    Found vehicle I wanted, completed everything online- including a trade in. Selected delivery date and all on time. Delivery driver was great and vehicle looked good- that is until the next day in the light. The underbelly of the vehicle was caked in mud. No big deal, I will contact Carvana and they will make it right- nope. They said sorry and offered me $100 toward a detail- that will take about three weeks to receive OR I could just return the vehicle. Now if this was at a standard dealer they would have made it right. They tripped over $100 to never have a return customer

    This is my first time selling my car here. There was very little interaction as most work are done online. It was actually super easy, a child can do it. But they're not of legal age. It starts with Carvana's website to sell or buy a car. Go through the questionnaires and steps. Towards the end, they break down what you need to upload to Carvana. Once it's all done and submitted, you can either have them pick up your vehicle or go there in person. Since I live so close to Carvana, I drove my car there for drop off. Keep in mind that once you go through their website and completed the paperwork, you can still keep driving your car even though you've already submitted your mileage. At the actual Carvana location, there is a sales associate who finalizes your transaction. He/she will give your car a look over and make sure everything is in order. The they hand you a check, boom, you're done!!! My car was paid off by Carvana in a little over a week. Zero balance. Overall, super quick, super easy. And this is from someone that has never sold a vehicle before! I got more money from Carvana than Car Max and various Toyota dealerships. Nice! Inside, is like a high tech machine inspired by the Japanese. The rotating platforms is amazing to watch. You can stick around and watch if you like. It's neat. All the cars you see inside the glass tower are all sold already. They're just protected from the elements for the buyers so they're not sitting outside collecting dust and getting dirty. Will I go there again to sell future vehicles? Yes. And I've already made a couple of referrals already. Will I buy a car from them? Most likely not. I prefer new cars. Always.

    Chose Carvana If you want no dealership wasted time bs experience. Shopping online, approval process and payment options at your preference. Car pick up at vending machine in 15 minutes in and out. Best experience ever.

    Well, I wanna make sure that you as a viewer know that my interaction with Carvana Ontario was no problem at all. My issue is with Carvana online and the fact that they did not show up for two scheduled pick ups of my vehicle and that caused a tremendous amount of problems because you have to have a reservation with them. The first one I received no information the second one they called me two hours before they were supposed to arrive and told me they would not be arriving and wanted to reschedule for a week later. That did not work obviously and I was paying $40 to them for them to come to my house. So in order to make my business trip, I had to scramble and drive down to Westminster California to drop off my car, and I believe I'm out $40 for having to do that. I just thought this was bad business practice. If you make up an appointment with somebody, you keep the appointment! I will tell you that my interaction with the employees in the Westminster office was excellent! The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, kind fast and the process was awesome. So all in all I really like Carvana, but I don't like making an appointment with somebody and then having it canceled and being charged for it.

    Detailing not done despite being checked off

    Detailing never done, and advertised "installed options" missing. This was my first experience with Carvana, and it was a big disappointment. Although it took over one month for me to be able to take possession of the car after I committed to buy it and although I was told during that time that it was going through the intensive 150 point inspection and full detailing, much of that was untrue -- in fact, the car appears to have had no inspection and no detailing. -- when I arrived at the Ontario, California pickup location, the employee told me that it had "just been detailed" there, which didn't match what I had been told previously. At the pickup location, I noticed that: -- there were (removable) stains on the seats; -- there was sand under the front and rear seats; -- almost all the switches and buttons had dirty fingerprints all over them; -- the jack and all tools were missing; in their place was an old baseball -- the original floor mats were not in place and non-fitting very cheap ones were there instead, including a loose and dangerous one on the driver's floor -- upon arrival at home, I noticed that there was an old vape pen stuck with tar residue to the side of one of the rear storage shelves; there was dust all over the engine and some leaves; there were more stains on the seats and some sticky stain on the driver's seat, and there was a "popping sound" every time the rear passenger side door is opened. (Thankfully, the popping sound was fixed by tightening a bolt inside the door) KIA did an inspection and reported that the battery is weak and should be replaced ($ 430 including tax plus $ 113 labor) parts that were missing: - OEM Kia front passenger floor mat - Jack and tools - Cargo net - Cargo cover When I asked Carvana about the missing jack and tools, they argued that they were "removable accessories", which is absolutely crazy. The jack is necessary for basic roadside safety, and the tools are required to lower the spare tire... How could that miss their 150-point inspection and "road ready" inspection? Carvana offered $300 to address all identified issues and missing parts. Based on this offer, and because we had already completed a Kia dealer inspection and replaced the cabin air filter at our own expense, we reluctantly chose to keep the vehicle.

