I studied the available microblading techniques, styles and after care processes. It took many months and YELP searches and finally found this establishment. I knew right away it was the place for me. It was many weeks before I was able to make an appointment as my calendar limited. After booking it online (totally for this process) I received a text asking me preliminary questions as well as requests for screenshots of my brows. Long story short, Denise is a professional. Doing her homework to assure her success and her clients satisfaction. She proceeded to suggest a style and shape and drew it on my brows to show me what it would look like. When I told her I had my own ideas and wanted to look similar to the way my brows were before the over plucking and over shaving and age, she did not necessarily agree with me. But because they're my brows and I explained in detail what I wanted, she went with my request. When she was finished, she was pleased and mentioned she had not done this style but was going to put them as an option to her classic styles. I am completely satisfied and give her my highest ever review. Did I say she is sweet and beautiful inside and out the Vive was very holistic and peaceful. Very much painless

I…read moredefinitely got a little lost trying to find her studio in the dark haha so just keep in mind her studio is located on the second floor. Overall, it was a very quick, easy and mostly painless process. I recommend going a little earlier just so that you can sign the paperwork. I liked how Natalie showed me the options for where I could be safely pierced and made sure we didn't pierce a vein in my ear. I got a third lobe and a flat with her and they were both honestly a 2-3 out of 10 on the pain scale. She was quick, efficient and minimized any discomfort. I appreciated that she still showed me aftercare (even though I'm very familiar with the aftercare due to a number of existing piercings). So far, both are healing great and maybe even better/faster than my older piercings.

We came in an hour before closing and were greeted by Samara - who did a wonderful job getting us set up for our spontaneous piercings! We were then directed to Lucas. He did my friend's tragus piercing and my dual lobe piercings. I haven't been pierced since I was a baby, but Lucas made the whole experience real easy. Overall, he's a super chill guy that makes an effort to strike up a conversation and make you feel comfortable about the whole process. Other than the fleeting hot sensation from the initial pinch, the process was pretty painless. Bonus: we got some sick stickers featuring his bull dog Everyone we met at the shop was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Their website is also a fantastic resource in case you don't ask all of your questions about healing in-person. My friend and I truly felt like we were in great hands so kudos to everyone for setting such an easygoing vibe. I've been back a few times since January for a quick monthly check and to get my piercings downsized recently. As expected, I was met with top-tier customer service, true to the shop's personal brand. I feel confident coming back for future piercings. Lastly, if you're downsizing - I highly recommend making an appointment. I was in and out (no more than 15 minutes), but I was surrounded by 4+ walk ins. It's really easy to do so over their website vs. calling.
