auto Zone employee walks in 10 minutes later. My point is that this business have no good morals to their customers. read more

They are ok, they may be able to get to your problem. They emphasis that you explain the problem in detail instead of they diagnosing the issues. They will attribute the proper diagnosis to the cost of diagnosis. It was at least a bummer at my end as the root cause of my issue was not identified and rectified. read more

took my dodge charger on sat. they gave me a price which i thought was reasonable for a tune up , when it was almost done the manager told me that my oil stick the handle was broken and needed to be replaced which was and extra 59.00 dollars!!! and of course they happened to have one at the shop to replace it, my husband said there was nothing wrong with it then lastly he said my rear bulbs were out which he wanted an extra $25.00! to top it off the under shield that protects the transmission is gone they never put it back on, I thought they were trustworthy but to add extra charges the last minute was very disappointing will not take my car there ever again read more

Then, they charged me close to $300 to repair my a/c system. When the system failed to work, they wanted to charge me another $300 to work on it again!!! I had trouble even giving them one star on the rating. I brought my vehicle there because I was getting a a salvaged title from the dmv and needed a brake and lamp inspection and a smog certificate I informed them of this and told them that many parts had been replaced, and clearly there was a new battery. Charging$141.00 which included 3 hours labor and the total time I was there was 50 minutes.$61.00 of that was for the smog that they informed me had failed. They did offer when I return back for a re-test within 15 days they would only charge me $40 to test it again. I later learned that my vehicle failed because of a new battery and my vehicles OBD system had not re- set itself. Until the OBD system re-set itself the car would always fail. -the remedy was to drive my vehicle 100-200 miles and it would eventually reset itself and be ready to be smog tested--this is a very normal occurrence and most stations will scan your vehicle and let you know your vehicle is not ready to be tested. I would never ever go there or refer anyone to go there--I also plan on making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Bureau of Automotive repair. HUGE RIP-OFF!! read more