They approve the entire process, I come in and they hard inquired my credit and asked two twice while docking me points due to their discrepancy. We drove from Venice California. They asked to check again and hard knock my credit again to check again, did not offer to amend the mistake that they made while affecting peoples credit scores. The sales man kept walking to talk to his manager his manager hid behind the chair that was visibly behind us. I asked for something in writing to provide to my creditor due to their mistake to dispute and they had nothing to provide. This place is scamming businesses and consumers alike by blaming their international customer service line. To top this off, the notes placed also showed they said they left a VM. When no call or Voicemail was ever provided, I asked to pull the recorded calls and also no recollection on twist behalf. The manager finally comes out and says their is nothing I can do. The lack of customer service is clear, the manager stated,"you got $14,000?" No sense of logic to their own inconvenience to consumers. Recommendations to report to BBB for unethical business practices.

Abel was easy to work with and I never felt pressured to purchase. He was transparent about the process and would provide updates about when my car left the factory in Japan, when it shipped, expected arrival, etc. I'm very happy with my purchase and glad I went through Crown Lexus. I had contacted multiple dealerships and Crown Lexus was the one that didn't leave me feeling frustrated with the process and I felt comfortable discussing what I was looking for without feeling pressured to purchase. I highly recommend Crown Lexus and Abel if you're looking into purchasing a Lexus.

We had been waiting for weeks for our registration to arrive. We contacted Crown Lexus multiple times and they said they would look into it. After a week they got back to us and said they had messed up and overcharged us for multiple things. Even after admitting fault and going back and forth multiple times they refused to refund us what they overcharged and said "it is what it is". Absolutely disgusting service after we had just bought their vehicle. Seems as soon as they get your money you are as good as forgotten with crown Lexus. Would not come here again. Went there with my wife last week to check out a Lexus NX last minute. We were helped out by a young, new girl who immediately was able to help us out with a test drive. We ended up liking the vehicle and then went in to talk numbers with the floor manager Ray. He was able to help us get to the number we were looking for and even beat the financing rate that my credit union offered by a big margin! Very happy with the quality of service and that they didn't try to BS us or play games. I would be happy to go work with Ray again when we look to upgrade!

We were on the hunt for an EV9 that matched our preferences, and came up against dealers unwilling to drop their dealer add-ons, unwilling to be transparent with numbers, and overall giving us bad vibes. Enter Citrus Motors Kia. A phone call from Walter and the manager and we were able to come to agreement on a brand new EV9 GT Line. We got there as they were closing up shop but the team stayed until we were ready to roll. Side note, this happens to be the second Kia we have purchased from this particular dealer. Last time, they were located elsewhere. The new facility on Guasti is clean and even the restrooms smell good. Cool decor, free water and coffee, a couple of vending machines, and comfortable seating are nice amenities while you wait. Also, this is the only dealer that has offered a clean and tech-savvy signing experience in my 25 years of car-buying (all electronic). And all the guys who helped us out were super cool. Shout out to Michael V. for being efficient, thorough, and professional. We forgive him for being a Niners fan. Walter was awesome, as well. The EV9 is a super cool vehicle and we're pleased to be an all EV household now. Two thumbs up, highly recommend

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very kind young lady in the service department who walked me over to speak with Justin in sales. Although Justin had been called to assist me, I overheard part of a phone conversation that made him seem uninterested in helping. I even asked the young lady if he was available to assist me that day, and she politely assured me that he was. I then went to get my daughter, since it is her car, and we waited to speak with someone. Fortunately, we were greeted by Oscar -- and he completely turned the experience around. Oscar was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He truly did his best to assist us and made us feel valued as customers. If Oscar had been the only person we dealt with, I would have gladly given this dealership a 10 out of 10. Shoutout to Oscar for exceptional service. I hope Citrus Kia recognizes and appreciates him. It's a new dealership location currently so the satellite pictures on google maps looks like an empty lot with two END signs(correct address: 3627 E Guasti Rd, Ontario, CA 91761) It's near the Costco and south of the 10 freeway. The dealer was nice enough to drive across the street to Costco fill up the new car up for us. Just extremely happy with the new 2025 Ford Maverick we got!

