The person at the front desk was so patient and professional, the office was clean and had a great atmosphere and aesthetic, and Mikey, our piercer, was so wonderful! Mikey's work space is decked out in the coolest The Nightmare Before Christmas theme, which happens to be a movie my daughter had a brief obsession with not that long ago, so she instantly was so relaxed considering she was about to have her ears pierced! She was very excited but also expectedly very nervous, but Mikey explained every step so she knew what to expect and it was so quick and over in a flash she didn't even flinch! She absolutely loves her new pierced ears and is looking at them in the mirror every chance she gets. Minimal redness and swelling so far, Mikey gave us some after care instructions and the World's Best Business Card. Little details like that just show that this person loves their career and invests in themselves, and that's a person you can trust to give your kids, and yourself, the best possible piercing experience and outcome. This is really fun and very different something I've never experienced we were able to set off in groups and do a scavenger hunt in order to have each artist sign a card and end up with a free shirt. We were able to learn how to draw with an actual needle on fake skin, didn't do too well but the experience was great. There are many different services they go by the hour, tap out sessions, and each artist works individually. The vibe was great subtle and full of positivity.
