Dr. Hanna does excellent dental work, and that's why I'm giving four stars. She's knowledgeable, and I've always been happy with the quality of my treatment. My only real concern is the office's $75 missed appointment fee. I understand having a cancellation policy, but it feels especially burdensome for working families, students, and patients on tighter budgets. Life happens, and even my own appointment has been rescheduled by the office before. It would be nice to see the same level of flexibility extended to patients when unexpected circumstances come up. I genuinely respect Dr. Hanna's work, but I hope the practice reconsiders how this policy impacts families who may already be struggling financially. Great healthcare should feel supportive, not punitive. I also want to recognize Dr. Hanna's commitment to giving back through her pro bono work. I have a lot of cavity issues and from the moment I walked into this office I could feel a difference. the staff is outstanding and just made me feel like I was family. The small office feeling is definitely a plus for me as well as the warm lights. I never felt bad about the shape my teeth were in and Dr. Rashid modern and natural approaches are really impressive. I ended up taking my teenage daughter and she felt the same exact way. Dr Rashid was able to do a biomemitic filling instead of the crown the other dentist we were seeing had recommended. my daughter later told me how happy she was to go there and how welcome and comforted she felt being in this office. each and every one of the staff members are absolutely incredible. read more

The office is closed Friday through Monday and they don't monitor patients needs at all. If you need to cancel an appointment on off hours, good luck with that. They will mark you as a late notification and contact a collection agency to harass you for the fraud bogus late fee they tack on you. Stay away from this horrible practice. read more

Wonderful experience! Got an appointment as a new patient in only two days as I had some wisdom tooth pain. Got a cleaning and a referral for a wisdom tooth extraction. The extraction is next week with a surgeon in a different office. The cleaning was thorough and felt like Dr Hanna cared about my comfort and my needs. Wore sunshades during the cleaning which was a first! She asked about what was important to me and actually listened and did not bring up any fluoride treatments, which was great to be listened to and my requests met. Dr Hanna also introduced me to coco floss, which is great, and gave me advice on my current brush paste and floss. The visit was personalized and felt warm and comfortable.