The Research Process: Before heading to the dealership, we did extensive research on the vehicle and read reviews of various dealerships. When we found a 2021 Toyota Sienna XSE at Citrus Motors with low mileage and a price below market value, I reached out. Bryan quickly responded and helped me schedule an appointment with Alex for the next morning. Visiting the Dealership: Upon arriving, we were greeted by Alex, who had already pulled the van up and set it up for us to test drive. He provided us with the Carfax report right away, which was a great touch. What stood out the most was that they allow customers to test drive without a sales rep, which was refreshing and made the experience feel more relaxed. The Negotiation Process: Negotiations were transparent and fair. I never felt pressured, and Alex was very upfront about the pricing, financing options, and any additional fees. They even valued our trade in higher than other competitors. What I particularly appreciated was that their sales team isn't commission-based, which made the whole process feel less sales-driven and more customer-focused. I walked away feeling confident and happy with both the price and interest rate that Alex was able to help us get. Finalizing the Purchase: Bryan helped us with the financing portion and the entire paperwork process was done electronically, which made everything incredibly efficient. As most dealers do they did a complete check on everything and gave a $2,500 list of things that they recommend to be fixed. Then they washed the car. At some point during the wash the emblem on the vehicle was broken. The technician came out with emblem in hand and was apologetic and professional stating this wasn't an uncommon occurrence. My daughter was directed to the service department to start the process of getting it fixed. The emblem wasn't fixed that day and the next day mu daughter had a phone conversation with Dominick and at the time of the phone conversation he wasn't guaranteeing that they were going to fix the emblem and he'd make a determination when she brought the car back in for the repair. Basically his position is you can't just take customers word at face value. To be fair I can understand that however during the service process of getting an oil change, the tech sends a video via a link of the vehicle as it's being worked on. In said video you can clearly see the emblem is intact. Considering this is actually my vehicle registered in my name and purchased by me I figured I'd call to ensure my vehicle was going to be fixed. The moment Dominick picked up the phone I already knew he was a miserable jaded bitter human. I explained to him my concerns that it wouldn't be fixed and that I didn't understand the issue with leaving it open ended as to whether they'd do the right thing or not. And I explained that I've experienced mechanics before trying to take advantage of my daughter she's very small shy and meek. At that point he literally went off on a bit of a rant about society has gotten soft and he's not soft and a whole bunch of stuff that got me extremely pissed off. Nevertheless the less I kept my cool and let him pump himself up. Something he mentioned was it was our first time there and he was correct. But Dominick if you read this it'll also be our last time there because you're a jerk. I had half a mind to go in there and show Mr "I'm not soft" that he is indeed soft and if he saw me in person I know for a fact his tone would change. I'm not a small man I'm not a fat man and I'm clearly not a soft man. However based on his personality and words I know he's soft and emotionally unintelligent. Nevertheless the car was indeed fixed so I didn't have to escalate the situation up the chain.

This evening, Amit Chopra, a sales manager, gave me a call to give me a better offer and even offered to pay for half the cost of a second programmed key fob. I called him back to confirm the total price of the car, and yes I asked him to confirm the price a couple of times because I'm driving all the way over from Brea, I also just wanted to make sure that there was no hidden fees. I called him once again to confirm the price, but this time, he raised his voice and YELLED AT ME over the phone and screamed "YES VICTORIA I already told you three times, now I'm NOT going to help cover the cost of a second key fob and take that offer away." First of all, Mr. Amit, I have Autism Spectrum Disorder. My brain cannot stop asking and confirming for a price because it's just how my brain works. You are in customer service so please learn to understand your customers and have patience, I would hate for this to happen to someone with a more severe case of autism. This is NOT how you speak to any customer, regardless if they are neurodivergent or not. I was literally on my way to the dealership and I just wanted to confirm with you the price and everything included before I spend my time AND gas driving alllllll the way back to Ontario. To the owners and/or board of directors at Penske Honda Ontario, please take your time to review Mr. Amit's conduct.
