** update Nov.24th, 2021** At 8:03 this morning, I was woken up to a phone call by said salon though a 3rd party, who spoke letter English, and could understand the "situation" better. So I told her what I had written in the review was correct and that I had called originally to just tell them that their products were faulty as a kindness for any future clientele. At 1st they tried to say they couldn't find the ticket but I did show them a copy of my bank statement, in, and apparently it was on put "under a different name". She then proceeded to ask if I could wait to her to speak to the owner who coincidentally had just walked in; Then I was asked if I wanted a refund. I said at this point because of how I was treated by several people several people even though I didn't initially ask for a refund or any sort of compensation, that yes now I would like a refund due to being treated badly. She then stated I would only get the $65 for the nails and not the $30 as it was a tip and I said that's no problem I understand. But then she asked me to take down the reviews in order to get my refund. Which I was appalled to because my experience is an honest review I'm not going to take it down and then she told me that I wouldn't get my refund if I did not take them down. This is where I'm lost standing I've called and explained to him that it's illegal, under the Federal Trade Commission, for them to do that and I will not be taking my review down. I had the powder nails put on here & was pleased with the outcome, but when I went back to have them removed, they ground my nails down too far, almost all the way through to the nail bed. I had 3 people watching the removal process & none of them acted like anything amiss was happening. My nails are strong & have a good natural shape, & if they are permanently ruined I am going to be irate. read more

After moving here from Stone Oak and trying to find a good nail salon here in SB, I came across this gem. Everyone is friendly, and the salon is clean. My girl Suzi is the bomb! She's detail oriented and a complete sweetheart to talk to. The ONLY thing I don't care for, is the tv situation and music. All the TVs are on a reel showing plant life or nature stuff....not really my jam. The music is boring too. I guess they're trying to resemble a "spa" but while I'm getting my nails done, I'd rather hear current music and watch normal tv, is that wrong? So if I could give any sort of constructive criticism, I'd say lose the spa music unless you're giving massages in a dark room, and make the place a little more upbeat. I almost fell asleep the last time I was getting my dip done.....just sayin. Overall, I love the place! read more

Beautiful salon but noteworthy to say their pedis start at $30, I upgraded to get a longer 7 minute massage for $37, that I did not receive. Standard rub down for about 1 minute was done. I love this place but I paid for a service I did not receive. The lady cut my cuticle and it bled pretty good and she kept dabbing at it so it kept bleeding. I have been going here now for almost 8 months. Amanda does a great job with SNS power. My nails last for at least three weeks. One time I had the top coat peel off but I told Amanda and she made an adjustment which fixed it. I've also had a facial. The room is open but to be honest after 5 minutes didn't even notice the outside noise. I always feel so great. This is a super fasciae and a great value for the price. I had my nails done on Thursday and Sunday I broke a nail. I had to wait a while to get them done and then the lady burned me wirh the drill. I ales her to stop and she insisted that she had to use the drill. I had to complain to the manager and get somebody else. read more

I like the location convince and overall it has a clean appearance. Management needs to implement disinfecting pedicure sinks. I watched the staff drain the dirty water, remove the plastic, then place a clean plastic. Other spas spray disinfectant and rinse before placing a bag. I wanted to love this place but unfortunately I can only rate it a 3 star. Most of the people are friendly and the place is clean however the quality isn't there. I've gone twice, the first time my sister and I went for pedicures. Nails looked ok, but the process seemed pretty fast. I went back 3 weeks later and got a manicure with gel or shellac what ever they call it. The girl that did my nails wasn't friendly, didn't speak at all and she was super speedy, which is fine if the quality is good. It's been 1 week, and my nails look like shit. Tons of hang nails and paint chipping off everywhere. One nail the whole shellac just fell off in one piece. I had gotten gel nails for years and they have always lasted a lot longer. Plus if anyone is wondering my hands were not exposed to a lot of water or harsh chemicals, just normal day to day activities. Not happy with this place, I won't return. read more

Went to get my eyebrows done and didn't have the greatest experience. Gave my nails a try so I am updating my review. 5 stars. I went to Jonny. He was very nice, and did an excellent job! I am very very happy with the way he did my nails, and he will be my new go-to for nails! A little more expensive then I'm used to, but in my opinion, worth it. Highly recommend. My husband went with me to get a pedicure and he, too, is very happy. He's pretty picky when it comes to his pedicures, too! We will definitely be back. read more

