Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. We go through the same difficulty every time he needs this prescription renewed or filled. A patient should not have to make repeated calls for months--or have the pharmacy repeatedly follow up--just to receive necessary medication or even a response from the doctor's office. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. We simply need someone from the office to respond and take care of the prescription they are responsible for managing.

We arrived 30 min prior to the appointment and was seen right away. We did not have to wait long for Dr. Newton. He was absolutely amazing with my daughter! We had some unexplained issue that we had been to the pediatrician and ER for with no answers, and Dr. Newton got it figured out. They gave us some samples of OTC medicated lotion and were very helpful!

She was very late and did not apologize not one time she just kept going on and on about how I mentioned that I have a business and an Airbnb and that I was trying to tell her how to run her business. It's truly sad to be treated so bad and to be blamed for the horrible treatment like I did it to myself. Absolutely no accountability was taken.
