Hi! This is my update for Mrs Jenny from the block (it's a J-lo reference). Anyway, after writing the reviews on how my moms experience went; I want to write mine as well. Few weeks after my first review, I went ahead and made appointment with Mrs. Jenny. My first micro blading experience was phenomenal. Like I said in the previous review, pain was 0, BUT the after it will have some sort of discomfort, kind of sensitive. Which is NORMAL, it's basically like tattoo. Blading INTO your skin and it needs time to heal. It last about few hours to a day and you won't feel that discomfort. After 6 months later (today), got my retouch and added shading as well. It added some definition to my eyebrows, I love 4D (micro blading with shade) more than 3D just because it's more defined and I'm so used to that natural look, needed that change. Tip: 3D micro blading is definitely recommended for that natural look, as Mrs Jenny mentioned at my initial appointment. After my initial appointment, I had a retouch in about 4-6 weeks later. This is due to (if it's your first time) the color fading away since your skin isn't used to it, or unless if you have oily skin (which was my case). After this 4-6weeks appointment, my eyebrows looked nice but definitely needed the retouch after 4-6 months later for more defined look! Over all experience is always nice. Jenny is so nice and very patient when it comes to understanding your needs/style. Her prices are also super good compared to other aestheticians/semi-permanent makeup artists so I would definitely go back to her once my eyebrows fade. I have super sparse eyebrows so I would go for the 4D (includes shading) instead of the 3D (just strokes). If you're oily like me, definitely do the 4D option. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value I got my eyebrows microbladed about 4 years ago. The dye was fading and with a reddish tint. Jenny was able to color correct for me. I was able to go to work the next day with no down time. The color has slightly faded since the initial procedure (as expected) but it still looks really natural. I still have a touch up left to do, which means the color will deepen just a bit. Which is great, since I wanted a strong brow. I don't have to color it in or draw a new brow every morning.
