When I walked in they had several customers but the counter was blocked by a self absorbed woman having a loud conversation on speakerphone so I had to wait to check in as she was too absorbed in her chat! Then it was her turn and she wanted service for - her 7 year old !! The child who looked much younger and was in pajamas at 1pm was dragged to the counter where the mum demanded service! They explained that this was much too young and they could not help while offering some suggestions! The mum refused to leave and told them her child would be bullied due to her brows but they held firm and refused to- saving the poor child from her idiot mom! If a nail is filed correctly, she would not be bleeding in a localized area in that nature. That's not irritation. TF? Very unprofessional to gaslight her. I have been frequenting this place for over a year and have recommended this place multiple times. But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill. It's even more sad to see that management has not only gaslit me, but very clearly is doing it to other women.
