You can set up a reservation but I unexpectedly had time on my hands. What a great way to start the Valentine's Day pampering. I stopped by to get a manicure and a pedicure. Janai did a wonderful job with my dip manicure and fabulous sparkle nails. I have an event in Vegas next week and this gives it just the sparkle I needed. She was attentive to detail and ever so precise. Next step, it was time for my pedicure. They had a wonderful Valentine's Day special. It included lots of foot scrub, massage and even a warm mister. Very disappointed to leave this review, as I've been a loyal customer for years. Took my daughter to get her nails done today. I looked over at her, and she had tears in her eyes. I asked if she was ok and she said no, that the lady, Elda, was hurting her. When my daughter told her that it hurt, her response was "I know," and then continued to hurt her. The convo caused the owner to come over. Lady and owner talked and nothing was really said to us. We get home and I see that her toe is inflamed, red and oozing. I contact owner and she told me it wasn't their fault. Elda told owner she only used a file and polish. I know that's a lie, as I saw her using a tool to cut my daughter's skin and nail. My daughter was fine before going there today. No apology, nothing. Very sad, as I've supported this business for a long time, but I can't support people that hurt my child and don't take accountability. read more

My first visit to ANY nail salon in more than 30 years. I know, I know... finished nails were never a priority for me. But my daughter's wedding was that weekend so I had to look more like a respectable Mother Of The Bride. So I selected the Deluxe Gel Pedicure and the Dip Manicure. That was the BEST, most relaxing, and pleasurable couple of hours I've had in a very long time. The lounge was very pretty with soft greys and whites, nice tile work, over the top crystal light fixtures, and really comfy chairs. Nice relaxing background music too. The place was gleaming neat and clean. I noticed that as a technician finished with a client, they immediately cleaned and straightened their work space before moving to a new client. Every staff member was polite and accommodating. My pedicure technician, Peter, spoiled me rotten with hot towels, sugar scrubs, massage, and expertly applied gel polish. My manicure technician, Mai, was knowledgeable, highly skilled, and very sweet. My fingers and toes looked amazing, and all of this gave me a little more confidence in my bride-mom role. Amazing service and my nails turned out great! Kenny was so fun to talk to and did a perfect job. I was worried my nails were too short and in bad shape but everyone said they were totally fine. They even offered a drink and give a discount when you pay cash. The only issue we had was actually my sister's nails. She wanted oval but ended up with super pointy nails and had to file them down when we got home. I had a great experience though. read more

Disappointing. I don't remember my nail tech's name but I believe it was Kenny. But, overall very dismissive, kept making snide remarks especially when I asked about my nails being thick. I also wanted Gel- X and was told that that was too flimsy, and acrylic needs to be 'thick'. Also, when he hurt my finger, instead of an apology all I was met with was "did that hurt or something?" It was okay. I got in and out very quickly, but a couple of things were very odd to me. For starters, I was looked at like I was crazy for wanting a gel polish change. My cuticles are very sensitive, and I do like doing my own manicure. So, not off to a good start. I didn't get to pick my gel polish and was sat at a dirty table. And then the woman doing my nails was very lax with the gel polish application, I have air bubbles and streaks from where she applied it very sloppily. The nice thing was the salon itself is beautiful, and they do have options of drinks. I hope this was just an off day, especially based on the reviews, but I will not be coming back to this establishment unfortunately. read more

Ken was very nice and gentle. I don't know if it was the polish but my nails look really blotchy. I didn't notice it at the time or else I would have picked another color. I didn't appreciate having my tech switched in the middle of my service but aside from that it was an okay experience. Probably won't be back for a mani but I'll give their pedis a shot next time. So I got a gift card from my family for mothers day so I wanted to treat my self to a facial and massage I got there early I had made a appointment I explained to receptionist what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend it took almost 30 min to get in the room she told me to get under blanket then turned off the light and left she returned I told her what I wanted she confirmed for a little person Minh was strong it was very pain ful I never filled out paper work on anything she then after 30 min put hot rocks on me very unpleasant and started talking on her phone as she massage me with rocks now I've had massages before at message heights which was awesome then I was told the up priced the massage ten dollars then added more for hot rocks which I told her I did not want I was upset then I went to get the 45. 00 dollar facial she tried to get me to get the 85.00 package I told her my gift card was limited she was a little upset she kept telling me next time get the gold package it will be better now I go there twice a month for my nails so I thought I'd like it I did get the foot massage by a older gentalmen and he was great but I know I will never get a massage or facial there again thanks for a miserable day read more

I think mainly due to not having a consistent nail tech and just going to who ever was available. If I could give a 0 star I would! All I wanted was a set of acrylics and a pedicure . I have never had such a horrible, frightening experience as I did last night. I felt severely pressured into getting Shellac for my pedicure. I really did feel like I could not say no. The young lady who did my nails never did tell me her name. She was nice. She asked which pedicure I wanted. I picked the 57.00 one. She proceeded and cut not 1 but 2 toes. I was mortified. She then hit my big toe with the " machine"" for the Shellac.( She said it was ok but when I went outside in the light there's a big bubble on my great toe) She then walked me over to a nail table and a gentleman sat down she or he offered no information as to what was going on. Assuming he was going to do my nails. I asked her if she could please tell him to be careful because of how she cut my toes I didn't want him to cut my cuticles til they bled, She said something to him their language and he replied snarky to her in his language ,unfortunately for them I understood them and asked what he said he made 2 excuses and I said that's not what you said ( I will not repeat it here) he got frustrated and grunted. I stood up and declined further service. I paid for the pedicure 77.00 and gave a 15.00 tip to the young lady. 1.