This was my second visit, my first was bad this one was even worse! Pedicure lasted less than twenty min & after getting home I see half my toes on the sides have no polish. The manicure was a little longer only due to the fact I kept having to ask her to please shape the nails all the same and at same length. I went to get a pedicure and a manicure. My pedicure was okay, but my manicure looks terrible and hurts. The pain actually woke me up last night. My nails look like marshmallows and are uneven and bumpy on top. He used the dremel so much To take off my last manicure that I think that's why they hurt. He also put a crazy amount of layers of dip, which is why they look like marshmallows. I definitely will not be going back to this nail salon. read more

Not impressed. New to the area and I gave them 3 chances before writing this. It's cute, I'll give them that...but each time I walked out with cuts on my cuticles, cuts under my nails from aggressive nail filing, and my daughters acrylic nails fell off in 1 week. Not impressed with the younger men that work there. Made my daughter very uncomfortable while she was getting her nails done. Save your money!! just got my nails done here and i am not happy. the lady put iridescent powder on (which i didn't ask for) and when i told her i didn't like it she wiped it off but not all the way so now there's streaks of shine on them. my nails are also crooked so we went back to have her fix them and she told us it's because my fingers are crooked. they are also longer than i wanted. i told her i play sports and need them very short. currently on my way to a new place to get them fixed because this place was not it read more

Been coming here for about 5 months and each time has been great no complaints on any manicures or pedicures I've gotten here. This last time however I had BIG issues with my Dip manicure the "manicurist" didn't follow the methods for dipping that I've seen previous. I sat in the chair for about and hr and a half and I walked out with nails that were all kinds of Mis-shaped and they were chipped on the sides and tips. Thankfully I was able to get them re done the following day, free of charge. The reason I gave this salon 4 stars is because they didn't hassle me about being unhappy and they were very cooperative. I will be returning but will never use that manicurist again. read more

My husband and I have gone here numerous times, so I suggested it to my two friends to have a girls night of mani, pedi before our vacation, huge mistake!! We had 4:30 reservations, they started on one friend then about 25 minutes later they start on the other friend...I sat there for 40 minutes in cold water until I pulled my feet out for them to dry so I could leave and wait outside, BUT! only after they started working on others that were seated after us! Of course they come over then to apologize and warm my water. Needless to say they did start on my pedicure, never got my manicure did get shellac on my toes which I did not order and also got up charged another $20 for the shellac on top of the pedicure. Beautiful nails you have not only lost my future business and 4 other people on top of that, I will also tell everyone I come into contact with about your horrible service. You are still a pretty new business and may not care about my opinion, BUT ! you will slow down business wise, and your reputation of horrendous service will outlast your newness! This was my third visit, and the quality is great and everyone is super friendly. I had only gotten shellac the first 2 times, but this time I added a deluxe pedicure. Since they're TV's only show nature pictures I have watched their services video a dozen times and it indicates you get one drink per service. About an hour in, I asked for a second drink and was told no. I pointed out the video and was told no again. I really love this place but to spend $130 and not get a second glass of Franzia box wine seems ridiculous. I'm unsure if I'll return, so I hope the 50 cents they saved was worth $2500+ dollars a year I would of continued to pay. read more

It wasn't super busy. My daughter and I went in for pedis. We sat there for 30 minutes in cold water with no bubbles until a gentleman came over and started on my daughter's feet. He turned in the bubbles for my kid, but didnt chdxk my water. Finally, someone came over to take care of me. We were there for 2 hours. My daughter's toe was cut pretty bad and she started crying. I was even given the wrong color on my toes. I was just so happy to.get out of there, I didnt care. The most expensive pedis we have ever had (there were 4 people trying to enter everything into the register. I dont think they charged me properly at all or knew what they were really doing!) The gentlemen were very nice, but we wont be returning at all. My kid and I like to do this together. We just moved to the area, and she is now rather scared to get pedis again due to her toe being cut too far by her nail. I do not recommend. read more
