The full set took about an hour, which made the experience feel more focused on speed than on customized eye-shape mapping. I do want to give credit where it's due: when I reached out, the studio was responsive and professional, offered to fix the set, and ultimately issued a partial refund, which I really appreciated. The studio is also reasonably priced and easy to book. This may be a great fit for clients who like bolder, dramatic, traditional glam lashes. If you're looking for a lighter or more natural/modern style, it may not be the best match. One additional thing to note is that the studio uses an open floor plan with multiple beds and clients in a shared room, which is consistent with the lower price point and worth knowing before you book.
