The staff is professional and friendly, the spa is so clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend them! Came in today for a facial with Chelsea. I had never had one here and I was not disappointed! She wasn't super chatty. She was friendly and communicated as needed. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep! The products she used smelled nice. She didn't push to sell a bunch to me afterwards. My skin looks amazing right now. Hydrated and glowing. Booked here because of the great reviews for waxing. Called over a month in advance because I wanted to make sure I had everything covered for a big anniversary trip with my husband. Let them know I was a new client and had waxed years ago but hadn't in a long time and saw their great reviews so wanted to book. Long story short, never got my wax. Took time off work, drove 45 mins out of my way and was told my hair wasn't long enough. Here's what I'd say, I think the person who was going to wax me was professional and knew what she was doing but I honestly felt blind sided and like this was somehow my fault. I explained that I really wish someone had just said something because in my past experience with waxing I only ever grew my hair for a week and never had any issues. I even asked when I booked if should come in before my trip because I remember your second one usually gets better, I was told no need. She explained why she has clients wait and the length is important but still my plans to have a hair free anniversary trip with my husband were ruined and honestly I was very upset since it would have been so easy for me to have grown it out longer since my appt was booked over 4 weeks ago. I also think maybe offering me something for the major inconvenience would have been nice since I was a first time client and she told me that they are suppose to tell you when you book. She told me well they probably thought you were a regular and I explained that I specifically had a conversation about being a new client and how I read about them on yelp. Needless to say, I am really only writing this in hopes they amend their operating practices and when they cause someone a major inconvenience, maybe try and offer a solution for their potential client. I spent months growing out my brows and I figured I needed them to get cleaned up a bit and I made an appointment and got my eyebrows waxed. After I left I looked in the mirror and she waxed my tails off and shortened the front and they look TERRIBLE. Makeup can't even fix it I am very disappointed. Will never go to this place again, they lost me as a customer. She did not take her time she just waxed and cut and it only took a few minutes. I never write reviews but this time I had too. I would definitely recommend ReVive. It's a stylish, well decorated salon, with a spa that has a beautiful, quiet atmosphere, perfect for pampering. I came in for a Brazilian with Laurie and she did a great job and made me feel comfortable (even though I've had many years of waxing, it always makes you a bit nervous to have someone new). The prices are very reasonable as well. I'm almost scared to recommend this place, or I might have trouble getting into future appointments, but I just had to make sure ReVive got a review they deserved. read more

My husband and I have both been clients of Revive for a little over a year now (we followed our stylist, Rachel who is GREAT), and we have never had a bad experience. The place is clean and comfortable with cute decor. Rachel is a wizard with both men and women's styles, and the girls at the front desk and helpful and attentive. Even when scheduling my husband's more difficult schedule. On top of all that, prices are extremely reasonable! We would both highly recommend! read more

I've been hesitant to get my eyebrows done because I've had bad brow jobs in the past. And, feel I can usually do just as good (but really who wants to spend time doing eyebrows themselves? Not me!). Revive had good reviews- so I gave them a try. ***Full disclosure- I'm picky about my eyebrows and should have made it more clear. So, if you aren't a eyebrow snob like me, you'll probably be okay with the outcome.*** I made an appointment and they put me with Kenzie for a brow and lip wax. It was super mediocre. She didn't ask about my preference for my eyebrows and no consultation about what she was doing. Just went to town. There was a hole in one brow where she took out hair that should NOT of been removed. The other brow she cut too much hair, so it's noticeably less full in the 'wing' area. And, left extra hair that should've been removed on the brow she over cut (which I'm glad she left, or it'd be much worse. Regardless, now my eyebrows have two different shapes). I'll have to adjust some areas myself and fill in with brow fillers until the mentioned areas are grown back in. Which defeats the purpose of having someone else do my eyebrows. Sad. No complaints about the lip wax. Farewell to the stache! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....cancelled an appointment by email b/c I had to work and couldnt cancel on vagaro. Someone from the front desk called me 7 times and left messages. The last one totally rude saying I had to pre pay b/c I was a no show. I forwarded them a copy of the sent page to show I wasnt a no show but never heard back. I had a horrible experience today. I got by eyebrows waxed and tinted by Tara Lavender. She did an awful job. The room was so dark and I couldn't tell how bad it was until I got into my car and was about to cry. I had to go somewhere else and have them fix it. The lady was surprised that I paid so much money and she basically did such bad job; my 15 years old could do much better job waxing my brows. I have never wrote a review about any business or stylist which was Megan btw but this salon and the stylist took ad advantage of me and my desperation I work every day and didn't have time to make an appointment and wait few days I found a salon with a opening and walked in said idc what it costs i figured it would look great since they were a little pricy!! I'm going on vacation I need my blonde and peakaboo touched up when I walked into the salon with beautiful blonde hair and a cute purple pekaboo and just needed to freshen up my color it was the holidays and wanted to look great but I literally walked out it was supposed to be a 60 coupon for just highlighting no cut no peakaboo she didn't have time my hair was wet since she sisnt have time blowdry or flat iron my hair I was charged $279 EVERYONE AT WORK asked what happened to my hair at work my family so I went back they treated me crap and then the girl could of care less so I was desperate I had to beg another girl there to throw in a quick peakaboo hoping it would help i spent $160 and it looked so horrible!!!! I was a light brown with purple streaks everywhere the streaks were a few inches from my roots!!!! I was crying and desperate spent hundreds in 2 days and they treated me so badly like I was crazy everyone no longer likes my hair and thinks I had one of those "at home color diasters!!!! LITERALLY NOONE BELIEVED IT WAS DONE BY A SUPPOSED HIGH END SALON!!!! I gave up now everyone loved my hair it was me and of course they didn't cut or blow dry my hair and I had to go to work 2 days in a row looking like shit and I just PAID $400 TO GET IGNORED AND THEY TREATED ME SO BADLY THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM ALL TEAMING UP ON ME blaming myself saying it's how I wanted I just paid to get the hell out of there !!!! I asked if I could even use the straight iron myself so I didn't look so horrible at work she said no I don't have time I mean I paid for my hair to be done twice tipped them and they acted like oh well it's my problem not there's!!!! Now in stock with this $400 mess my hair has never looked so bad!!!! I tried this salon hoping that they would be better since they were more expensive but boy was I wrong I learned the hard way about bad businesses and how it's a good thing to do my research before trusting them with my hair!!!! Really really really beautiful and nice venue. I've never had a brazillian (or any kind, actually) wax before and I was absolutely terrified for my first visit. I had done a lot of research online and convinced myself of two things... a) it was going to be extremely painful, and b) it was going to be extremely worth it. I was SO NERVOUS AND SCARED, but from the moment we met, Laurie Ocha was overwhelmingly sweet and friendly and welcoming and made me feel really comfortable (well, as comfortable as one can be). So, true to form, the first visit was really truly painful, but Laurie was great. She was cussing and shouting right along with me and we laughed the entire time. She made the time fly by and it was over before I knew it. I was absolutely THRILLED with the results. I can't stress it enough - IT WAS SO WORTH IT. The best news is, I had my second ever Brazillian wax appointment yesterday and I can honestly say it was an EXCELLENT experience! Practically NOTHING compared to the first visit. There was virtually no pain, which is SHOCKING. Honest to god, it was unbelievably awesome. Laurie kept telling me over and over and over again, the second time will be NOTHING. I didn't believe it, but it was truly awesome. I am absolutely thrilled and I will never stop booking my appointments every four weeks. Best experience ever. read more
